The portions were incredibly small. I had 8 ravioli for 28 dollars. I left hungry and broke.

Omg this used to be one of our favs. But after tonight we won’t come back.incredibly over priced and portion sizes ridiculously small

A Toronto favourite for over 30 years, always delicious. Various locations downtown, always busy try to call ahead for a reservation, you won’t be disappointed.

Brodie, our waiter was a delight, the food was great and the outdoor patio so appreciated after being stuck indoors in a trade show all day. Very nice dining experience! The tuna carpaccio and fungi aragula salads were amazing!

Food was spectacular, would highly recommend getting the tiramisu and I’m not normally a big dessert person! It was a little loud and crowded inside but would definitely return:)

Perhaps it's Canada thing! Businesses and workers are great but they feel shy in giving a small low value items on house! Like bread, nacho, chips, salsa etc! Olive Garden Restaurant's marketting may be copied for customer satisfaction at a very low price entry level restaurants!

Terrible experience at Terroni on Queen street. This was our 1st time at their Queen St West location but we had been at Bettola di Terroni 3 times in last 12 months. All four of us order cocktails and the selection of house cured meats to start while we talk and look at menus, shortly thereafter the waiters comes to the table to remind us that it is Saturday night and that it will get busy so pizza's would be the fastest! He seems stressed while a bunch of 20 year old girls are seated at table next to us, we are mid 50's. We order a few more appetizers and I let him know that I will be picking a bottle of white.he picked plates and drinks that were unfinished, again as if there was a rush, the place was not full but then again more 18-20 year olds are seated in our section. We ask for more bread and Olive oil and he seemed distressed by it and emphasizes that the second one is not free. He really did not belong in that role and we felt for him but by then the place is really loud and unpleasant. We order more appetizers and then our main, all the food is on point, and very good but as we get to finish our mains, he picks again plates that are not quite finished and one of of is far from finished their plate. When he asks if we wanted desert, we ask if we could finish the meal in a different area of the restaurant, he immediately said he did not think that would be possible but that he would nevertheless ask his manager. By then the noise was unbearable, all the 20 year olds were very loud. We were relocated to the front of the restaurant, restaurant half full, it's now 9: 30, we order deserts and 3 cappuccinos, the manager comes back to tell us the 2 deserts we chose were not available, we opted not to take any but then the cappuccinos arrive. We ordered them to have with the desert but now NO desert, might have been a good idea to offer them on the house! In any case the food was great, the atmosphere was terrible and so was the service. Never again for $600!

Dropped in and ended up having a great experience, great food and service. The pizza was really good and I recommend it.

I haven't eaten at Terroni in years but I remember the ravioli being very very good! So naturally this time I ordered it and it absolutely did not disappoint. I got the Ravioli di Zio Paperone which comes with duck confit, oysters and mushrooms and oh ma gah this was phenomenal. We had no reservation on a Saturday evening yet front of house staff were friendly and considerate with making us comfortable on the patio despite the possibility of rainfall starting. Our two servers were wonderful and the male server (I didn't get his name but he's olive toned with curly hair!) was super helpful with recommendations and accommodating to my sister's countless allergies. Overall, a 10/10 experience and will definitely be back: >

The menu is totally Italian and there are a lot of options for drinks. If you love Italian food, you must go to this place. It's usually full on weekend nights, so you better reserve a spot when you plan to go.

Lunch service, server seemed uninterested and wasn't very helpful. Food was subpar and greasy.door guy was friendly

Came here with a group of friends for dinner on a Friday evening. It was a busy night, but service was good and servers were attentive. I had a peach ice tea and polenta salad, and they were generous enough to provide a special surprise dessert when we told them our friend was celebrating a birthday!

Canceled a 6: 45pm Saturday night reservation at 6: 45pm on Saturday night. No option to wait, no offer of accommodation.

Seems like they are currently undergoing some renovations as there was lots of construction noise on Monday. Despite this the service was incredible and the food was delicious as always.

Our server rocked! He was so helpful, funny, attentive. The food was super tasty. Vegan accommodations were pretty good! Would love to see more options, but whatevs, they’re better than most. Literally no problems

Came with a group of friends and everyone was satisfied with their meals but the seafood pasta was the star of them all. Great server who offered wine recommendations based on our meal and it paired really well. Dessert was nothing spectacular, the lava cake didn’t lava at all. Prices are on the higher end and servings small…no need to worry about taking home leftovers.

Service was slow and pasta was okay, needed more sauce. Noodles were more on the fork side than al dente. Tables are very close together so you felt like you were dining with strangers around you.

Tasty pizzas and Italian food, good ambience and back patio. A bit expensive but nothing mind boggling for queen west ($15 cocktails and $20 pizzas)

We fell in love with this restaurant, especially the quaint patio. The cuisine is authentic to southern Italy Calamari was fresh and delish, tiramisu is a must-try. Staff were friendly and polite, our hostess held our table as we dealt with road closures. Look forward to going back!

