Meg & Tausıf help us set up everything. They were so fast and very explanatory. Plus they were so nice. The service was great.

We wanted to switch from Bell to Koodo, Meg was a great help! She made the swap super fun and easy, and stress free! Also transferred all data from one phone to the other and made sure we new about all options and promotions on phones and accessories. Very happy we chose Koodo and found Meg!

Alaa was extremely efficient and helpful in fixing a glitch that I had in using my phone. He solved the problem in minutes, - such a relief after I had tried for hours, with no positive results. He was professional, courteous and kind. I will come back to him to purchase a new phone.

Honestly he really helped me by hooking up a new paln with telus, I had a complicated situation with my phone plans he kept his calm and solved all the issues smoothly. Good service, once actually served. Although that took 30 mins.not impressed by the lack of staff. It's a small store, but surely it needs more than one staff member working.

Agent spent over 1 1/2 hours with a customer helping her trouble shoot a problem with her phone and still could not tell me when he will be able to sell me a new phone. His customer was so rude and gave me the finger for asking how much longer I would be waiting. Agent laughed and thought that was funny.

Wow, service doesn't get much better than this. Big thank-you to Khaled and Yazan who were incredibly helpful in freeing me of the nightmare that is Freedom Mobile and getting me and my wife set up with some unbelievable deals. Go see Khaled and Yazan and get the best customer service with no pressure to buy. I was with another carrier for over 10 years and finally made the switch to Telus in just 15 minutes. So happy to be paying less for more service and a faster network.
