This is an absolute joke of a shipping company, and I’ll actively avoid ordering from businesses that use them. No consistent messaging, terrible customer interface, no semblance of customer service/assistance. I would be thrilled if they went out of business tomorrow, seeing as they can’t manage to deliver my package anyway.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would.

I have never had worst delivery service before. I knew from the reviews I wasn’t the only person having to deal with these people.

They had to deliver my package twice. I went through Amazon and left detailed instructions and it never showed up the first time they tried to deliver. I then called and gave them instructions on the code for the door and my phone number incase of any problems.

So today I was checking the status of my package multiple times just Incase and again they didn’t ring up or call my phone. I called immediately and made them get the driver to come back while I wait in the lobby.

When the guy came back I asked him if he used the code and he looks at me and says uh no I tried looking for your name.

The whole point of leaving the buzzer number was to buzz in not look for my name because my name wouldn’t show up. I live with other people so their name shows up.
He didn’t try to even call me or look at the information on his phone that shows the number. He just gave up and left.

Please make your drivers look at these notes and follow the delivery instructions that’s available to them on their phones or get better drivers who follow instructions.

Worst company ever. If you have them I feel bad for you if you live in a condo or apartment building.

I don't understand the bad reviews about TForce I am a shopaholic and I order lots online i live in Gatineau, and this company's couriers are very dedicated and do a very good job Today i have a message that my order is out for delivery. The courier worked till 9 pm, and my order not coming, which i understand, At 11: 07 pm i receive a text that my package is delivered, I open my door and surprised surprise, found my package. The courier came so quietly that even my dogs didn't raise the alarm.lol

Placed an order on Dec 4. Was shipped out Dec 6 with an expected date of Dec 7-8… it is now December 30 and the status hasn’t changed. Nothing has been delivered. I ordered Christmas gifts and they never came in on time. They actually haven’t come in at all! I called them and they said “we haven’t received it in our warehouse”. I asked them if they can track on where it is exactly and get someone to make it a priority to ship to me and they said he can’t do that. So now I have no clue where my package is.

Their response is to share the tracking ID so they can assist BUT 1. They can’t assist you or else the person on the phone would’ve assisted me. And 2. You can’t even reply here, there’s no point in them commenting that

Delivery and the lack of package delivery status notifications suck. Did not receive an update to say my pkg will NOT be delivered (after receiving an email from vender that it was out for delivery). They had an issue and were unable to deliver it. Turns out they tried to deliver it to an apartment building. I have a house. The address on the package was correct. After some digging on the internet I was able to find their contact number and straighten it out. Package was delivered the next day. The delivery person did not ring the doorbell nor knock to let us know they left it on our front step. Nor did they hide it behind anything. Only positive is their Customer service was helpful when I called.

Package was supposed to be delivered today but it never arrived. What a shame, I literally waited around all day because I have heard horror stories about this company. I am not surprised. Just hoping they didn't steal or destroy my package.

No idea why all the bad reviews. I have never had a problem with a delivery by them, and their Drivers are very polite and careful with packages (Including my Delivery Driver today,) Thank you!

Delivery driver Abdul (driver #31) was absolutely amazing and restored my faith in ordering online. He went above and beyond by following my special request to be called upon arrival when I know you are all so busy. I truly appreciate all of your hard work. Please make sure Abdul driver #31 is praised for their customer services skills and lovely demeanor. They are a employee you must keep and deserves a pay increase.

This is the worst FRAUDULENT company with lazy thieving drivers. I was waiting for a package that NEVER arrived. I have just received a photo of the delivery. It’s NOT my building. Furthermore, this company said the office staff signed for my parcel. Joke! The office staff NEVER sign for any packages. I believe the driver stole my package and took a photo of a random lobby. Do you really think I wouldn’t miss my package? Your driver and company stole it! Now reimburse me!

I wouldn't even provide 1 star if I had the option. They delivered my package to an address in the wrong city and won't rectify the situation (they went to try to pick up the package, couldn't find it, and then washed their hands of it). I was on the phone with them for over a week which was a complete waste of time. Their customer service is horrible. If you have any choice, don't deal with this company.

If I could give negative star I will give it to this company! They said that my package is out for delivery yesterday and so I waited and waited! Wasted my 1 day that I couldve done something with my dayoff but no it did not arrive instead they change the status at around 8pm that it has beeb delayed. They couldve uodated the tracking status early! And I am still waiting for my package!

The Bay uses this company. Please be aware they will just leave your package outside of the building without making any effort to contact you.

I usually don’t post reviews but I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this company and every time I order something online and find out this company is delivering, I know there will end up being a problem. This time I received an email saying that it was delivered at my front door. I went to look 10 minutes later and it was not there. I called them and they sent me an email with picture proof that it got delivered but it was not even my house. I called back again and told them they didn’t deliver it to the right house and they didn’t provide any help on the phone and told me they would email with me updates. No updates yet, my package is either lost or stolen at this point.

I was shocked when my Tforce delivery guy knocked on the door confirmed my name and then I grabbed my package. Usually they just leave the package on my step where anyone can just walk away with it and do not knock. So I truly appreciate the effort of the driver, I had to leave a positive review because of it. Hopefully other drivers start doing the same.

