If you like paying just under 2000 a month for apartments with cockroaches and a company that literally doesn't do any upkeep or maintenance, then terracorp is the place for you.they also apply to the landlord/tenant board every year to circumvent the legal guidelines for rent interest maximum increase (legal maximum of 2.5 %) they recently applied to rug pull my parking spot from my lease.they are blood sucking cockroaches just like the ones in their buildings

The 5 star reviews for Barclay Towers boosting up the "landlord" Kahl and this awful apartment & company are false. The tenants were offered a reward for posting 5 star reviews.that's why they all magically appeared at the same time. And that just about says it all about this deceitful company. The positive reviews are fake. Run far away from this building!

I have been living at one the TerraCorp buildings for over a decade. Service is always very professional and very quick. Staff are always courteous.

I have been living at 71 Grand Ave and have noticed extreme detail in cleaning and sanitizing as well as very caring and warming personalities from Ruby and Tom since I moved in, both being very professional, detailed and organized with their daily duties.

I am currently at 1255 huron st just iver 1 year. Its been pretty good living here. Marie is a very professional resident manager and have had no complaints. Great place to live!

After living in a Terracorp building for 5+ years, I decided to give this 5 star review based on the quality building management led by Khaled and his staff. They are constantly in and around the building cleaning/repairing and dealing with garbage and recycling. Khaled works tirelessly to fix any issues within my apartment and is there in an instant to diagnose problems before deciding what the best solution is. I hope to have Khal as a building manager for as long as possible as he's been a huge improvement compared to previous management.

Started renting here a few months back. Everything has been great so far besides a few things, however whenever I have an issue Khaled is quick to come and help solve it with me. He’s been a blessing to make my renting experience as smooth sailing so far.

I've been living at Barclay Towers for over 2 years now and it has been a great experience. The building is always clean and tidy, I can count on Khal (the building manager) to always answer my phone calls at any time if I have an issue or need repairs done, he is also very friendly and welcoming. Repairs and building maintenance are always prompt and with good service. Great place to live, would highly recommend Barclay Towers.

I’ve been living at Barkley Towers for a few years now and it’s been the best experience I’ve had renting. I’ve been comfortable, feel safe and the current building manager, Khal, is not only an amazing person to me, but treats my family with so much kindness and respect when they come over. I’ve never felt more at home and treated with so much dignity before. Totally recommend this apartment for anyone.

Very pleased with my experience with Terracorp management, specifically my landlord Khal. I’ve lived in my building for about a year and a half and khal is one of the main reasons I’ve enjoyed living here so much! He is always prompt to answer when I have any questions or concerns, and with a smile on his face! He even came when I had an issue at 1am on a Saturday night. He also always keeps the communal spaces so clean which I really appreciate.

Lived at Barclay Tower for 8 months now. Little pricey being downtown and the heat can sometimes be a little too hot meaning open windows and fans in the winder, however, I love living here. The apartments are a decent size, the area is great being just far enough from Richmond, and the building is very well insolated from sound.
The building manager, Khal, made moving in a breeze. He is always nice and says hi and chats when you pass by. The buliding is well upkept and cleaned regularly. Very happy living here.
Hoping a 2 bedroom apartment becomes available around the time my lease is up so I can stay a few more years!

My time at terracorp barclay towers has been great, which is mostly attributed to the building manager, Khal. Khal is always on top of things right away if you have questions or concerns and returns calls quickly. He’s one of the nicest guys I’ve met and seems to have a good personal relationship with every tenant in the building. Khal will be sorely missed when I move out. 10/10 wish I could take him with me

Good afternoon. I live at 695 Talbot st. London ont. Kal is one of the best Supers I've come across. The building smells great all the time. Hallways are maintained regularly. The grounds are well kept.great experience Terracorp.

Top notch management. I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft. Management came down with a fishing pole and managed to get my keys saving me $250. All within 10 minutes. Love these guys!

I have been at Barclay Towers for almost 15 years now. We had alot of turnaround in regards to landlords. However, Khaled our somewhat new landlord (a few years) has been amazing! We have had many updates/upgrades that have been done & he is so friendly & nice. I highly recommend renting at Barclay Towers.

