Terra Vista took a lot of time to understand how we live and what we like. Incorporating our lifestyle and our aesthetic they designed a perfect outdoor space for us.

The Terra Vista construction crew made the design plans come to life. They converted our neglected old backyard into a magical outdoor living space.

Terra Vista built a large screened in porch, a number of multi level outdoor decks and perfectly matched hardscapes and softscapes.

The visual is beautiful, the work is meticulous and the plants, grasses and trees are strong and healthy.

From design, to build, to maintenance Terra Vista has been great to work with. The final product has exceeded our expectations.

They close at 4: 53pm, not 5pm. Drove over to get another 2 yards of soil. Staff was leaving. Maybe just put when you actually close. Waste of time. Will go elsewhere. Staff not the friendliest either.

I worked for this business for the last 4 months.
Helped with snow removal before summer started.
Was promised to be cutting grass on a 0 turn lawnmower.
Got stuck on a trimmer every single day, cut the grass maybe 3 times since I started there. Was promised benefits after 3 months and then when I asked for the paperwork I was fired. They simply don’t care about their employees at all. It’s all about a quick dollar. They overcharge for everything aswell, and say your getting fertilizer on your lawn when you aren’t, charging you for fertilizer but not providing it, charging you for things that aren’t even being done& they don’t pay you your total pay, I have 10 hours they have unaccounted but I have sent them proof with no response

Friendly and quick service. I went in for a 1/2 cubic yard of rocks and was in and out in a little more than 5 mins.

I came in with a pretty unusual request of a stone slab for a hearth pad.

Nathan and his team were excellent. They were open to my request, provided different options for me, cut down a slab of limestone to my required specs and were able to get it to me quickly.

Nathan was super responsive and easy to work with. I can’t recommend Terra Vista enough.

Dealt with Terra Vista for the third time since we bought our house. Everyone has always been friendly, courteous and very helpful. Nathan in particular has helped us several times, delivered our product exactly where we needed it, and a lot of helpful tips. The second driver today was also a great guy and very professional. I’d definitely recommend them!

I do not like leaving negative feedback but I had a rather unfortunate experience with this business that I wanted to share with potential clients. After seeing other positive reviews I decided to call this company for fairly large project (fence, patio, deck, hot tub, walkway, gardens, driveway) at my home. After getting a relatively quick call back from someone at Terra Vista I was told someone else would be calling to book a time to come out and meet with us about our project. I got a call from a fellow who was very pleasant, I believe his name was Trevor, who confirmed that I was looking for a project and my location. He then proceeded to tell me unless I was going to hire Terra Vista to do design, without even giving me a price for it, he would not come out to meet with me and discuss the project. I was told that his time is worth something and he didn't want to make the drive (which was 34.7km from their listed location to my home) unless I agreed to hire him over the phone for the design. I was informed that the design cost would be incorporated into the overall project should we choose to proceed which was a big plus and good information. I confirmed that I had no issue paying for a landscape design once I've had the opportunity to review and discuss the project and also get a good sense of the design direction that could/would be explored. I explained that I was doing my own due diligence and would like to walk through the project with at least 3 separate firms before committing to design and eventually the build. I asked for a list of past client references and was simply told to go to the website and read reviews. Red flags were popping up in my head all over the place.

I'm actually quite sad with the experience as the reviews were quite positive and website show some very professional looking work. This may be a good company, and they may do great work, but the customer service really makes me uneasy about investing significant time and money with them. I hope this is not the norm for others. Perhaps this review can be a warning for anyone considering hiring Terra Terra that would be at a distance from their home base in Picton. Maybe there is more of a willingness to meet with clients if they are 'just around the corner. '

Just for reference, another well reviewed Landscape company out of Picton had no issue visiting onsite to discuss the project and explained the same process that design would come at a cost if we decided to pursue further.

I'm a big fan. Everything is there in the yard to check out. Service is very friendly and straightforward. Definitely my first stop when looking for yard materials.

Fantastic company. Great crew. Guys are very easy to deal with and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this company. We use them for outside maintenance on the property we manage.
