On April 4 2023, I placed an order for a rolling ladder. I then realized, I needed this ladder to fit through a doorway. I called and spoke to Miracle Pope and she was extremely helpful and friendly.
She promptly cancelled my order so I can go back and re-order a more suitable size ladder.

Fraudulent shipping practices with Tenaquip. Make darn sure there is someone at your place of business or home when the courier calls to make the delivery or Tenaquip will charge you again for shipping. In my case, the courier did not even bother to drive to my place since there was no one answering the phone, so they hauled it back to Brampton. The courier sticks it to Tenaquip and Tenaquip WILL stick it to you in return. Shoddy business practices from an old Canadian company. Too bad because they've lost this customer. EDIT, Revised to 4 stars after Laura from sales contacted me and offered a full refund for the extra shipping fees. Very pleasant and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

This is my second time buying safety glasses and it won't be the last. Great delivery this time. Way ahead of the expected date.
