Went in looking for a couple of accent chairs, wow what a great selection. We dealt with Kristen, very pleasant and helpful she helped us find 2 chairs on sale for a fantastic price. Excellent buying experience.
Didn't get my free gift though.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star. Recently I bought L shape table with Hutch. Some of the part of the item was damaged and some were not fitted properly during the assembly
I have communicated to the Teppermans store and asked for help, I got text messages to communicate on this issue and detailed all the aspects. The guy replied me that he can't do anything and told me call furniture manufacturer.
Why customer need to call to the manufacturer if he/she bought it from Teppermans. This isnt the Tepperman responsibility? I am really upset. I had same situation with other furniture stores in windsor but they are very helpful then you guys.

Went to both Leon's and the brick but couldn't find anything we really loved in a couch. Within 2 minutes found multiple couches that were perfect!

I had a bit of a glitch doing this shopping online. I called the Tepperman's office in Windsor, and a young lady in the finance department was so helpful and cleared it all up for me. By the time I hung up the phone, everything was done and ready for pickup. What a great experience!

Bought a dishwasher from teppermans and the sales lady was very nice and did not try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Definitely will be coming back. Edit for 2024 bought a washer and dryer as well as a fridge with the help of Scott and Bobby, they were very helpful and made the experience a breeze.
Also the credit lady on the phone was awesome, I forget her name but she was helpful and fast. Always a good experience at teppermans.

Found it very relaxing without any pressure at all. Took my time while making my selection and it did me well. I came back to my original like and made my purchase and sales person was quite pleasant. Will have it delivered which is great. I will tell my friends. Thank you.

The staff we’re very accommodating. There’s a lot of options in the store. It feels like a one stop shop for home furnitures and appliances. The quality of their pieces are great that’s why their prices are reasonable. More to say that they offer financing options, so it’s really great to invest an buying your furnitures in there.

Bought all our appliances here a few weeks ago, inquired about an overhead microwave, which was put on my account without my knowledge or permission, didn't even get anything off price wise. I guess 6 grands not enough? Nooe. Not interested.

Great family-owned and run business with great payment arrangements for those who don't have the luxury of being able to drop large amounts of money. The furniture and bedding sales associate whom I dealt with was Derek Carnavale, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He went the extra mile to secure a sale price for me, and he was very thorough and patient in answering my questions. I will definitely reach out to him in the future whenever I am able and ready to purchase another furniture or bedding item.

Love Teppermanns! Nolan in electronics was amazing. He made sure we knew everything we needed to about the tv's we purchased. He is a young whippersnapper with an old soul who really impressed us with his kindness and patience. He is a no pressure to buy kind of guy, what was important to him was that
he understood what we were looking for and he sold us exactly that, no more, no less. We loved him so much that we were comfortable enough to go buy a second tv from him. Thank you Nolan, you have a customer for life with us!

Went in for a dishwasher. The Dishwasher was defective. Store wouldn't exchange it instead made me deal with warranty company. Now I got a leaky dishwasher that has been attempted to be repaired multiple times. Go somewhere else for your appliances teppermans don't care about their customers and won't work with you if you bought a defective item.

Terrible experience. After being a loyal customer for years, found out they started giving away personal information and confirming that I am a client to other customers without my permission. It took almost a month before a manager contacted me back. Will never shop here again.

Literally every item purchased from you since 2006 has been jank and broken before we even used it, multiple couches end up being horrible with broken wood and springs.fix your products.

I can't say enough bad things.

We ordered two recliners for a total of $1800.

They arrived damaged.

We called immediately and left a voicemail.

We called back three days later to speak to a sales rep.

We were transferred to another department.

We were told we had to take photos of the chairs.

We did.

We receive a call. I tell the worker I want the chairs replaced. SHE PUTS ME ON HOLD.

Then she comes back, tells me they come from London and we'd have to set up a delivery.

Then puts me on hold again.

Then HANGS UP ON ME.

Then she calls back.

We work monday to friday so we were told we have to wait two weeks and leave EIGHT HOURS OPEN on a Saturday for them to deliver it with NO DISCOUNT.

Instead we chose a discount - $170.

In order to receive the discount we have to go to the store.

We shop at brick and mortar stores and pay a premium specifically to avoid this type of treatment.

In 10 years, when your awful company closes, you'll cry "nobody supports local anymore, we were swallowed up by the online stores. "

You need to give me a reason to support local. I'm not just paying extra for your to treat me like a number like bigger companies do.

You suck, your stores suck, and I hope you go bankrupt.

