I went here after reading all the good comments. Unfortunately my experience was very bad. The salesman that took me was Priyanshu. Absolutely unprofessional. I went there because I saw the deal for Black Friday $35 for 50 GB, what this guy did was he didn't even set up anything. He set a temporary number for me that was activated, with an unknown person's name in the callers ID, I told him my number I did NOT WANT changes to my number.my whole package was just done totally wrong! I didn't receive any message of me changing my phone plan to another service, nothing.all this dude just said to me was everything is self service I have to go on their website and get everything done. His friend was waiting for him, and luckily I knew what language he spoke, so he was more focused on rushing things up to leave then to actually getting his job done right. I had to use my whole break at work the next day and go to another location to get everything reset for me just because this guy didn't want to do his work right. Absolutely disappointed at his service and I would request the manager to look into this workers behavior. If he doesn't want to serve he needs to leave, not waste anyone's time like that. Absolutely disappointed because I was there with my child waiting to be served right when he totally wasted my night! Not a good move for a new customer!

Upgraded my phone and plan, thought it would be a quick process.however the senior associate who sold me the plan, abandoned me shortly after with some new associate who seemed like he didn't have a clue how to upgrade a cellphone plan.
Well I was correct, my most recent bill after the switch had no domestic long distance. I received a bill with a $150 long-distance charge to numbers that were only an hour away, plus a $5 Voicemail 25 package I did not ask for.
Luckily, I called Telus support and they tidied up the mess.

Amazing customer service from a gentleman named GB. He helped me get the best plan for my money and took care of the screen protector I wanted. This man deserves a raise! The manager Mazan is great too. They really care about their customers.

5 stars. Happy with what I got today. Crazy special weekend offer. Salesman assists me in switching to the new plan and setting up my new account.

I went to the store to switch to corporate plane, the transition was very easy. Stuff at the store was very helpful and polite. I really appreciate their help and truly recommend this location.

This store is outstanding on their customer service. They helped me in many ways including transferring all my data to my new phone. Mazen the store manager has time after time given me the best data plans and is not simply trying to sell me what benefits him most but is actually trying to give me the offers that are the best for me.

Worst place ever scammed with my new phone, trade in deal is scam never get my money for trade they are not profesional what so ever ordered my screen protector payed for it never got it

I chose my line from Shutter to Kudu.for bad service
But I noticed that it is the same thing, nothing has changed
The internet is always weak and the service is bad.things are not as good as I expected.
