Ten Ren's Tea

Bought the two for ten dollar drinks. No ice option NOT available. We were forced to have 75% ice. Even before the ice melted, the drink itself was very watered down with VERY little tea taste. We are very disappointed since Ten Ren was known to having high quality tea leaves. The service and attitude also was not good.

The place was so cute and their drinks were so good and addicting I would definitely come here again. The girl with the bangs is so sweet and delivered good customer service.

There is no taste in our drink. We order Taro coconut milk but it only taste like coconut milk with water. Will never be back

I ordered a slush and instead they gave me iced juice…. They were reluctant to give my money back or exchange it.
So disappointed

At the time of purchase, there was only one person working at this TenRen’s. Did not have to wait too long and was given a deliciously made oolong milk tea. Five stars for the hard work and tasty drink!

Ten rens has the best quality tea base. You can actually taste the tea so it's not like sugar water like many other bbt places

Love their green tea especially mango. You can really taste the flavour of the tea unlike many bubble tea shops. Service is always friendly and fast.

Amazing! I passed by this store during the early evening while on my way to Best Buy. Ten Ren's Tea is not my go-to bubble tea however, this experience has for sure changed my entire perspective!

I stopped by for a quick refresher and purchased a strawberry banana slush. Absolutely delicious! I was served by an employee by the name Alice and let me say, I have never witnessed anyone so passionate and hardworking! There was a lineup and she was calm and collective even when there seemingly was an endless amount of customers! The drink prepared by the specific employee was 11/10! You could taste the amount of effort put into a drink and let me say it exceeded my expectations that were already moderately high due to the history of Ten Ren's Tea being a part of the bubble tea industry for such a long period!

Would recommend to anyone wanting to have a quick refreshing beverage for a reasonable price and props to Ten Ren's Tea for staffing a gem of an employee!

Holy macrooni's, this man edison here the best worker styll. Made my drink so fast like the furious and the drink tasted so bless the best that i have ever tasted NO CAP.

OH MY BANCHODS, Johnny makes his mango slush with passion, very nice guy making nice mango slushes, when I try the mango slush it was like raining dogs and cats. Lovely bbtea store fam.

The best bubble tea place at Markville. If you something that is made with real high quality tea, Ten Ren is the place. I love my rose oolong tea

I like their teas because you can actually taste the tea! I like this location and the staff is good here.

Great place, had a tea store in the same area. The trainee there Juliana seems to be having a wonderful time. Would recommend grass jelly because I don’t like tapioca.

The customer service I I recieved from the lovely girl working the cashier, I believe her name was Dana, was excellent. She was patient and helpful when I asked her for recommendations. The drink in of itself was also nice.

I’m a regular customer here all the time. Excellent service and great tea! The black sesame almond milk tea is my favourite!

The tea quality definitely is above average, however it is comparable to the other tea shops in Markville mall. But what brought me to the conclusion of a 5 star review was the excellent service i experienced from the person that made my tea.

My experience:
Taking a break from my intensive black Friday shopping I decided I wanted adventurous. Ten Ren had always been on my "to-try" places but I've never gotten the chance to go. Given this perfect opportunity I lined up for tenrens and waited to order a mango slush. As I awaited my order I watched this small woman (I believe her name was Alice) make my mango slush, she made the slush with such perfection and quality. The mango slush was the best I've ever tasted and would definitely go again based solely on the experience.

Visiting the mall from nearby, I heard that this bubble tea store had great reviews. So, I checked it out, and bought a nice lychee green apple jelly iced tea. OMG, that drink really did quench my thirst for the day. Anyone could have made my drink however; there was specifically this one employee who was working at an incredible pace. She was very outgoing and careful with my drink. This was exemplary work that she had done. I think Alice was her name, so anyone drop by CF Markville mall and want a drink from TenRen's, make sure Alice is making your drink

Small so no seating.

Drinks and food are good and this location typical isn't busy so you get in and out as fast as you want.
