This place is very tidy, flush with options and the staff are very helpful. Shoutout to Pauline for making my first ever visit enjoyable and educational (October 4th 2022).

I am a consistent repeated visitor. Plants and color feed my soul in winter grayness. And so much choice in warmer months. Beautiful products, great set up to keep patrons safe during covid times. Plants cost a bit more than pop up garden centres, but the quality accounts for the cost. Great selection and helpful staff.

Great selection and quality of the plants and flowers available. I was also happily surprised by the very good prices.much less expensive than I was expecting!

Beautiful plants, and cashiers/staff are all friendly. Unfortunately the management isn't great, I got attitude from one and poor communication from the other (as in they just stopped responding back and my issue was left unresolved). I have worked in retail and in customer service, so I expect a little better from management.
Still a lovely store, as long as you don't have any issues that require management.

Nancy (with a Dutch background) was super helpful, and Terra must be pleased to have her on their staff. Bravo for a marvellous performance. Answered all our questions and took the time to help us pick flowers for our planter.

We recently had several good experiences at this location. Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and has helped us multiple times, and Pauline went above and beyond to help us find the perfect Japanese Maple for our front garden. There's also a surprisingly variety of selection for plants!

The woman helping me look for wine and roses weigela was just about it, so we didn't have to go anywhere.thank you so much!

Last year I had finished my backyard and had bought 4 cedars from Terra Burlington and 12 from another nursery (not Terra) All 4 cedars from Terra died in a month and the replacement was not honoured even though the tags were still on. They asked for a receipt which we had unfortunately misplaced and they said their billing system is too ancient to track purchases. The other 12 cedars from another nursery are flourishing. Poor quality of Trees from Terra and no inclination to replace despite it was a recent purchase.

Further to response from Terra, the point to be addressed is the poor quality and likely diseased cedars. I would caution anyone buying cedars or any other trees from Terra.

Purchased a couple of fiber liners for my hanging baskets. Unfortunately they didn’t fit, went to return them, the price tags still attached and they said sorry, no refund without a receipt, not even a store credit, although they acknowledged they were from their store. How awful! Sorry Terra bad business policy!

Amazing selection of indoor, outdoor, edible and succulent plants. Plus accessories and premade arrangements too. A treat to go!

Our favorite place per pandemic, at home during pandemic and now back in person. A great Sonday morning with my living husband.

I love it here. Plenty of variety. There’s flowers, vegetables, herbs, ornamental trees and shrubs, grasses, orchard trees, berries etc.there’s also patio furniture, fountains, decor, indoor plants and much more.

My go to location is off Hwy 6 but this one is just fine! Good selection of plants, seeds and tools for gardening needs. I actually needed to repot my orchid and found exactly what I was looking for.
Lovely arrangements & it was difficult to refrain from purchasing their vibrant & beautiful spring planters.
Everyone is friendly and their outdoor area has. Outdoor furniture, fountains and a nice selection of planters.

Very disappointing to see such a misuse of customer's trust. Price gauging is illegal and will be reported. Will not be going back to Terra Greenhouses again

Ticked me off when Told me they don't offer special orders. I would have to purchase the products in they sell only.the staff member was very rude about it.

Won't use them again.

Good selection of plants, good prices, dog friendly and staff are very kind and helpful. We had an excellent experience during our visit. All of the staff were very welcoming. Devon in particular was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

I’m from out of town. This is a hidden GEM! Friendly and helpful staff. I would drive very far out of my way to go again.

Placed an online order to pickup 4 hydrangeas. Service was quick but the plants were not in great condition. Leafs had dried and fallen off the bottom part of all 4 plants. I had purchased similar from in store and they were so healthy. This was my first time doing online order pickup and will not do it again if they provide such poor health plants. I go to Terra Milton all the time and it's great. Never did an online order there so don't know if this was just for Burlington location or if it's similar everywhere if you place online order.

