During the COVID-19 shutdown, my original family doctor retired and we were referred to Dr. Ng. Since the referral he has provided exceptional service not only to me (for my pregnancy during COVID-19) but also to my family members as well in getting them the access to the care they need.

I have had multiple virtual appointments and an in-person appointment. Dr. Ng ensures that there is no drop-off in care and always asks questions to ensure that your needs are met. He presents himself very professionally and never makes me feel overwhelmed when presenting me with choices in my care.

His staff are super caring and respond quickly to emails and phone calls. During the pandemic, it's been the norm now to call everything and anything for service but relative to some of the other services, it's been really easy for me to reach someone at Terrapin for any concerns. I was concerned with finding a new family doctor since I had a really good doctor originally but after speaking with Dr. Ng and meeting him in-person, I would highly recommend Dr. Ng as your (new) family doctor.

Doc Derrick is very patient and knowledgeable. He will spend time explaining and listen to your inquires. The email communication is rude, they use words like " didnt you read, I have answered you already, ect. " overall they dont use polite words and they dont like to reply all that should be on the email string.

Thanks Dr. Ng for bringing such an amazing medical clinic to the neighborhood which i have never seen before in this area. Your thoughtfulness, caring and professionalism make me and my family having a vote of confidence with the OHIP again!

Dr. Ng is a very professional, competent and caring doctor. I met with Dr. Ng several times. During each appointment, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me physically and to help put me at ease.
Dr. Ng provided me with excellent and responsible health care, but what is most notable about Dr. Ng, is the exceptional compassion and kindness he exhibited every time I visited his office! It is without any hesitation that I highly recommend Dr. Ng as well as his excellent staff. They exceeded my expectations and renewed my faith in health care.

Friendly, Efficient, Professional.

After seeing the reviews, I decide to give a try. Their service is more than my expectation!
Like my 1st visit, very simple give out my personal information like phone number and address at the front desk, then only a few minutes, I am able to the doctor. Dr NG. Very professional and very efficient like point out the issue therefore won't be any time wasting. After that, there is a pharmacy on site. Very convenient to get your medication. The whole process within 15 minutes the most.

My 2 nd visit, I have some concern about my health and Dr NG very patiently explained to me without any rush feeling. Very Care! And after me, he continues to see another patient (very energetic) and won't let other patients keep waiting in the room.

Also is a newly renovated clinic and all the new equipments which make me feel more comfortable. This is a Highly Recommended Walk In Clinic! Location is at Brimley and Huntingwood. Inside the plaza with tons of parking.

I've taken my daughter here a few times and honestly I like this place more than our family doctors clinic. The staff is friendly and the doctor is excellent, very nice and patient and listens to all your concerns.

Came in for the first time wanting to get tested. I checked the reviews online prior to my visit and I can understand why they are rated so highly. Wonderful place with wonderful staff. Knowledgeable in their field and respectful with clients.

One of imy family members was sick and needed a walk-in clinic. I searched online for the closest clinic and saw what great reviews it has gotten. What a wonderful experience we had today. The doctor was friendly, efficient and we were in and out within 15 minutes. I will be recommending this clinic to my family and friends.

Visited Terrapin Healthcare clinic for an allergy test. Dr. Lisa Fu was very professional and knowledgeable. The test was quick and I was able to get my results right away. She also provided me with a custom list of foods that she tested for reference.
The facility is very spacious and new. They accept walk-in's and they have a few female family doctors on site as well. Highly recommend!

Went to this clinic for the first time. It was past 6pm (almost closing time) but Dr. Ng took me in. He listens to his patient and took his time to explain. Great location, plenty of free parking and the clinic is bright, clean and spacious. Definitely my new walk-in clinic and definitely recommend it.

Went for a cosmetic dermatology treatment. All staff (doctor and nurses) were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Thoroughly explained procedure, detailed oriented in matching treatment to my needs. Products and technology used are all Health Canada approved and from reputable companies sourced from Germany and France. Their reliable service and trust has made the whole process smooth and easy.

Also really like the clinic space, with a layout and breakdown section of pharmacy, medical checkups and cosmetic treatments. High quality use of furniture and the capture of natural lightning to bring in a comforting experience.

Excellent and quick service. Dr. Ng was very professional and knowledable. Clinic is clean, welcoming and located in a very convenient location right at the corner of Brimley and Huntingwood. Very happy with my experience at Terrapin Healthcare.
