Had an bumpy experience with Koodo Customer Service Head Office, but it was a complete opposite experience dealing with the professionalism of Tyler at the Koodo Kiosk in the Milton Mall. He proved that good customer service is not dead and even stayed after he was closing to make sure my daughters activation was completed correctly before he went home for the night. Koodo's to you Tyler!

Made the switch to Koodo and a new phone, the whole process was made incredibly easy by Omar who helped me get all set up, cancel my old plan and save a ton of money on a way better package! Highly recommended, excellent value and customer service.
