Wow! That was the absolute WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I was simply looking for some direction and troubleshooting assistance but the lady working behind the desk made it loud and clear that she wanted nothing to do with me or my questions. It blows my mind that someone with that attitude and demeanor ends up in a customer service job. May 5th @ 10am.

The plans are amazing! But Justin the manager is pretty useless.you call he'll be like ya call me be in 15 and I'll tell you what I have it's been since Wednesday I've been calling no answer or if he did he'll be like I'll call you back I got everything ready for you and disappears again

I just finished dealing with Amanda from this location. She handled my issues respectfully and sensitively, after loosing my husband she walked me through all the steps that needed to be done on my end to get his account moved into my name instead. I asked her a bunch of questions and even after an hour of dealing with me she was still calm and amazing.
I highly recommend this location to anyone that needs a cell phone!

My iPad issue was solved quickly and efficiently. A more cost saving plan was suggested to me at my visit, so I saved $10.00 per month. I appreciate that service!

I had an excellent experience purchasing a phone though smart cell online last month with the help of their staff member Amanda.
Not only was Amanda quick to respond to my emails, she worked through the issues I was having with Telus and I to ensure I received my phone ASAP. She was apologetic when the issue persisted on Telus’ end when SmartCell was not at fault.

She was also helpful with my installation a few days later when I had more questions by email, and responded when I emailed two weeks later to add a new line to my phone to ensure my service was quick with no issues. My other line will be set up this week, and I thank her and her team for their amazing service that exceeded my expectations, many thanks!

After an exhausting 3 hours of phone time with a TELUS Customer Service representative who didn’t feel like fully assisting me with my needs, and coming very close to switching my providers, I went into this location to get some help with upgrading and renewing my phone. Justin and Sindhu (?) were VERY helpful, aside from getting me set up with a new device they gave me other options and advice that only maximized their service with me. Quick, efficient and pleasant to deal with. As someone who works Customer Service and deals with people day in and day out — both Justin and Sindhu are a great face for TELUS’ store front and I’ll be keeping this location as the one I can/will deal with from here on out. Thank you!
