Always an amazing experience at this Location. The manager is exceptional, he's honest, informative and wants to help everybody that comes into the store. There will be wait times so expect that, be patient. It's worth it!

It was a great experience here. Farza was more than generous with his time and helped us out so much even to the point that he stayed past his shifts end to help us. Would recommend this Telus to anyone. Thank-you so much Farza!

Sometimes get busy but nicely handled by the manager, Farzan and other associates. Don't be surprised if he recommends to wait few days to get better deals on plans and phones but he gets it for his clients, always.

I was at the store 5 min early waiting for the store to open sign to be on and while waiting saw the special deals on display, however Farzan opened the store for me early and welcomed me with a big smile.

Upon entering I asked him if I can get the same deal coz I am paying 55 for 10 gb on prepaid whereas now for the same I can get 60 gb, he said yes we will work around for you, but here nothing stopped as he went above and beyond to even help me get my $55 credit on prepaid over on a postpaid account.
Truly deserves a big pat and would always recommend everyone to this store.

Very lazy sales reps. Went to the store per the direction of a telephone Telus rep. After signing up for a plan over the phone. Was told I should go to the store to get an eSIM. On arrival I was told I should go to the Oshawa Center location because it will be a very long time at this one. Frankly, can't see it taking a very long time to issue an eSIM. Looks like they just want to deflect customers to ease their case load.
Would have been nice to actually get help from this location instead of being sent to the other side of town.

Farzann was wonderful! My mom was having trouble with her phone account, and he not only helped get it fixed but also got her onto a better, more affordable plan. I definitely recommend this location!

My wife and I got new phones today.

We were in a few days ago and Farzan helped us, he was attentive, helpful and not pushy at all. He gave us a few days to think it over and today we went in and got the new phones.

I would highly recommend him, he was even great with our kids and very patient today when we were setting up the new phones.

Phenomenal customer service above all else, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back and do it all again.

Really poor service. I have plan with you guys but due to the poor and rude service am changing my mind and not bringing our new famliy members to Telus or Koodo! I will be leaving soon too.

Went in last Saturday and Preston assisted me in upgrading my phone. He was able to keep my plan the same and provide me excellent customer service. This was the quickest and most efficient service I've gotten when upgrading my phone.

Add alot of patience in showing us how to use and fit our phones. Gave us piece of mind when phone was hacked. Thank you so much Anna.