I cannot speak about other TerraCorp places except Barclay Towers apartments. 5+ stars for KHAL the BUILDING MANAGER.

Khal embodies all the skills that a tenant would want their building manager to have. Khal is consistently polite, personable, reliable and hard working. He is attentive and listens if you have a problem - he will do his best to deal with it right away. Khal makes the building a very peaceful environment to reside in. There has not been one request he has not followed through on and he’s a phone call away if you have any problems.

I have lived in the apartment going on year 3 and was thinking last year about moving. I realized how fortunate I was to be able to live in a place where I knew I could count on my building manager Khal if anything goes wrong, and who genuinely cares about your quality of living. Khal is the guy that always says hi even when he’s busy mopping the floors, he wants to make sure your needs are met and is always in a good cheery positive mood. Khal gives great notice on any renovations/changes and he is just overall an authentic, down to earth human being with a hard worth ethic who makes you feel valued and heard. He is reliable and if I could give more than 5 stars I would 100%. It is really such a delight as a tenant to know you have someone who you can rely upon and is thoughtful if ever an emergency occurs. I couldn’t have asked for a better building manager. Very impressed with him and it just makes me love my apartment even more knowing the positive atmosphere radiating throughout the building daily! It is evident you care about your tenants as more than just a job. Thank you very much Khal.

I live in the Barclay Towers, and honestly, the best part of it is the residential management. Khal is competent, kind and always on a good mood towards everyone! It is very rare to find buildinga with good resident services, so I am very glad!

DO NOT bother with this company.
To the first showing the building manager was 40 minutes late, was extremely unprofessional and sketchy. He told me I was the first to apply, and pulled out the lease telling me I can sign and have it, as long as I bring the proper documents and last months rent. When I told him I couldn't sign it right there because my boyfriend was not with me, he told me to forage his signature (which is obviously illegal). He then filled out part of the lease with the move in date, prices, etc. A few days later I bring the signed lease, other documents AND MONEY to them, and he tells me he will get back to me with a copy of everything, but the unit won't be ready until a month after we were supposed to move in. Then when I told him that wouldn't work for us, he totally backtracked and said it would be ready for our move-in date. A week later, the building manager send me a text saying that they rented it to someone else and I have to come pickup my money. I live several hours away and wasted so much gas money to get these documents to them so we could secure the unit. We called the company after and they said there was nothing they could do for us, and put us on the phone with the building manager who stated "this should not be an inconvenience to us". From start to finish these people have been deceitful and dishonest, I would not recommend them at all.

I have been living at keatings place since September of 2021. Since living here we have had our basement flood twice with no mold checks even though a request has been asked multiple times since fall of 2021. The inability to act on an environmental issue within a home is extremely concerning for anyone wanting to live healthily in a home.

Approximately 1 week ago we had maintenance people come replace our dishwasher, during the replacement it was left unattended by maintenance and caught on fire, which almost caused an electrical fire in my townhome.

The 1 maintenance man noticed that the baseboards were swollen underneath the electrical panel and said it was a concern yet nobody has done anything about it.

This management company is ran by money hungry, greedy and selfish people who do not care about the state their tenants are living in. I have now sent three emails with no response from an actual manager. I have receipts of every single issue stated from email.

Live here if you want environmental issues with no support! If not, carry on to somewhere else. It’s not worth the price point.

Signed the lease including all additional requirements documents with first and last rent just for the building manager to tell me the unit I signed for wont be available for another 20+ days past the original agreed move in date. After following up to get a guarantee on the move in date they gave the unit to someone else. Horrible service. Would rate 0/5 if I could.

Awful residential management company. They gouge people for rent money and give them something cheap and badly maintained in return.

I live @1257 Huron st and got to say the building is keeped very clean and laundry room is always maintained thanks for the good experience.

A couple of weeks ago I inquired about an apartment at 71 Grand Ave through an ad on Kijiji. I had the pleasure of speaking with a woman named Christine, and she invited me to go view an apartment that she had available. I have to say, the building looked like it was very well kept up. The apartment she showed me was a very clean and spacious. Christine was also very welcoming. All in all I was very impressed.

