Teriyaki Experience

The food here is amazing. I love the new poke bowl and I highly recommend. The service is also very good and the atmosphere is very cozy.

This restaurant is terrible! I asked for less rice and more veg, because of diabetes. It was agreed that’s how my meal would come. When they made my meal up wrong, they denied it. Said “all are the same” over and over. I was then told it would cost $2.00 to take the rice off! They say yes to everything, then when making up the dishes, they do what they want. Then argue with you that you never said that! The staff don’t care about customer service. When we got the food home there was next to no meat or vegetables. They are terrible!
Don’t bother.

Went in for takeout at 6: 45pm and I was told by the staff that the kitchen was closed already, while they were serving a guest ahead of me. If you're open until 7 you should be serving until 7. Terrible service.

Says they close at 8 but the staff shut the grills and machines down at 7: 30, so really they close at 7: 30 then I guess?

Over 30 mi s to prepare 4 dumplings. Went to do food shopping and came back and they had not started.the restaurant was empty when i came in and i was first on the list.what a disaster.

This will come across as a negative review BUT read it entirely. Lunch was busy and the cook got flustered and made my order wrong 2xs (or gave me the wrong order). The owner/manager was there and he jumped in on the grill to help her out but also clear up the backlog. They MAY have taken my order wrong (?) BUT it was fixed AND they gave me MORE than enough in compensation gift cards! I can honestly say I was OVER compensated! When a business messes up but steps up and fixes it with a bonus, THAT's proper customer service. PS the food was fresh and yummy as always from this location (Dorval Crossing)

Lady behind the counter was rude and brash, gentleman was awesome, lady bossing this employee for no good reason. Portion was so small for the price. Can't believe the portion for $16. Save your money go elsewhere.

I visited on Sep 2,2021 around @12: 55 pm. The cashier Katrin was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately she was teamed with a SUPER slow short-tempered short-order cook, who didn't know the menu well, got frustrated and got mad, and got annoyed that I asked for rice instead of noodle, telling Katrin off in front of me that she should never let me substitute noodle with rice. The food wasn't that great, like someone else mentioned on this site, barely any meat, not even that much rice which was soaked with sauce. I paid $28 for 2 miserable meal in 2 carton boxes, with sauce almost soaking through the box. I will never go back again. It was a awful Teriyaki experience.

Sticky floors, food remnants everywhere, and overall unclean & unsanitary. The young female working had no idea what noodles were which. Shame when they are so close to a head office.

Used to be one of my favourite chains, recently moved to the area and tried this one out and was SUPER disappointed.

Food was horrible
Barley any flavour at all
Small portions and within that small portion was majority rice and barley got any veg or protein.
$15.00 for a small box of basically just white rice thanks guys -_-

At the first moment you step in this place the stuff gives you an enjoyable feeling. Very courteous waiters, it is a lovely restaurant to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date.yummy cooking, qualified chef, decent price and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Food is really good. New design - if you eat in they bring it to your table. The people who work there are super friendly and nice. My son and I have be there a few times and they always remember us with a smile.

Food was good but only got 2 dumplings and ask for an order 6 extra dumplings and never got them

Genuinley some of the nicest and kindest people who work here. Every time I come I’m never disappointed with the food quality, or the customer service quality. It’s always very clean and a great environment.

Asaumably husband-wife operation. Very friendly service. They are also fast and clean. Unfortunately the day we went in we did not have some menu items in display such as sushi. Overall it was a satisfying meal experience justifying the price paid

Horrible experience, I saw a live bug by the front counter and when I pointed out the bug to the employee he just took it to the back to show his manager. Now one came up to us to apologize and the food tasted horrible, I literally took one bite and threw out the rest of my order. Definitely a place to stay away from.

Fresh, excellent quality vegetables and produce, good size portions for a surprisingly low price!

This is my first ever 1 star rating. I really enjoy this restaurant but this particular location is to be skipped. I've given it 3 tries and today was the 3rd strike. My order got cleared off their order screen so I stood waiting for my lunch for just over 20 minutes. When the mistake was realized they continued to make the next three dishes in line before mine. Not sure why. There was no apology from the owner only attitude. So I gave it a solid 3 tries but now won't be back to this location. Also, I should mention for review sake, while I was being handed my food I saw the owner drop one of his cooking utensils on the floor, picked it up wiped it with a dirty cloth and continue using it for the next orders.
