Terry's Trailer Service

My husband and I have purchased 2 trailers from Terry's. Our first was a Rockwood Premium tent trailer which we had for 2 years. Traded the tent trailer in for a Serro Scotty Travel Trailer. We drove from Ontario to Vancouver Island and back August 26 to October 11th last year. We had no major issues. Thanks to Terry and his staff for making our trailer purchases EASY.

I had a chassis service (wheel bearings, brakes) inspection and service done here as well as an underbody spray for mice repellent on the underside of my travel trailer. I was late bringing the trailer in for the appointment (by a couple of days) but they were able to juggle things and were able to do the service in one day. Which was just amazing. Very accommodating! I will know if the mouse stuff works when I open up in the spring, but meanwhile, 5 stars for service!

By far our favourite trailer and rv supply place. We look for excuses to drive over from Clarksburg to pick up supplies and accessories for our camper. Among other things we bought, and they installed, our fifth wheel hitch (Husky—great brand). Everyone is always knowledgeable and generous with help and advice.

We recently had an issue with our trailer while on a 2 week trip. We could not get hot water. An email to Mandy had her working with us online to solve the problem. We are grateful for this help and it made our trip very enjoyable.

How and why this guy stays in business is beyond me! Terry the owner is a grumpy, miserable person with the customer service skills of a pencil. His counter staff aren’t that much better. Lots of other RV dealerships around that will actually appreciate your business.

AMAZING PRICE AND SERVICE
We recently purchase a new pop up camper. We found this place as their price was way better than all other places, and even included registration, fees, HST, etc. So the deal was amazing. We were worried but decided that the price was worth the shot and we bough the camper in February and they hold it for us until we decided to go pick it up in May.
Throughout the process, they answered promptly all the questions and inquiries we had.
At the day we went to pick the trailer, they showed us how to set up and take down, how everything works, gave me amazing tips including on towing. I can't describe how good the service was.
Unfortunately, when we got home, our fridge stopped working, so we had to go back there for them to take a look and order a new one (not their fault).
After I dropped the trailer, they asked for a few minutes to inspect, just in case, and when I got back, they had installed a brand new fridge, and the camper was ready to go back home. Hassle free service.
They could order a new fridge and wait for installing, but decided to use one form other unit as would the best for me.
As I said, amazing service and IU am happy we choose this place for our purchase.

I ordered a new trailer custom built from Terrys trailer they were very helpful and great to deal with. Trailer was done in a timely manner. Good selection of trailers and great quality, I definitely will be getting my next trailer from them as well.

We own a moving company and have been renting Terry’s trailers for years. Recently we purchased a 28’ trailer from Terry and the turn around time was incredible! Highly recommended!