I lived at 619 William St for just over 2 years after moving from the United Kingdom. Coming to London, Ontario was a very new thing for me and all I was hoping for was something close to the downtown area and comfortable. Terracorp's apartment block on 619 William St was a very comfortable move, it was close enough to Richmond row & walking distance to a few nice food spots towards Adelaide & Dundas. Joyce (the landlord of 619 William St) was a wonderful experience to have managing our building, she's very caring and overall considerate. She looks out for the best in your interests and will even check up on you if she knows you're sick. I could not have asked for a more friendlier person to be there while I was living there and when the time came to move to another city. She explained the processes very clearly and sent me reminders/physically slipped paperwork under the door to make sure I had certain protocols done early so that my moving process was as efficient and smooth as possible. Thank you Joyce, I wish for landlords as amazing as you were in the coming future.

I wish I could give them no stars! They put you completely through the ringer with paperwork, Even signed a lease agreement for them to come back and say the head office did not approve you. I would never recommend this company to anyone! Even after explaining the whole situation via email. And no reason for the denial.

I've lived in the building now for a few months and am quite enjoying it. The units are clean, updated and secure, the laundry facilities are well maintained, and building maintenance is top shelf. The superintendent Pat is wonderful if you have any questions or concerns, and the rental rate is competitive with other buildings in town. Additionally, there is a wonderful sense of community, always a pleasant word to be exchanged with other renters! Definitely recommend this building for anyone looking for a new home.

There is no hand sanitizer or spray in the common areas such as the SHARED LAUNDRY room, entrances and the elevators.
They've shut down the parking lot at my building for construction for 6months in the dead of winter. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for a designated parking spot in the side lot as promised by the property manager. No reply when I contact via website, and I got voicemail when I called. The alternative is to park a 10min walk away, or they offer a cab service- that we all share
. During the PEAK of COVID.
We had a leak in the ceiling that pooled and leaked through the plaster last year, they left it to dry for a week and mold grew on the floor under the tarp they left down. They didn't clean up after patching the hole.

I would just like to say that I am very impressed with how well Jordan, their leasing agent, handled my lease for my new apartment at 111 Base Line Rd W. I don’t always write reviews but thought I would share some insight into the experience I’ve had with Jordan and the management company. My wife and I were able to sign a lease and move in within a few days of seeing the place. Jordan was very helpful and showed us many properties Terracorp had around London, which made our decision that much easier. Head office also had our paperwork approved in a timely manner which made moving in a breeze.

From a parents perspective, I was disgusted with the C bugs and they asked for repairs in Bath & Floors, never done!
My daughter wrote a letter of concern, NO response. We did the repairs. The parking lot of $75/ month for 2 cars is RIDICULOUS People don't pay that for Underground parking! Very small spaces and pot holes. Not a very clean building

There has been an abandoned car in the covered parking area of 1299 Huron St.since at least August 2021. The landlord is aware but despite complaints to both the onsite Superintendant and the Terra Corp head office, the car is not being removed. Perhaps a public complaint will expidite the removal of this unsafe hazard that welcomes vandalism and other crime in the area.

We have been in this business since 2012 and we came to TerraCorp June, 2020. TerraCorp is a great company to work for! The care and compassion shown from Head Office, to their staff, is heart warming and makes us feel valued as employees. This is rare in this industry.

We recently moved a family member into Elizabeth Towers in Owen Sound. I cannot adequately put into words how pleased we are with our decision. Pat the building manager went above and beyond to make our Aunts transition to moving to an apartment pleasant, easy, and stress-free.
The buildings atmosphere is warm, inviting, attention to detail is not over looked here. This building is a hidden gem being surrounded by trees and well manicured lawns and sitting area. Definitly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home that is secure, safe, and has a building manager that treats everyone like family.

I'm so annoyed with this company. I was working in BC for a few weeks and my husband was looking for a place for us to live in Ontario. I called them a few times to ask about the apartment and then they gave us the super's phone number so we could schedule a viewing. My husband wasted his time by going to see the unit and asked the super what were the next steps for the application. She told us to email someone else and we did, on the exact same day. Today, 9 days after we emailed them with no answer, and when I finally had some time to follow up because I was crazy busy, I was told over the phone that unit was taken already. Maybe if they had answered our email, we could've had at least a chance. This is a big lack of organization and I'm glad it didn't work out because it seems like they don't really know what they're doing. I was also told over the phone that the super of that building usually gives everything we need to apply for the apartments when we go visit and she didn't when my husband was there with her.