It was the worst, sales guy not bad just not thrilled to be there but I proceeded to purchase the fridge anyways. Went to the portal to fill out my info and my phone number and home debt (which I have none) would not work so I reached out to the three girls at the finances counter for help and they did not care I had to ask three times and as if I was inconveniencing them they answered one out of the questions and proceeded to gab amongst them, I walked over and told them to keep the contract if this is they’re consumer respect they can keep it and all the one got said was for me to put my mask back over my nose. I work in the health field and I respect my license and position and NEVER would I treat or ignore someone as they did to me the consumer. This occurred July 30@2: 45.

Went to look at TV's. Eric assisted me and U cannot say enough good things about this young man.
He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. If you are looking for a TV go to Teppermans and speak with Eric.

Also bought new bed and Lou (might be short for Louise) also very helpful with great personality.

I was most delighted to deal with Teppermans over video chat! I got to see every thing I needed to and everyone stayed safe during this hard pandemic time, I felt like I was in the store, I just couldn't touch but I saw what I needed to, the Sales Rep was amazing!

Prices are a bit high and the customer service post sale isn't the best. Sales are great, but be prepared to wait at least a month for you new item to get there.

Amendment July 2021: . While pricing is still a little high on most, I have gone back a few times now and must say that customer service has greatly improved, but COVID-19, like everywhere else, has increased lead times. Michelle in Furniture is fabulous and I would highly recommend her if you are updating your livingroom.

Placed an Order with Tepperman's Jan 10th, 2121, by Text with representative by the name of Nolan.
He walked me through my order and concerns I had and corrected those problems quickly to my thorough satisfaction.
He then set up my financing through that Department.
They approved and set up the Contract Online to which I e-signed and now wait for my delivery.
This "Team" I talked to were each very informative and professional to my surprise and appreciation.
Thank you Tepperman's Windsor.

I was looking at TVs online found a great price for the Samsung I wanted. I reached out to Tepperman’s store by text and completed whole purchase just like that. Drive thru window is excellent I paid and the stock guy loaded it for me. Such an excellent easy purchase.

Teppermans has always been an excellent place to shop! Lords from furniture is the best salesperson you can come by. She is kind patient and extremely knowledgeable and if she don’t know she will get the answer to you as soon as possible. The electronics team is amazing as well. Our last experience was with Eric. I’ve had nothing but problems. First and foremost - I ordered a queen sized bed and box spring and when the bed arrived, the box spring did not fit upstairs. No problem. Instead of taking it back, they left it at the house to sit in my living room for weeks. I heard nothing from Teppermans, and after sitting on hold with customer service for over an hour, I decided to physically go into the store to deal with the manner face to face. Turns out the delivery team was supposed to take the box spring mattress back once we discovered it could not fit. At the time of purchasing the bed, I had also purchased a bedroom set. Teppermans informed me that when the bedroom set was delivered, that we would receive a split queen box spring (which I had to pay extra money - $200) with the bedroom set delivery. When they finally get to delivering our bedroom furniture, low and behold, I only got HALF of the box spring. Apparently the other half hadn’t been ordered yet? They were also missing the hardware to install the mirror on the dresser I purchased. Now, I am a pretty patient person, but after these events, I was starting to feel frustrated. The delivery guys were great and called in the mistake on the order right away and said a representative would call me regarding the second half of a split box spring. Turns out they had to order another one and would be there within a week, tops. That was on December 2nd. I am still waiting, and have no heard from any customer representative regarding the status of my missing box spring. All in all, it’s been a terrible experience. I would highly suggest shopping elsewhere!

Thank you Teppermans, Windsor. This morning my wife phoned needing to purchase a mattress topper and dealt with Kevin Churchill. Kevin was efficient, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to understand what she thought she needed then professionally explain that another product would work better. Brilliant. She bought a queenPro Platform.

Its sad that we cant go inside to view items due to covid, but an amazing sales person named Diego Chemello, who has helped us twice on the phone, when asking questions, and let me tell you all, what a professional speaking man he is. Very informative, and willing to go the extra mile to help people. We cant wait until we are able to go in in person to Teppermans to shop and continue doing business with Diego after covid goes away or calms down. Thank you sincerely Michelle and Ray Moser.

We bought furniture in September, it showed up mid-November. 3 of 6 pieces were damaged, and the wrong chair showed up. Three more weeks later, the replacement end tables showed up (1 of 2 damaged again). We are still waiting for another end table and the correct chair and it won’t be here until March now. My boyfriend and I just bought our first home and was so excited to pickup furniture. We ordered our bedroom set back in October for delivery December 10th. Leading up to delivery we assumed everything would be delivered considering we were never informed otherwise. When the delivery arrived we were told our bedroom set was missing the rails and they couldn't put our bedroom set together. They rescheduled our order for December 19th. It arrived once again without the rails. I'm now being told we won't see our order until January 6th. Beyond frustrated, only thing they have offered to do for us is credit our delivery fee which we should not even be paying in the first place. If we would have been told about this we would have made other arrangements or even ordered a different bedroom set since we've been sleeping on the floor since December 10th.
