I want to commend the friendly knowledgeable staff at the Keele St location. The 4 people I asked questions of went out of there way to be helpful. And all with a smile.

Very poor online ordering system and service (so this isn't necessary limited to this location). Their website claims that the average order is fulfilled within a few days but mine took several weeks, they ran out of stock for half the items I selected, and I had to chase them for any sort of updates. They rarely pick up their phone, either, so it was difficult to find someone to talk to about it.

I did appreciate how friendly their staff were when I was able to interact with them, and that's the only reason this isn't a 1 star review.

It's clear that TERRA Greenhouses needs to update their inventory more regularly and better sync their store stock with their online orders. Better communication with customers on order status needs to be prioritized, especially if there are delays. If I had known that the items were out of stock shortly after my order was placed then I could've looked elsewhere, but by the time I was notified many other stores were also out of stock.

As it currently stands, I wouldn't recommend ordering anything online from TERRA Greenhouses.

This was our first time visiting terra. Can I just say, loved the service, loved the amazing selection of plants, loved the atmosphere. Just LOVED EVERYTHING. Will definitely be coming back very soon.

All 5 Hydrangeas that I bought and planted didn't survive the winter, I had 3from HD planted side by side purchased for lower price that survived. The tree that we purchased was healthy and thriving.

I just had an amazing experience with Terra! I was lucky enough to be chosen for their "test run" with Plantrunz. I received two potted plants, a Philodendron narrow and Geogenanthus ciliatus. First of all, the condition of the plants is superb! The leaves on the Geogenanthus are so gorgeous! Usually when you get a plant that has been repotted at a greenhouse it is in generic Miracle Grow Tropical Soil. Time and care was put into repotting these plants into terracotta using an appropriate medium for each plant. I am just so impressed. Plantrunz was convenient and super easy - I hope this will develop into a permanent partnership. So happy!

Love this garden center. Never disappoints with the variety of annuals and perennials in stock.

I find the process way too expensive. A snake plant here is $100 when the same size is $20 at Costco.

Outdoor plants are absolutely gorgeous from Terra, they stay healthy and thriving all season long! My neighbours all have switched to Terra instead of bad quality grocery store flowers, and it’s noticeable. The flowers are exceptionally healthy, the price matches.

I purchased a few herbs earlier this year and sadly they were infested with fungus gnats that I only noticed after bringing home. Almost ruined all my seedlings I started myself! So upset. I didn’t call Terra as I figured what will they even do about it.

Sometimes the customer service doesn’t match the beautiful quality plants, but this has happened only a few times in many years for myself.

The overall selection of flowers and hanging baskets were beautiful. The staff was very courteous and helpful. First time customer and will have my future business.

I recently purchased a pepper plant and a strawberry plant from terra, and brought them into my indoor garden. Both plants turned out to be infested with aphids, and now everything in my garden is under strict observation. I am afraid we will lose the entire garden and have to start over. Not a happy camper.

I purchased my flowers and plants from Terra. I am very happy with my flower garden. I bought the prettiest rose tree. It has all pink roses just one white one. The staff is very helpful.

Nice stuff, a bit on the pricier side.but they need to get their act together when it comes to cashiers. Always a massive lineup to pay. It's like we have to beg them to give them our money.

Open up More terminals. Have a separate POS system for the sod/dirt/mulch pickup outside. To wait in line to pay for 30 minutes, only to go back outside to give the order to the crew to wait again.

This has nothing to do with covid restrictions. It's just smart business to cash people out in the most inconveniencing way possible.

My favourite place to buy plants in the world. They have incredible prices for the high quality and huge variety of plants they carry. Every plant and tree I purchase is always clean and bug free. They’ve been extra hard working during this pandemic and providing affordable delivery options. Can’t recommend Terra enough!

Good selection on outdoor plants. Indoor plants not the best. Bought a mini rose bush and realized when I got home it had mold on a lot of the leaves. It's been hard to get rid of. Employees were very upbeat and eager to help if needed.

It seems I've (we've) been on a country tour of these venues for the past few months. Another city, another eye appealing experience.