Went to Terra recently to return a couple of hooks that I had purchased. Was told that I had missed the return deadline.between Covid closings it was difficult to return in the proper timeframe. You'd think the company would make an exception for a $10 item that is unused with tags still attached (with receipt). Lots of other nurseries to shop at.very disappointed in Terra.

Good selection but bit high on price. Some vegetables plant quality is better at Home Depot. Bought cherry tomato plant from Home Depot which gave more fruits than Terra ones

A great nursury with a large variety and quantity of anything garden related. Not busy today. Some good deals kn a few select plants on the sale table. Service helpful and quick.

Good selection, well spaced out. Wish there was more description for what plants are in the big planters for clueless people like me. (For example I took a guess which planters were Full Sun vs Shade loving) Normally I would ask but all staff were busy at the time. The cashier was knowledgeable and let me know which kind I had. They have some pretty cute gifts inside the store too!

They have a good selection with very helpful staff. I'd give them 5 stars but the nearby Connon Nurseries is just so much larger with a correspondingly larger selection still.

I went a little late in the planting season but they still had enough stock for me to select from.

Not good customer service or product knowledge at all. Been going downhill steadily the past few years and not just in one particular location or city either. Staff seem like they'd just rather be somewhere else and it's become quite expensive especially on garden accessories.

Last year in September 2020 when our patio was finished we planted four cedars two from Connon Nurseries that our landscaper bought, and two from Terra Nurseries that we purchased. All four were planted in the same location in the same soil and were given the same care. BOTH of the cedars from TERRA DIED! The replacement guarantee was not honoured by Terra, even though their tag was still on the dead cedar.

Called ahead was very specific about what I was looking for.they said yep we have it! Drove 20 min there only for them to not have it. Super annoying! The girl at the cash was very sweet and apologetic even though it wasn't her fault so I at least appreciate that. The staff are not knowledgeable about their own products.they had to ask 4 different people to even figure out what I was talking about!

Lots of options in reasonable price. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Picked up a 6 ft Japanese Maple. Will visit again for a Blue Spruce.

First visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit; friendly and knowledgeable staff. Loved the floral displays. Washrooms were impeccably clean. Worth the 45-minute drive!

The nursery has an appealing online presence and a smooth curbside delivery if you choose to pick it up.
This is about the best available given the provincial restrictions with the pandemic spikes continuing to surge.

Nice nursery setup that was overpriced on most stock.
Picked up a bag of soil over the winter that had more bugs then Microsoft Windows 2000.

Very good. Having issues with indoor tropical plant & associate was very knowledgeable as well as friendly. She recommended an inexpensive and easy solution.

Disappointed as I stood waiting (clearly visible), to ask about grass seed, as 4 staff members clustered around a customer wondering & laughing about what sort of plant she brought in. Finally decided to go elsewhere. Probably won't go back as there are other nurseries in town w more interactive staff.

Would recommend buying from a professional landscape company and you will get the plants for 1.25 times the price with install.

Good service, massive collection. Unfortunately they didn't have exactly what I needed at their store but they directed me to anther location.

Terra's is a good place to visit. It wasn't busy when I went there today. I needed advise on how to get rid of Japanese Beetles. They're invading my pretty Rose of Sharon tree.
I walked around to see what they had. Some pretty nice clothing on sale and some new fall clothing was going out on racks. I checked out all the plants.if only I had the room for more. However I did buy a beautiful purple orchid. It was a little tattered on a few leaves but hopefully I can nurse it back to perfect health. It was in a black ceramic pot and on sale for $5.00! How could I not buy it?
Anyway, all in all an enjoyable hour spent browsing.

Excellent variety of perennials, shrubs, trees, garden decor etc. I've frequented this location for years, it a short distance from our home. Though recently, I've found their customer service has declined. I stopped by to return a failed bridal wreath speria- they are guaranteed to grow and flourish or your money back. I guess they don't expect people to take them up on the offer. The shrub was uprooted and placed in a plastic bag. The policy did state they need an original recpiet to initiate the return- something I misplaced. Who holds on to these slips of paper? Common mistake, the plant clearly had the Terra price tag intact.

