My favourite place for authentic Mexican! Amazing enchiladas! I hope they open a location in downtown Toronto.

Too expensive for what they offer, it's quite a busy place, the Colombian waitress is very nice and friendly!

Delicious food with great portions. The staff was so fast, we were served in 5 minutes.

On a journey to find the best Mexican places in Toronto. I am Mexican and want that authentic spot I can call my go to. Tenoch is decent enough but there are better choices a block away. On my visit Staff wasn’t friendly from the start. The food was fine. I had pastor which were good and carnitas which were great. Horchata is good too. Overall would come back if staff was a little nicer. Also, I don’t get why all these Mexican places sell tacos by the order. You can only get 4 tacos and they have to be the same. What a shame, which I could’ve order one of each to try out and not take a leap of faith.

Food & Drinks are good. Service is okay, nothing to wow you, but there's people around to get your order and bring whatever you ask for. I have been to this place multiple times and I always felt like they were overcharging me. Today we dine in and finally I understood what they are doing and yes, it is overcharging people. We were a party of 2. Have 2 beers, 2 cocktails and an entrée each one. The bill came up to be over a $100 which I was surprised because it didn't make sense to the prices on the menu. I paid the bill, tip them 15% and then the server fastest reach out for the bill fold. I asked her to give me the bill. When I looked at the bill I noticed she just went ahead and add a 15% auto gratuity. At no point she informed me and she let me paid, seeing I was tipping her again. Pretty smart eh? I called her out of course, she pretends she didn't know what what's going on. She got me $12 dollars back (what she charged on the system) but they keep the $16 I tip on the credit card terminal. I work at a restaurant too, I know how the restaurant softwares/credit card machines work. She put that there was 6ppl at the table, so she can charge the auto - grat. That my friends is call stealing. Be aware! Yes, tipping out is part of the culture in Canada. Yes, most places do have an auto grat policy for parties over 6 ppl. If you don't communicate that to people that's scam. Come on, you have a decent restaurant you don't need to do this. Shame on you, ladrones. Tengan cuidado gente, revisen bien las cuentas antes de pagar. Te cobran 15% de propina automaticamente y aparte esperan que les den otra propina cuando pagas con tarjeta.
