Definitely need a parking permit or ticket. You have to remember where you park or eles you will be lost or confused as the area is tremendously massive

Dirty parking lot. Go out new route is disaster for accident! What was engineers thinking off.
Cleaning garage from dust at least few couple years is must. Leaving your car for 1 day and it's covered with dust from passing by cars.driving inside creates dust cloud.come on.for that price rather leave it outside in rain and secured area with out notification of stolen vehicles

I have used the pre-pay parking 3 times and each time there have been issues. Twice the bar code would not scan upon entry. The third time the terminal parking lot was full.

Parking is good. However pricey. Should have an in and out option instead of having to pay twice if you have leave.

Excellent customer service. I returned a day early from my trip and they provided me with a refund for the unused time. Much appreciated!

Was a bit hesitant after reading the -ve reviews. But had the smoothest experience ever. Quick in quick out by scanning the bar code. Also got a parking spot right in front of the elevator!

Friend was delayed coming out due to COVID testing and new measurements. A bit expensive if you park at express parking and wait for more than 1 hour.

It is certainly convenient. But finding a spot if a big hassle and somehow this parking garage tries extra hard to make navigating the floors a challenge. Following the arrows to park will eventually lead you to the exit if you're unfortunate not to come across an open spot. You basically end up driving in the opposite direction like an idiot to get back. This was surprising since last time I parked here it was quick to find a spot. Either way, they could improve the flow to make it easier to find a spot especially if you're not veteran who knows all the corners to try.

Really sad that the airport T1 and T3 parking team is taking advantage of individuals and taking their money on a mistake that should be fixed by the Airport. I guess they're not making enough $$ during COVID?

My family was driving around the departure / arrival terminal and was told by staff to go to "cell-phone parking". Having been our first time, we followed this instruction. Immediately leaving the terminal you will see a destination sign for "parking" on the left and for the 401 series of highways on the right. Naturally someone who is there for the first time would stick to the left for "parking". We went in and found it led to the parking lots. We immediately headed towards the exit within 5 min and without using the parking at all. We reached the exit and hit the "help button" to explain what happened as we saw a payment fee. The rude staff on the intercom started arguing with me and said too bad we have to pay. She told me that I could sit there and "basically complain or pay the additional fee to open the gate". I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor because the sign was not clear and we never used the parking at all. She responded over me without completing my sentence and said "Well okay then suit yourself sir, you can wait and enjoy paying the fare". Ticked off tone, she said she didn't know when the supervisor was available to talk and essentially told us to enjoy having to pay more or that she can call security. Having sitting there for 30 minutes (cars behind were also upset), I told her to call security or her supervisor.

After 5 minutes, I hit the help button again and it went to a different agent who shut the com immediately when I requested a manager.

After 45 minutes sitting at the exit, the supervisor got on the com. I basically told her that the airport should be ashamed of taking advantage of ppl during COVID, since the airport did not have a clear cell phone parking sign and people don't make it a hobby to travel to the airport often during COVID. The supervisor said that I would have to pay the fee no matter and that she trusted her agents who spoke to me (she wouldn't give their names). IF she didn't believe our exit time, I told her to check the cameras to see how quickly we reached the exit and how we never used the parking. The main issue was the incorrect sign. She admitted that the airport has seen an increase in people accidentally entering the parking (possibly to misuse it). I told her to consider the possibility that people are making this mistake due to the sign not clearly mentioning cell phone parking and not to misuse it. I mean why the heck would people enter a parking for 5 minutes and then leave? The airport is empty and can use the ramps. She also told me that they had previously taken this issue up with management and in process of adding this to the destination sign (not sure how true this is). I asked, how could she fine us for making a common mistake to which she asked for our licence plate to add to her register. She said next time she finds my plate making the same mistake she won't give us grace. I honestly found this to be a humiliating experience for a mistake that the airport is responsible for. Why was I penalised and added to their record for a common mistake? Having had enough and being forced to sit there for over an hour (with my family members waiting at the terminal), I just gave up and passed along my info. I just wanted to leave.

The fact that airport was already aware and resolving this shows its not the customers fault. Fix the sign. Until a cell phone parking sign is added they should not penalise people. Funny thing is, as soon as I left another person made the same mistake and was reversing off the exit ramp! Avoid going through this embarrassment. Keep to the right lane and if you do make this mistake, before entering the T1 /T3 parking, call parking staff (even if cars behind you start honking or forcing you into the parking as in my case since there is only one lane). Disgusting.