The food is amazing- everytbing made is fresh. The fried calamari, caprise salad, and mushrooms were amazing. I got the rigatoni American- a bit salty but worth every penny. The kids pizza is HUGE- it needs a bit more cheese (I wish we got the normal one) - the bolognese kids spaghetti was a bit too el dante for kids. As an adult this place is amazing. The bread is fresh and olive oil is amazing too. Will definitely be going back. The truffle duck tortellini was amazing too. Thank you chef.

Outsude patio is nice- inside is a bit of a squeeze. They do have high chairs.

Food was average and didn’t meet my expectations. We had pasta and pizza. Not particularly terrible but there are much better places.

Great food and drinks. They have a gin tonic menu where you can choose between different gins, flavours, and bases (carb. Water, tonic, etc). My favourite was the hendrix + rosemary + grapefruit sparkling water. Overall great experience and would visit again! Loved it here:)

Delicious pasta! Had bread with olive oil & hot peppers, so good! Not too spicy! Wish they provided some napkins and cutleries, good thing my partner had some or else i would not be happy going back for it!

A little disappointed in our visit. Celebrating something, reso made in advance for 10ppl and we were seated at small booth in the corner of patio: (wine list was a let down as well. The food was very good at least.

This was our 2nd time visiting this restaurant, but first time at this location. It was great! We made reservations, and got a really nice table for 2 by the window. There is lots to choose from that is vegetarian friendly. Service was fast and waiting staff checked in to ensure everything was great, which it was! The portion sizes were plenty and reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend!:)

Lovely outdoor patio space. Waiter was delightful, informative and checked in just the right amount of times. Was surprised to see every other table around us receive a complementery basket of bread (as stated online) and their meals promptly afterwards while we received no bread and waited half an hour+ for our food. For a party of two that just ordered two simple dishes seemed a bit much, especially seeing many new and larger party of customers arrive and get their meals before we did.
Overall, I might probably still recommend to others but don't know that we will be going to dine there again.

Very good food and wines by the glass. Good table service on the back patio. Had a slight issue upon arrival (host couldn't locate our confirmed open table reservation and then didn't update us once she found it) and there was debris on the ledge beside the table that needs clean-up (old cherry pits and stems).

Bon repas savoureux, super service, belle équipe (faut avoir de la débrouillardise en temps de Covid!) professionnelle (accueil, serveurs). Gouttez aussi l'huile d'olive (nous avons acheté 2 litres (épicée comme j'aime!)

Nous étions en compagnie de mes neveux (18 ans) et eux aussi ont aimé leur expérience.
Nous avons choisi de faire une dégustation de desserts (nous avions assez mangé mais l'expérience devait être complète) : Tiramisu et gâteau choco fondant. Wow!
Coût: très raisonnable.

Sat on the back patio, had drinks, pasta and the most amazing tiramisu! Great place for classic Italian food, the staff is very nice and the atmosphere is lovely.

Lovely back patio, great pizza and pasta especially the ravioli and the santo stefano pizza. Tiramisu is overpriced considering the size portion.

Service was terrible! We heard the team talking about us when in fact we were being so understanding. We shared played and cutlery cause we didn't have enough we had to ask for our drinks so many times cause they would forget. But we never complained or said anything however they had the audacity to call us "high maintenance". On top of that the food wasnt even good there was no flavor and crazyyyy small portions for the pierces. Don't visit sane your time and money. There are way better places downtown.

All the Terroni Restaurants are delightful and delicious.
While they're all very unique atmospheres, the Queen location has a wonderful patio with an incredibly old and large apple tree to provide shade and ambiance.
There Pizza and Pasta are top notch as is anything I've had on the menu. A must order for us is the Funghi Assoluti.

For authentic Italian cuisine this place is a go to. The ambience of the patio is just ok but of course with covid everyone has to be understanding. The CT Mang was absolutely delicious an interesting for sure. Our server was very nice and checked in on us. The margherita Pizza tasted fine, and Bolognese was just ok. My date didn't really like it. If anything would be better had to be the temperature of the food, it came out a bit cold. Other than that lovely place for a date and for those who want to sample some real Italian dishes.

Tried pasta takeout from Terroni’s. The Ravioli di Zio Paperone was delicious although had to reheat at home. Looking forward to dining in and trying the other pasta dishes fresh!

“No modifications”. I ordered through DoorDash and asked for no cheese on a pasta dish for a vegan and they refused to make it. Although I think it’s silly, I understand that some restaurants don’t allow modifications (it’s their choice) but to cancel a $100 order because you refuse to leave out one ingredient is bad business. I’m done with Terroni.

$70 for 2 take out pastas. They kept the same size and price as the in dining experience, but lowered the quality. It was as if it was reheated pasta. Extremely disappointed

I absolutely love this place! I would go there for lunch (prior to Covid) and sit and have a Mushroom Pizza, omg I am drooling as I write this, with and espresso and a mini donut. I would sit upstairs and eat my delicous lunch while I read or worked. The staff are super friendly too. If you are in the area you have to stop in and try their food.

