I am a 24-year-old decorator. I have been buying special building materials from the first time I bought materials from my master. As time went by, I slowly started to take on jobs myself, always choosing special building materials. Not only because the materials are complete and the price is cost-effective, but also because there are nana sister, yuki sister, becky sister, mandy sister and other front desk sisters (forgot to mention I lost my name, but it also helped me a lot!) Professional answers to decoration questions, and a fast, efficient and joyful atmosphere. It is even more inseparable from the strong and handsome brother Abo who picks up the goods and delivers the goods, and the masters. No matter how much it is, they will help me load it into the car quickly and pay great attention to my car! Thanks to TeDe Building Materials for giving me the opportunity to meet so many outstanding brothers and sisters. I will continue to work hard!

That is the ultimate goal set by
you (the owner) and I hope you will talk to you cashier (all 3 women staff) to have the same mentality and set goal set by you.
No wonder your general reviews is 3.8 stars. Very poor performances on your cashiers. I don't know who I should turn to since not any other staffs around except the cashiers.
On Thursday Dec 21,2023 after noon time, I spend half an hour looking for a hinge for my kitchen cabinate but have to run back and forth with my cellphone photos to the cashiers and aisles and yet get a wrong one because they won't help even though there were not much customers.
How can you compete with other stores like Home Depot or Canadian Tires?

Customer orientation is zero here. Rude cashier who behaves unfriendly and unprofessional.

The quality of the products are bad and when they tell them about it they don't care. Don't buy the 90 HVAC elbow, two of them popped and they were really greasy to begin with

A hardware store run by the Chinese, most of the staff can speak English. Lots of selection, prices are better than home depot.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience with my orders. I ordered two vanities and the employee told me you can let me know the color of your vanities after long weekend but once I called today she asked me to pay extra $80 for that color! Of course, I refused to pay more! Not fair to get money first and then try to charge people more and more, I know its business trick but its one time business and customer will be away forever!

I visited the store 05/19 and bought a small stuff. I decided to pay cash but left my wallet on cashier desk after I took money. The cashier girl Kris with round face in main entrance quickly called me to come back to get my wallet. Thank her very very much. All my id and bank cards are in wallet. The products are cheap in good quality and people are friendly there. My favourite store all time.

Competitive pricing. Good tile/floor selection. Saved me a lot during my basement reno

Customer service is nice. They helped me with a damaged shippment and refunded my shipping fee

The show room is very well built, much better and organized than Zion's showroom across the street. Customer services were better than expected (probably due to a low expectation). Besides Mandarin, some of the staff do speak English and Cantonese. Delivery cost is reasonable. I called them up for the delivery ETA as I wasn't informed at time of order. The rep picked up the phone in split seconds and answered all my questions swiftly. The delivery driver was friendly and approachable. Overall it's a good alternative to HD/Lowes. No one is perfect, but they definitely deserve 5 stars considering their prices, services, and merchandise qualities.

They just finished renovation and the price went up alot, like 50 to 75 percent.

Quality is not consistent but it is much more prettier than what it was before.

One Good thing is that they take credit card.
