Ten Ren's Tea

This was my very first time after friends/business partner took me here during our original outing and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed, with both the food, drinks and the staff’s service. The tea was so utterly organic it felt like they picked the flowers from the garden the same day! It felt like the Starbucks of bubble tea.

They have a very big menu with a huge selection to choose from with very customizable options. Anything you’d like you can pretty much have. Great atmosphere lots of space. Bathroom was very easy to find and very clean. Everything was great. Good experience overall.

Nice bubble tea place with high ceilings, bright lighting and quite a lot of space.

Drinks are ok.

Atmosphere is nice.

Service is usually decent.

One of our decent go-to options if we’re in the area.

An amazing dining experience today, they offer excellent food and service, thanks Allan and his team ٩ (๑∂∂๑) ۶. The Christmas croffle is a must try, snowman is very cute. I am so surprised they told me the ‘Santa Claus’ is eatable! ╰ (´`) ╯

The staff were friendly and helpful even if I came 10 minutes before closing.
I ordered the mixed fruit cold tea and it was really good.
The place is clean and spacious with very nice decorations. There's also a tea shop with good quality items.
I'll deffenetly be back to try the food menue and different drinks.

We ordered iron goddess milk tea hot and fresh taro milk tea hot. I love it. Different experiences

We ordered the salt and pepper chicken, the yam French fries and the noodle soup for our dinner. They were delicious and reasonably priced. The entrees were served within 10 minutes after we ordered. Excellent place for family and friends gathering!

Always a treat to come here when I am in town. Best Ten Ren's location hands down for drinks, food, dry tea selection, and atmosphere. Very friendly staff especially the manager.

I wish all the locations served food like this. It's worth checking out even if you don't live in the area.

The set menu items are fantastic and I like the sizzling hot plates a lot too.

Great for kids, they have kids meals but the kids drinks that come with the kids combos are not for everyone - they are yogurt based and your kids will either love or hate them.

Regional dishes of Taiwan, Japan, China some other western items. Nice variety of herbal teas. Good service and ambiance.

Food quality remains however not as competitive as it used to be given many new Taiwanese restaurants and speciality bubble tea houses opened past few years.

Update: Food quality has drastically improved. You can tell by the lineup you'd experience during peak times. Good work TENRen good to see you back

Came here around 9PM after a spa day for a late night snack since many of the other dessert places were closed. The red bean purple rice soup was not what we originally thought it would be but it was still tasty. The tea flavored red bean cake arrived nice and hot. I couldn’t really taste the tea flavor but the red bean was really good. I love Ten Ren’s tea so it was nice that there was a tea shop attached to the restaurant. The oolong pineapple cake is really good and something I couldn’t get at home. Their jasmine tea is also one of my favs.

Lamb chops were surprisingly good and very good value as it comes with a mince pork rice on the side. Service was ok - they asked if we’d like our shaved us after our meal to which we said yes but it came before any of the hot food.

Unacceptable service. Was standing at the front with a party of 3 for 15 minutes while the place was literally, literally half empty.

I know the owner wasn't around because everyone on staff would have been fired.

I've only seen this level of mismanagement twice in my life. Really remarkable.
