Worst cashier I have ever met.so blunt, "would u like to order" "anything else? " didn't say anything wrong, but just the way she said it, no patience and seems like rushing u.

Over priced drink, not a real fruit drink very watery. I ordered extra mango and paid $2 extra they gave me 3 chunks.

The old woman behind the tea table (not the area where they make drink) is rude and has an attitude.

Long wait and a little pricy but hot wheat malt milk tea is pretty good (even with half sugar).

Worst customer service ever drinks were not good. The staff was very rude and racist. They were literally making fun of me for what I was ordering. Really felt very offended, first time I have ever felt this way in Canada. I will not recommend anyone. Never every would pe wasting even a dime at this place.

Overpriced and bad service.came into order the “deal drinks”, while the drinks aren’t horrible, i watched as they barley filled up the cup even though we payed extra for a large.my friends hot drink was lukewarm and they didn’t give the correct change.when i went up because my little sister was short $5 she said “oh yes i was thinking about that”. Before that she looked at the receipt to check the change, looked confused, and did nothing.so she knew she gave the change wrong and didn’t say anything about it.also the tapioca petals are sticky and hard.

The tea was good, but it kept me awake for four hours after I tried to sleep. It was too strong and I think they might have put caffeine in the drink that wasn't supposed to have any.

The drink was nice but unfortunately my drink had a clump of HAIR in the tapioca. It was definitely not mine as I have black hair and the hair in my tapioca was dyed orangey-blonde which clearly belonged to the one female worker at the store during the time.

I saw she was wearing a hair net so not sure how this could have happened but it was such a disgusting experience for me, I felt like throwing up and immediately threw it out. Couldn't notify the staff in person because I was already out the mall as I got the drink to go on my way home but needed to report this. Nothing against the staff but hygiene practices at this branch should be reinforced. I've NEVER had this happen at any orher boba place.

Nice fancy milk tea selection. Price is a bit high. I consider it because it is inside yorkdale mall. Location is right at the entrance by the cineflex. The classic milk tea same as other store, but here they have new options ang looks cool. Try it out.

I wanted to buy some traditional tea. The guy at the back says "the salesperson is not here". I told him "ok but i just want to purchase this". He says: "I TOLD YOU I CANNOT SELL IT", raising his voice as high as possible. Bro, you need to control your anger.

I ordered the Tokyo Sakura because I saw it on the board for top 10 drinks and it looked so pretty so I thought I would give it a try. In the picture it shown as a white bottom, with purple at the top. When I received my drink it was light yellow bottom and pink top, so I was a little put off on the presentation of it, however when I tried the drink it was pretty good. I am usually a milk tea person and rarely ever order anything thats not milk tea. This was a yakult based drink that came with crystal boba. I love the chewing on these crystal boba a little different than traditional tapioca. It has more of a jelly like texture. Overall it was a good drink to try.

Delicious milk tea! I had the matcha latte milk tea with red bean. Clean environment with proper mask use. Good customer service.

The cashier was really stupid. I told her my order and she made me repeat EVERYTHING. Not only that, but I asked for less ice and less sugar. She replied with "we don't have those options. " It's literally on their menu but just with different wording. She's so dumb.

The tea was good but the pearls sucked.

We lined up in the wrong place for a couple of minutes. Then the employee told us later that the line is somewhere else. We saw the long line and got upset no one told us. The employee replied “It’s not my fault. ” So rude. We left immediately. I understand they’re busy but it takes TWO SECONDS to tell us the line is over there.

Like there no sugar teas with different flavours. They just need to be more informative about their drinks for a first time customer.

Busy location especially since it is located in yorkdale mall! There are times where I would be waiting for my drink for about 15 mins but most times I would be getting it right away! Nice staff, very efficient and have been coming to this location during my high school days ~ Always clean and orderly whenever I visit.

The staff is very nice and the store is clean. The drink is always made how I like it and is accurate each time.

I love Ten Ren in general and I really love the Yorkdale location. The tea is always well brewed, never bitter and the staff are always really friendly! I think Ten Ren is really the best in Toronto:)

This is not your regular bubble tea shop. It’s more traditional, as in they focus more on the Tea aspect of Bubble Tea.
It didn’t take long for them to make my drinks like other reviews say.
I bought the basic Taro Milk Tea and it was delicious, had more flavor and was sweeter than how the other spots at Yorkdale make it. Missing two stars because they’re overpriced and stingy with their tapioca.

Good bubble tea, everything tastes great. Prices are kind of high but they always are at bubble tea places.

I used to come here more in the past when they were the only bubble tea place around, but after getting to try other places like Coco's and GongCha, I have been avoiding this place. It tends to always have a long line and it is quite pricey, especially considering they only use powders and syrups.

When I went to Yorkdale the other day, I was deciding between Yogen Fruz (they have real fruit smoothies and bubble tea) or Ten Ren and I decided to give Ten Ren another shot. There were only 3 people in front of me, but it took a good 10 minutes for them to get to me.and then I waited another 15 minutes just to get my drink. I was considering their normal milk tea, but they had a few special drinks, so I got the Tokyo Sakura drink with crystal 'Boba'. I was dissappointed. Ended up just tasting like sugar water. No real flavour. The Boba was also jelly, but I expected that as I tried a coconut water drink from Chatime which had the same thing but called it what it really was.

There is also a Jugo Juice that has a Presotea in the middle of the mall, and a newer Chatime near the TTC entrance, so honestly, so you have much better and faster choices for bubble tea if you're in the mall.

Dang this place is terrible. Not only do you have to wait in a super long line but the bubble tea is absolutely subpar and overpriced. Mine tasted so watered-down. Never coming back.

Whenever I go to yd I always go to ten ren's tea to get some milk tea or a slush because they're very good and it's not that expensive

Bubble tea is good. But the pottery or whatever they got going on is way too expensive. Like 180 dollars for a single pot? Tf?

Not really happy customer service.

The drinks here are good but I just wish that they could have the tapioca ready right when they open at 10am. I have been to this location so many times and they only start taking orders when the tapioca is ready at 11 a.m.

Really competitive prices with other tea stores, bit the service is good and the quality that you get in you drink is really good, i love it!

One of my favorite bubble tea places around. Their snacks aren't too bad either but honestly kind of overpriced.

I tried Original Black Milk Tea. It has strong tea taste than other bubble tea shops. Not bad but I like more creamy & milk taste.

It was not as good as i expected

Large, but simplified variety of teas. The menu is simple to read and to understand. You don't feel like you're overloaded with too many options. Service is very friendly and fast. Ordered peach green tea (highly recommended)

Favourite bubble tea chain, drinks are always well made and tapioca is always fresh.

The line can be a little long and the wait on drinks, but it is well worth it.

Asked for a hot Pu Erh tea with red bean. The red bean tastes frozen lol. The guy who helped me was clearly hating his job. Probably the coldest customer service I've ever had at a bubble tea place (colder than the frozen red bean). I was planning on going back to provide some feedback but didn't want the guy to lose it on me. Never coming back, especially now Chattime is open in Yorkdale.