It ain't cheap and you don't get stuffed with food but the quality is outstanding. Who needs to get stuffed anyway? The tables are close, there's a lot of talking, it's very big city in its feeling. Convivial. A joy.

Me and my wife are huge fans of Italian food, having been to Italy a lot of times. Although we have been to Terroni only once, I can say that so far this place is the closest on authenticity scale that we have seen in Toronto.

Almost everything ticks the boxes - the taste and sourness of burrata, the beer from the north of Italy, the pizza crust, the aftertaste of espresso, even the bread that is brought as a starter reminds of the bread we had in Italy.

Probably the only thing which is different is the music (can't remember ever hearing Ballroom Blitz or The Love Shack in an Italian restaurant), but we laughed that off and can live with that:) I would definitely recommend this restaurant to all Italian food lovers in Toronto and will try to come here again.

We had heard a lot about this place being great and so booked for a Friday - only got 9pm which is understandable. We thought we'd go a bit early and see if we could sit at the bar. On arrival, we were told they don't allow that. There was another table free then that we could take but were told we'd have to stay there for the duration and our other table would go. It was 8.40 so seemed too late to go elsewhere for a drink first. However we then realised quickly that it was freezing as by the door and -15 outside. We asked if we could be back on the list for another table when it became free, and were told we had been told this would be our table and we'd agreed, and that we couldn't do that as it would take up two tables. This doesn't make any sense! No we wouldn't as we would vacate one by moving to another. Constantly, we were getting very unhelpful, un-customer focused service. Everything was just 'it's not our policy'.

Then, the 'we don't do that' approach got worse. Received bread (comes complimentary) but only just before the actual food so no time to eat it, and it came with oil and chillis. We asked for vinegar to dip oil / vinegar mix, or butter, and told they don't have either. Had to ask to get salt and pepper to the table. On ordering the pizza I was told I couldn't add any ingredients as it would interfere with the integrity. And then when parmesan was grated on my friends' pasta dishes and I asked for some, I was informed that they don't allow that and something about it being against the chef's philosophy and that wants to keep it as authentic as possible. Whilst I do completely understand that parmesan on pizza may not be authentic Italian, it surely remains the customer's choice as the person paying. We remained freezing throughout the meal. Luckily the food was ok but won't be going back.

Pasta dishes we ate were very good. Restaurant is cozy/ seating is a bit tight. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Favourite Italian in the city. My partner and I celebrated my birthday here and enjoyed every minute of it. A part from their in-house made pasta, their wine list is enough to please all tastes without being too overwhelming. The atmosphere is cozy, a bit loud at times, but kind of reminds you of a Sunday lunch at nonna's.if you know what I mean.

Arrived in Toronto and my friend asked me what I wanted to eat. Italian was the choice and she made reservations at Terroni. It was nearly full when we go there and they gave us a 2 top table upstairs. Pretty tight setup upstairs but we made it work. We ordered the Burrata as a starter, each got a pasta each and ordered a pizza. Service was excellent, as well as the food. Portion size I would say was perfect.

Food is excellent, we took the spaghetti al limone (that was good) and the tonnarelli alla norcina with truffles (was incredible). Service is fast and friendly, but the kitchen was bit slow. We ask for they imported wine, which was really good!

Totally recomend this place for any type of event, good food, good service and good wine!

Cozy Italian spot with 5 star food and service. I feel like Terroni is a queen street w staple. We ordered the Spaghetti in Canna a Mara and Li Pecuri pizza. The spaghetti was cooked to perfection and the sauce was so fresh, light but at the same time you taste the flavour of the tomato. The seafood was good. The Li Pecuri pizza was delicious! I loved the sun-dried tomatoes and the incorporation of goat cheese and mozzarella. The pizza was so
filling and we couldn’t finish it. 2 plates were enough for me and my friend, but it really depends on your appetite. Will be coming back to try different goodies!

No gluten free pizza offerings. The owner is not interested in getting any in his restaurant. Coffee was ordinary, gluten free dessert was very ordinary! Pasta dishes were great! Service was ok!

Great service and amazing food. Definitely ask for the Terroni chilli oil which is a great addition to any dish.the ambience is definitely a comforting one which helps have a great time during the meal

Delicious food, always well done. Breads are fresh and perfectly made. It's obvious that they put a great amount of care into the food, and the food reflects as much. I will continue taking out of city friends here, it never fails to impress.

Exactly what I needed! Carpaccio was simple but excellent. Very fresh tasting and the pasta was cooked perfectly! Thanks Terroni!

Staffs are friendly. Food was delicious but just pasta noodle is too hard. I donno its just their style of cooking. Plus, when they serve pizza, they didnt cut any piece. So it was kinda hard to share it with friends. But Love their atmosphere and light:) would come back again. Wish them to have english menu. Didnt know the words of Italian. One more thing is that bread is extra $? Didnt get it even tho we ordered 3pasta and 1pizza

Friendly service despite it being busy, lamb cavatelli was good but they really skimped on the lamb.

Favourite restaurant in Toronto. Little pricey, but everything is home made.and totally worth it