I will say this, the Resident Managers at Victoria Towers, David and Kim are extremely delightful People, anything you need and they are right there to help you, they are very Pleasant and have made my wife and I feel very welcome as we are not from the area, they made us feel right at Home.

695 Talbot St- Khaled is very nice person. We moved from Alberta, not an easy move but with the help of Khaled, we finally rent the apartment.and very nice clean building so far. Thank you Khaled.

I’m not going to speak to the company itself as I’ve had neither a “good or bad” experience with them. The super Marie at 1255 Huron has been wonderful. She goes above and beyond and is very friendly. I’ve had no major issues with the building itself. It is an older building so during the winter pipes break and water gets shut off more than I would like. The heating is great. The units are very spacious. Laundry room is fine other than the machine robberies but that’s a coinimatic issue not a building issue. The building is conveniently located. I’ve lived here for just over a year and plan on staying at least 4 more years. I referred my best friend and she’ll be moving in soon.

We moved to London a few months ago and Joyce at Stonehedge Towers has made us feel so welcome. All of our questions and requests have been addressed as fast as possible, making our transition extremely easy. There is more than enough parking in the lot and the building is very quiet.

We’ve lived at Stonehedge Towers for almost a year. It has always been sparkling clean and well serviced. Management is amazing and responsive. Joyce is like a family member and is always here for us when we have any questions. The apartments are new and clean -which is rare nowadays- and the neighbourhood is family friendly and safe compared to other areas of the city. We get to control the heat/ AC from our apartment which is a huge plus. We definitely lucked out by living here

I am currently looking for an apartment and I have had two brushes with T. Corp i was not really impressed with.

The first instance was in St. James Place, the gentleman showing me the unit (Not Peter, another fellow) was somewhat rude when he got a phonecall in the middle of the showing. The fact he was on the phone wasn't the issue, i understand people have things going on.it was moreso that anytime the woman on the other end would talk, he would make gabbing motions with his hand to us, despite the fact he was the one asking her questions. I assume she was a building manager and found his actions very disrespectful. He also seemed disorganized. He nearly forgot the date we were going to come in to sign papers, and he also kept telling us the units we wanted were snatched up and there was no availability until September but i go to visit a friend in that complex and i swear that unit is still vacant.

We also went to the Grand Ave building, and the land lady was really nice. But we were told she would email us the paper work whenever the company would get back to her and I'm still waiting. I expect at this point that it has been rented to someone else. I don't think this is the landlady's fault, but at the same time would appreciate better communication between the company and her or, if it is the case that the unit is no longer available, better communication between her and us.

Otherwise nice buildings, standard apartments. Maybe these are the trials you have to go through to rent one.

I would recommend Terracorp for anyone looking for a place to live in London, ON. I spoke with Jordan, he was really helpful and did his best to accommodate all our needs. Even though we didn't ended up renting with them but the service we got was exceptional.

Christine was amazing! She was so helpful, extremely responsive, and kind throughout what could normally be a stressful process. If you're ever looking for an apartment I would highly recommend connecting with her at Grandview Terraces, you won't be sorry!

Have had a great experience at 102 grand with our building manager Mike. Hes been real respectful and professional to my husband and I.

Contacted superintendant Ahmad about electrical problem. A short time later an electrician showed up and 15 min.later both circuits were restored and old-style fusebox updated with "breaker-style" button fuses! Excellent, efficient service!

Our leasing agent Jordan was extremely professional and took all our needs into consideration and found us the perfect place. The building manager Khal at 695 Talbot is fantastic and so friendly. We’re extremely happy with our move!

Jennifer at your Shoreline property is amazing. I dealt with her when I rented my apartment and when it had to be reassigned. She was fantastic through both times. Always kept in contact with me. She was always kind and courteous. Any issues she was on top of. The building itself inside and out is always kept clean. I highly recommend her building as a very nice place to live.

Absolutely disgusting place to live. They have a cockroach infestation that they refuse to address even at the landlord's request. They try to appease tennant's with lies and sticky traps.
If you don't like bugs in your living environment don't move here.

