I was there Monday evening, food and drinks were normal. But the washroom was very dirty and disgusting. No toilet paper and garbage all over the floor. There wasn’t even a lot of people and staff wasn’t busy but no one cleans the washroom.

Good quick food (the food came so fast.lol) and pretty filling actually. Staff are really friendly as well. I definitely recommend the Taiwanese sausage and minced meat bowl, and if you are in on the weekdays, you should take advantage of their daily specials, where you can get a meal+drink for $16.50.
Today, I got the fish filet rice meal, which was not bad. When I saw it come out I thought it looked like a kids meal the fish was really crispy and tasty, and I liked the veggie side dishes. I thought the rice was overcooked tho, but overall it wasn't bad. I was also properly full after too

Love the food and the friendly waitstaff!
Although the wait today was definitely longer than my previous experience at the hwy7/Leslie location, the lovely store manager did sincerely explain to me the cause being temporary due to the new location and it should significantly improve in the coming days.
They made sure my overall experience was excellent, and the additional 20% off this week definitely helps offset the wait!
Will be coming here more often in the future for sure.

The food and drinks in this Ten Ren's Tea location is so delicious. I also love the design and decoration of this Ten Ren's Tea location.

Happy to visit the new location. A little bit line up but it’s worth it.:) The food tastes so good! Same as other locations I went to. All spaces are clean and spacious. I’m a man of few words so this is hard for me to describe how much I love Tenren. If u love Bubble tea and pan-fried beef or chicken! Don't miss it.
