Terrible customer service. They lied to me repeatedly, claiming they could not get a hold of their drivers to find my package.

Despite calling twice to confirm a delivery address, this company opted to return my package to the seller.
In response to your reply: I've already reached out to customer service through email and I don't think reviewing this further will be fruitful.

They were unsure of the location of my package for over 2 weeks. Each time, they claimed they would contact me when they found out. I never received a call from them.

On my final phone call to them, they let me know that the package had been returned to Walmart because it did not fit their delivery criteria. I had to seek out this information, they would never have told me.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Was expecting a parcel to be delivered and somehow, it never made it. Checked the tracking and there are two timestamps of "out for delivery", one at 4: 48pm and another at 7: 26pm. Why? The instructions clearly stated the drop off location CLOSES at 6pm! The item was a gift and now I won't receive it until after the fact!

I was expecting a shipment but found out that it got canceled because the driver "could not reach the front door, mailbox or driveway. "

When i called in and gave the order info the man told me that "they were not able to deliver because there were no exits to the building. "

. I live in a very standard house with a very obvious front door and porch. They said Amazon canceled the order but that's not what I see when i look on my Amazon account. They also told me there is nothing they can do to help fix the problem.

Dear Amazon, please don't use this company to ship your items. And dear readers, i suggest you avoid this company if possible.they are clearly super sketchy scam artists

Horrible company that cannot even trace a one item package.

Drivers are liars as my security footage continues to prove.

Not shocked you have an overall one star and that large companies do not work with you. You would ruin their business.

Will NEVER work with this company again.

Not a very honest company. Calling to get this matter resolved, yet for a company to claim to be an essential service during the pandemic and not be operating with a telephone line is very scheming. I called both US and Canada lines and the call drops when I call US and the Canada line claims the office is closed for the day.
I was expecting two parcels under the same tracking to be delivered, but the driver gave me one, the smallest box parcel. The larger box parcel was not delivered. It's on their itinerary that 2 parcels are being delivered, yet he gave only one and submitted a confirmation that the delivery was complete.