I've lived with TerraCorp for almost 10 years, I love the new upgrades to the buildings, new laundry rooms, updated fresh lobbies, I have had a tour of the newly renovated units and they are beautiful, newly modernized elevators and in summer we have a well maintained life guarded pool and walking distance to fast food, grocery store and dental office.

I have happily been a tenant for nearly 20yrs at Newport II Apartments located in Brantford. Our building manager, Almira, is the best. Very professional, courteous, polite and responsive to the tenants needs. Recently a leak was discovered in my bathroom and the maintenance guys that did the work were very efficient and went above and beyond. I'm very happy with outcome. Thanks again.

Was just speaking with Tina Minard at Riverside Towers. I am currently looking into properties as i am selling my house. I asked her what kind of apartments that they have available. Tina explained to me that they currently have a two bedroom apartment on the 5th floor available. She then went on to explain what the price was. What is included in the rent and what was extra that i would be paying. She then proceeded to let me know about the renovations that was done to the apartment. She told me that it has four stainless steel appliances. She went over the price withe me and told me in detail how she got the cost. I found that terrific that she was kind enough to explain this. Not many residential mangers would go this far. I am just currently looking as it will take awhile for house to be sold. She even told me about the new cameras that we installed and what up coming things are happening. As far as i am concern she went beyond my expectations.

Clean and COVID safe building with good security, and ample parking. Building super / manager is helpful and professional. Our experience at Stonehenge towers has been a good one. Neighbourhood is historic and people are friendly. Would recommend these places.

695 talbot street (Barclays tower) is a nice building to live in. Terracorp is renovating the whole building. The manager on site khal is very professional and helpful. The building is maintained clean. Keep it up.

I have lived at Barclay Towers for a few years now and have been really pleased with the building. It's in a great location downtown and also close to Western, but not overrun with students. In fact the tenants are friendly and quiet and I can rarely hear my neighbours.

The building and lawn are kept very tidy and I feel that Terracorp has dealt really well with Covid protocols so it feels safe in the common areas and staff always wear a mask. There has been good and timely communication about updates and other things like fire alarm testing, construction and service updates.

I feel even more safe after the recent parking structure updates and the added locked garage door, especially being downtown.

The new building manager has been very nice and courteous, and has been doing a great job. I had a recent maintenance request for a leaky tap and it was fixed very quickly, and the whole tap was replaced with an upgraded one. I plan to stay here for a while!

I recently viewed an apartment at Riverside towers in Hanover Ontario. It was a two bedroom that was under construction plus one that wasn't under construction. I got to see the before and after view. I really enjoyed this process. James and Tina MInard were very professional. They explained the price of the apartment. They told me what roughly it would cause for hydro. I got to view an an amazing building. They showed me the whole first floor. Told me about the upkeep that has been going on. They let me know about the recent installment of cameras in the build and that is is a security entrance which i found very comforting. They were a polite and energetic couple. I just loved the way that they were getting along teasing each other. In today's society i found that comforting. Tina went through the whole package and showed me how that they get the numbers. I am currently just looking at my options on where i would like to live. I will not put Riverside Towers out of my options. I really enjoyed their tour. This couple is very professional. I admire them and the hard work it looks like they are doing to keep their building as clean as it is.

Just a few words to say how pleased I am to have located a suite here.
I moved from a house in Calgary and was nervous about renting sight unseen.
It's quiet and I feel very safe.
Pat is fantastic and has been a great help to me in settling in.
She works tirelessly to keep the building clean and tidy. The foyer looked great at Christmas too!
Being happy in my home has helped me tremendously in making my transition to Owen Sound.

Barclays towers is nice to live, close to downtown and Thames park. The manager khaled is there when you need him. You get your value for the money. Thanks terracorp.

I moved into Stone Hedge Towers on William Street at the beginning of 2020. The building is kept clean, people are friendly and the building manager (Joyce) is easy to talk with, helpful and just an overall wonderful person. The staff here have been completing extra cleaning since the beginning of Covid-19 and it shows!

Have been a tenet at one of their buildings for 13+ years, great unit, wonderful management staff, building and grounds are always kept clean and neat, and any repairs are handled efficiently.
