Très beau, pris abordable possède lit escamotable pour les enfants. Ma chambre étais calme et manquait de rien. Possède une cafetière nesspreso de la vaisselle frigo four micro-ondes et le tout étais très propre. Merci!

Great staff. Very dog friendly. Clean rooms and grounds. Loved the porch with comfy chairs overlooking Lake Nipissing.

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Also in our room were Nespresso coffee maker, fridge with freezer, microwave and toaster. Views of the bay were amazing. Staff was great and very helpful. Definitely will stay again.

The room was huge, and clean. Ground level room had front and back door entrance. Was very relaxing and peaceful. Had an expresso machine but no coffee machine. Had a kitchenette

We always enjoy our stay here. We used to come here years ago and were disappointed when we heard they had shut down. We were thrilled to hear someone had brought Terrace Suites back to life again. Best place to stay if you're in the area and want a peaceful night sleep and take in the beautiful scenery all around you of Lake Nipping and Callander Bay. What an amazing view and beautiful sunset overlooking the lake from your room or balcony. Most rooms have a fireplace and jacuzzi suites make a nice romantic getaway for all seasons. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. North Bay just a short drive away.

Beautiful place. Very quiet and huge rooms. We had a 1 bedroom king suite with a queen Murphy bed. Young man in the office was amazing. Will definitely come back.

I had a lovely stay in room 212. It's newly renovated and very cozy. It's very peaceful here with a beautiful view of the bay and the sunset. They are super animal friendly (with prior notice) which is such a bonus! The absolute best part of the Terrace is the staff. They genuinely put customer satisfaction first and do whatever they can to ensure you are happy and will enjoy your stay. Great people.

I only have a few minor complaints that may help the staff to better accommodate their guests - not every room has a closet. I really like using the closet space to hide my luggage and hang my clothes when I stay at hotels, especially for extended periods of time.

The man door that leads into the building, which is right by the room doors, closes quite loudly. It's inevitable that guests will forget to close it softly which results in a loud bang, sometimes in the middle of the night. I spoke to the staff about that and they said they were going to fix it! Although, I'm leaving today so I can't quite speak on the fixes.

As a lighting technician this may be something that would only bother me, but I do find the bathroom lighting to be very bright, especially for the early mornings and late evenings. Putting a dimmer on the switch, or changing the wattage of the mirror bulbs would surely help with this!
