Dominic was great throughout the entire process. He was very clear and helpful in presenting my options, allowing me to make an informed decision.

I was originally able to process my order online and was very convenient. It was confirmed by there team and seemed great. About 5-7 days later I received an email stating that I did not qualify for the plan which had been offered and subsequently confirmed by there team. They were unwilling to own up to their mistake and honour a minimal price difference. Very unfortunate for a company who represents Telus.

Dominic helped me renew my contract. I was on a bring it back program and he provided me with information on how to sort that out with Telus before renewing my contract. I attended the office to renew my contract and get a new phone. Dominic was very informative on what types of phones and plans were available. Dominic provided excellent customer service and I was very satisfied with his level of professional. I will continue to come back when my new contract is up.

I hadn't realized till my phone arrived that the new model was much smaller than my old phone. A few days before the return deadline i asked if there was any way to change the model.

Amy was very helpful with any questions I had. She responded to emails quickly and took time to call me when I had additional questions. She took the time, step by step to help me set up accounts for my kids. Great customer service!