1st request with a cashier manning the "solution center", Kayla I believe. Rude, cold shoulder, not willing to help or show empathy. "There's nothing I can do", typical story. I called for a manger, this girl obviously had little experience, you don't treat customers like that. Manager was more professional and friendly- offered 50% credit. I was more than pleased, it was my negligence, but clear proof was provided by the price tag.

They eventually gave me a new shrub to replace it, which I was pleased with. The male cashier tells me, like I'm a child "just this one time, managers are closing in on that" and rudely walks away. Frankly, I don't care about your manager, I came in with a concern and the burden of a dug up shrub. I got the credit. But you've lost my business and the good word to my friend. Doubt I will be back. Try Home Depot!
Train your staff the be more respectful, and maybe one day I'll be back.

I've emailed the Burlington location multiple times without a response. I completed a curbside pickup at this location recently. Initially the attendant placed the wrong order in my trunk, thankfully I checked. Then, gave me an empty bird feeder box. I emailed with no response. I called and they told me to come back.

I went back the next day, they put a different feeder (much larger) in my trunk. And did not apologize, or allow for any discussion to properly resolve the issue. I went home and realised the feeder was too large for my parent's balcony. I emailed them again without a response. I ended up buying the correct bird feeder on Amazon. Going to give this giant feeder to a friend or donate it.

I really felt ignored, this was the poorest customer service experience I have ever received.

Beautiful greenhouse - lots of houseplants even in winter months. Also has a large boutique section with lots of cute decor etc

I visited TERRA for the first time recently to purchase several plants for my home. I was extremely impressed by the selection and the cleanliness of the facility itself. The staff were very friendly and available to help when needed. I will definitely recommend this location to local friends and family.

As always, super helpful and courteous staff, and a great variety of indoor and outdoor plants and products. Must visit.

I find them very expensive but they have a good selection and knowledgeable staff. I shop here when investing in perennials to ensure I get the correct plant and/or a hard to find plant.

I couldn't believe the size of the place. The assortment and variety of plants and decor offered is amazing! I found just what I was looking for! Friendly staff as well. The only thing I was a bit shocked to find was the price of their perennials. I am not from this area.where I am located (south of Windsor ont) the price differences are drastically lower for such plants as boxwood for example. I can purchase this plant at 15" for $8-15. & I found one at Terra garden center for $120. I understand cost and demand as well as availability is different from location to location and this has a lot to do with this price inflation.

An extremely helpful employee lead us around the store today, helping us pick out the plants that were in one of their already-planted, large planters. She was super nice and friendly and we were done in no time. Definitely recommend

This place has it all. The plants are healthy and there is such a great variety to choose from. The staff were very knowledable. When one of my trees from last year didn't make it through the winter, they replaced it with no questions asked. This place is first rate and will always be my go-to place for gardening.

Beautiful greenhouse with a variety of plants, flowers, trees, and bushes. Has everything you need for outdoor or indoor gardening, landscaping materials, and planter combinations. Massive variety with reasonable prices. Some flowers and plants pricier than other stores but quality looks great. Greenhouse is smartly laid out with lots of room to either browse or push around carts. Some areas are covered while others uncovered. Check-out is quick and staff are efficient if you need help carrying things to your car (such as bags of soil). Highly recommended to check out the place.

Such a nice place to shop for flowers and trees for your backyard! A vast variety of flowers, bushes and trees, pots and soil to choose from! A good enough parking area with carts to carry your purchase. Store assistants are also available to help!

My wife loves this greenhouse, drags me out often to look around. They always have a variety of beautiful plants both indoor and outdoor, as well as larger landscape trees, but they can be expensive though.
