Had Birds one morning trying to get into the house via the side out let vent. Called Terminix and spoke with Sandra one of the most pleasant person you would want to speak with, explain my situation. Inspector Adam came out the same day another wonderful personal from the company. Adam explain and show me how he will fix the bird problem. It's been 5 days now, problem fix because I haven't heard nor see any birds back. I am so thankful from first contact with Sandra in the morning to the end with Adam.

Marshall just installed Pigeon netting on my apartment balcony at 2335 Lakeshore. It took 70 minutes in pouring rain and wind. He did a superb job and was pleasant and courteous. Thanks for a job well done.

Eddy was amazing. Went above and beyond our expectations and worked outside in the rain. He was extremely thorough and excellent!

We had a hornet's nest on our property, and customer service was HORRIFIC! Their representative, Jerry, was highly unprofessional. He made our experience horrible, and kept delaying our service. He also thought it would be a good idea to make rude and snarky remarks. By the time somebody came to treat our nest, the nest was huge and the problem was not fixed at all post-treatment. This problem could have been avoided if they had just sent somebody earlier. We ended up hiring another business, in which they had arrived in less than 48 hours.

It started with the call to ask about residential service. I ended up speaking with Komahal - who was so kind and patient and understanding, that I now refer to her as my "Pest Therapist" (or should that be "Pest Therapest"? ;) ).

And then the excellence continued when Eddie Bauer came to our door. He listened to me, inspected the home, and then proposed a strategy. Only five days after the "treatments", and I already see phenomenal results. Thank you, Komahal and Eddie, and thank you Terminix!
