Telze Professional Smartphone Repairs - Billings Bridge (Ottawa)

I was in the store today just browsing, I picked up a phone case but it was so close to the edge that it fell on the floor and I quickly picked it up. I’m not sure the man’s name, but he approached me and asked if I needed help and I said “No, I’m just browsing” he then proceeded to stand directly behind me watching my every move until I felt uncomfortable and I left the store. Mind you, I’m a young black female. I felt so uncomfortable with him standing so close to me because clearly he thought I was stealing. Absolutely disgusting. Do better.

Maham and Fahad gave me very nice services. I like the prices as well. I recommend screen protector and phone cases from here. They Also repair phones. Thanks alot

This afternoon me and my brother visited the store for a iPhone case, unfortunately we had a really bad experience from a male guy who wears a suit.not only he show us a bad attitude he was forced us to take a specific product. He scanned he mobile case and told us a price and after few minutes he changed the price. We were very regularly Costumers there my brother and I do repairs and buy watches and phone cases we never had a bad experience like this. If we see this guy there again either we will get into a big argument or never gonna go to Telze again and share this to all my friends.

Went in to get my charging port cleaned.service was friendly and professional, But they charged me 70 bucks just to clean the port. Wouldn't recommend.

Amazing customer service; shop while laughing. I found exactly what I was looking for and received great service from Akbar and Ahmed and the price was rigth.

I take my Apple Watch for fix my battery they receive and tell me back within 6-7 working days but they give me back after 1month, when I receive my watch she told me take home and put on charge when I put on charger same problem then I give them again and now the are not receive my call and when I go to store someone call me, after 2month the give me back my watch it’s damaged, that lady told me usually we don’t back money she shows her kindness she back my money. I paid by my debit card se refund on my credit card. I don’t know why owner open this shop for robbery us?

Really disgraceful service, my landlady had an issue with her phone and proceeded to go to this store to get it fixed.
Not only did they fail to fix the phone they ended up pushing her to buy a refurbished phone at an inflated price.
Imagine the sheer audacity to take advantage of the situation in this fashion. They refused to take the refurbished phone back and asked my landlady to contact their store owner over email. She did.
Weeks have gone by with no reply. She now has to sell the phone on the market at a much reduced price.
Would never personally go to this store, they’ve lost my faith in them. Deeply gutted

I went today to Telze to get my phone fixed and I was served by this beautiful and helpful lady by the name of Simran at the St Laurent Location! She was patient and very helpful and provided excellent service! Absolutely recommend and give her great references!

Great experience! All employees have great customer service, especially Lara! Lara was very helpful with figuring out my phone issues and remained transparent through out the process. The place down the hall tried to over charge and attempted to price match when they realized what happened. Telze charged me a descent price that was the same as the one I got over the phone. Warning! Do not have your phones, watches repaired here. My Series 3 Apple Watch screen popped off and I took it in to have it repaired $250! My fault for not checking that I could have bought a new one for $250. I got back the watch “repaired” and the first time I washed my hands it leaked and shorted out. This watch is water resistant to allow you to swim with it. This shop is not competent. If you need a phone cover they are fine but do not trust them with your technology.

My 82yr old mother bought he iPhone 7 from these scammers. She was told in was a refurbished phone when it was in fact a used phone. We asked for our money back and we were told at first they couldn't give a refund, then they said only the manager could give a refund. Conveniently he is in Sarnia and won't be back in Ottawa until May 7th. Do not buy a phone here because they're way over priced for used phones and they lie about what they're selling you

I believe the shop took advantage of my elderly mother. She was alone and wanted to buy a phone. It is clearly evident that she does not know the difference between the various iPhones. They sold her an iPhone 7 and told her that she could bring it back. When she tried bringing it back, they would not give give a refund. They only offered an exchange.

My brother was with her when she went back and saw that they only dealt in used phones. He was told he could not talk with the owner. My mother was told that she would have to wait until the owner comes to Ottawa on May 7th from Sarnia. Then she might get a refund. I doubt that will happen

It is sad to see that a company like this takes advantage of an elderly woman on a fixed income. $300 is a lot of money for her.

If there was an option to give a minus star I would.

I got my screen replaced here back and they said I had 4 months warranty I went back in 3 months because the screen started flickering and then it was black. As soon as I show showed it to them, They said it’s not covered under warranty because it looks like physical damage from inside the screen!? ! From shock of a drop or something. They also said the technician that worked on my phone no longer works here because he had a lot of comebacks! Like your telling me all this and you say u won’t warranty my phone! I paid $283.00 3 months ago. First of all when I got the screen replaced voided my Apple warranty because it said screen was not authentic apple screen! Don’t help me in anyway said I have to pay for a new screen! Honestly stay away.

I fixed my wife’s phone the other day, by the time I finished shopping I got call back and the phone was ready. Lara is super educated and she knows what she’s doing, also helped me choose a good phone case and tempered glass. Definitely recommended this place for family and friends.

Abdul was amazing and super professional!
I didn’t realize my screen had broken and he changed the screen and fixed the internal mechanism. He saved my phone and I couldn’t be happier.

I was able to bring my phone to the store and have it diagnosed to find out what the problem was, service was great and I would go back for any other repairs!

I had my phone fixed from this guy maybe a month ago I would not recommend this person to fix your phone whatsoever my screen came apart yesterday and my back of my phone fell apart and this guy has 15 day warranty that's it

Got my sons tablet screen fixed paid 160$ had to bring it back 3 times for them to fix is cause either one side of the screen wouldn’t work or the whole screen then got it back and had to bring it back again because it started glitching was told it was the digitizer and it was covered under warranty. Okay good that’s fine. When I brought the tablet in the battery was PERFECTLY FINE went to pick it up was told battery is fried I need a new one and it would cost. 60$. Picked it up today he charged me 90$ after my husband told him you told my wife 60$ he argued with him saying no I said 90$. I paid the 90$ and left will never bring ANY device here. So done.

These guys are scammers and most of these reviews are fake.

Absolutely horrendous service. I bought a used iPhone10 for $550 off these guys because I was in a pinch.

It came with a warranty.

After realizing that people could barely hear me while speaking on the phone I went to get a refund the next day. They completely denied my request and were quite dismissive citing the fine print on the receipt saying "no refunds". They offered to fix it due to the "warranty" but that would compromise the water resistant seal. If a phone is completely malfunctioning and is returned the next day a refund should be given.

I was looking for a pink folding wallet cover for my cell phone. I usually can't find the one I need for my brand. I checked this place out. Found what I was looking for. It was even the pink color i wanted. The sales person was very helpful. He didn't charge the tax. Will go back again if I need another one in the future.