There’s a huge indoor and outdoor product selection including plant flats.

Plenty of parking. It was worth the drive to this greenhouse operation.

I was so blown away with the service. I was literally the only curbside pickup in a packed parking lot but I was treated like gold. She told me up front that they were really busy but she was quite prompt. I felt like my effort of doing this online and making my purchase in advance was appreciated and supported. I highly recommend their products and their service.

Were are the indoor tropical plants, and soil? I drove over an hour - what a disappointment. One of the worst greenhouses I have ever visited.

Great sales at this nursery! Got myself a huge 10+ inch pot glazed teracotta with drainage and saucer for only $12. Also have been looking everywhere for baby ficus elastica plants and this place had them in 4 inch pots for $9. Very reasonably priced and friendly staff. Would definitely come back once spring rolls around to check out their selection

Good quality flowers and plants. My gardens look amazing with their plants. Notables - Petunia, begonia and hydrangea.yup!

Like doing my flower shopping here every year. We also buy our Christmas tree here as well. They have great.

Staff over charge me on my credit card i mean like the amount showing on my pruchase receipt which is $12 and they charge my credit card $50.
Need to go back to them to get my money back so hastle and not considering my driving and my gas they are about 30km away from me.

Only rated 3 stars because we got what we needed. This place has nice decor and a lot of varieties of flowers, however everything was so expensive! One small pot of flowers 3' by 3' was 4.50$. And a slightly bigger pot was around 15. I honestly don't know how these guys will be able to sell any more of their products if they don't lower the prices asap. Me and my mom came in today to buy some garden hangers and they were on sale for 3 dollars each, which is very reasonable. However, when we saw that the original prices were 20.99, for a small rack, we were astounded! We bought 8 of those and 9 welcome mats, and we only had to pay around 54$ for everything. However, if we had paid the racks at their original prices (20$), we would have paid almost 300 bucks more. The difference between these two prices when we just went out for some small shopping is mind blowing. I seriously hope the owners lower the prices on the flowers and keep the house decor in sale/clearance for as long as possible because as I say earlier, these prices are insane. And if this doesn't happen soon, then I'm afraid this store won't be doing so hot.

Just visited Vaughan location to return a dead Japanese Maple tree, that died prior to even planting (in two weeks!) - Bought on sale- Was told by one staff member to exchange for the same item and when went to do the return, was told I'd be given a credit note- no exchange (trees were no longer on sale) and expected to be given a credit note to buy regular priced tree, double the price. The original "on sale" trees were obviously not well taken care of, many were tipping over prior to people purchasing, and the scam was to return and buy another tree at a higher price. Very pricey and awful warranty and return policy! Stick to places where you are fully refunded for substandard products, not given credit notes to spend on items you do not need. There are way to many competitors out there to keep loyal to Terra!

Big shouts to Olivia for helping me over the phone on a Saturday. Was able to track down a sedum that I had been searching all over the GTA for. She quickly located the item for me and I was able to acquire for our garden. And not get my butt kicked by my girl for having to few of them in the first place.

Always have very reliable vegetable plants here. Lots of various sizes from small cell packs to 4 and 5 inch pots.

The staff at Terra are absolutely AMAZING, extremely polite, professional and caring. Aaron who is the garden expert took a lot of time with me to design our front landscaping, it looks absolutely fantastic and I can not thank Aaron enough for all of his time, patience and expertise to come up with a beautiful design. A huge thanks to the staff in particular GianPaul who was extremely polite and careful loading my suv. Hurry and visit this beautiful garden centre, they are absolutely wonderful people with an over the top selection of EVERYTHING you can possibly ask for:)

Place is great and has everything.
If they were to give you a warranty for "every green " they need to honour it and replace it within the warranty period, no questions asked.
Had to argue in order to replace a dead plant as if I they were testing my knowledge and quizzing me.
When you warranty something just do, customer is always RIGHT.

Great prices and lots of selections. Well worth the drive north from Toronto. They have everything you can possibly want to improve your garden.
