This store I have seen a very good and encouraging sales rep so fantastic, Ami I want to say thank you for making choose Telus/ Koodo you are the best and I have started telling my friends about your store thank you once more tumps up to you and your store and network

I did not like my service this morning. The lady did not seem to know anything about the company! I wanted to get my phone back up and running and it’s like we had to go back and forth so much just for her to understand that & at the end I paid but my service wasn’t restored so I still had to call my service provider. I’m very upset with the service I received & the time I wasted. You need more knowledgeable people working in this store. I even noticed by myself later she didn’t ask me to pay the $50 service fee so I realized that’s probably why my phone wasn’t working. Come on that’s basic knowledge.

The service was great and gurveer one of the sales rep was great in eveything I needed. She was very helpful and service I had from her was the best.