This goes deeper than just my experience with Tforce but I'll share what my experience has been with them so far:

I have yet to receive my package, but at this point I have nothing but low expectations. Their website's tracking is awful, I was given an ETA of Feb 11, it is now the 17th and it has not been updated. I've been using several apps to attempt tracking down the package not the tracking number has no information bounce back. I tried reaching out to the vendor who gave me the run around and told me the package was with a different courier, calling them provided me with nothing, an app told me my package was with DHL.

I emailed Tforce to inquire if they handed my package off to another courier, if so who was it, if not, why hasn't there been any updates.

I received an email back from a customer service representative (CSR) early morning, simply stating they will follow up and advise. I had to email back in the afternoon to further inquire if there were any updates. The email I got back only said "OFD is tomorrow". If I would have had an update earlier, I wouldn't have to cancel upcoming appointments tomorrow.

Poor customer service, short responses, no ongoing updates to where my package is at as well as no real ETA updates. Not only will I not purchase from the vendor anymore, if ever I see a future package being in the care of Tforce, I will cancel my order and ask for a refund. The lack of communication and updates makes this far too frustrating.

This is the second time I've had a failed delivery from T force. Despite leaving specific instructions to leave my package at my apartment door, my package was still left in the lobby where it could be taken by anyone. The fact that this happened twice is beyond inconvenient and unprofessional. They also don't call you or let you know when your package is delivered, you have to check the status yourself, and unless you do it every day, you'll have no awareness of when to keep an eye out either. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with their service and lack of customer instruction care.

I wish I could give this service a 0 star rating out of 5. Please do not contract Tforce Logistics as a carrrier if you are a retailer. I purchased items with the Bay and some were supposed to be delivered by Tforce Logistics. Tforce Logistics either delivered the package to the wrong address or did not deliver the package at all. The proof of delivery that Tforce Logistics gave me was a picture of the package on an unmarked doorstep. The doorstep in the photo was not mine. I looked around my neighbourhood and none of the doorsteps matched the one in the photo. I have purchased goods online for more than a decade and Tforce Logistics was the only delivery service that failed to deliver a package to the right address. As the address for delivery is not a difficult one to locate, I am not sure that the carrier even tried to deliver the package. TForce Logistics did reply to my calls and emails regarding the issue. However, I do not think Tforce Logistics expended any effort in finding the package. There were no updates from Tforce Logistics after the initial emails. FYI to the potential customers or customers who are having issues with their Tforce Logistics delivery, their service helpline is not open 24/7. It is open from Monday to Friday only.

I ultimately had to receive a refund from the Bay for the lost goods. I really hope the HBC does not renew their contract with Tforce Logistics. The retailer took on the loss of the goods due to the lack of professionalism of Tforce Logistics. I do not think Tforce Logistics offers value in terms of savings if there is significant cost of lost packages or undelivered packages borne by the retailer. As well, I am less likely to purchase again from retailers that contract Tforce Logistics as carrier. I think customers would rather have their purchases be delivered than be given the promise of a fast delivery but never receive their goods. Based on my experience, and what seems like the experience of many others, TForce Logistics is not a trustworthy or high value delivery service. It would be a shame for retailers carrying high value goods to be associated with such a low value service in the future.

I ordered size 15 Timberland boots and they used this company. I didnt even receive an email notification that they were on their way I had to check the order status out of curiosity to see when it would arrive. When they delivered it was nowhere to be found they just left in the lobby on the floor. They could have brought to my apartment door since I live on the first floor. They only gave me a picture that it was delivered because I asked for it. Honestly its very unlikely that someone from my building stole it, there are only 5 floors of which people live and im the tallest. I am 6'8 who wears size 15 boots so its very unlikely it was someone from my building. I think there is a very good chance the driver set it on the floor to take the picture as proof of delivery and took it. When I called them they told me to call the company to see what they can do. Even Purolator has better delivery service, intelcom has betterment service. When i heard the name of this company I searched and found nothing but bad ratings, of course my package is gone. If you can't provide good service then please dont deliver packages anymore. People lose there hard earned money and it's not right. I would to give a negative zero.if I could.

Literally the worst courier service I've ever experienced. We don't use this company for a reason and whenever someone sends us something via TForce, it almost always goes wrong. The last shipment to us got lost twice and then damaged the 3rd time. The company sending us the item ended up doing so AGAIN with another service instead.

I had a package to be delivered to my home. Waited all day. In the end it updates and says no access. I live in a house. Spoke to customer service. They said they would get ahold of dispatch 10 minutes after it updated to no access.i call two hours later and no suddenly they cant get ahold of anyone and my package cannot be delivered today.i work for the next 4 days. So i can no longer get my package before it sent back.

I brought a pair of boots on Timberland.com and this T Force carrier is literally insane. On Dec 5th, they said that the package is gonna arrive on 6th. On Dec 6th, they said that it will be 7th. And same thing kept happening everyday. And the tracking website is not providing ANY useful information.

Their services are advertised as same or next day shipping. My package got delayed twice so far. Wasted two of my evenings waiting all day for it to arrive so I would be home.

I don't usually like to post negative reviews because sometimes there's just off days, but placed an order through a company and they used TForce for delivery. I had used my work address for delivery so that I would be around to receive it during the day, not only did they try to deliver around 8: 30-9pm, but they had a note saying the business was closed after every attempt and STILL tried to deliver at the same time multiple times. I called them twice to tell them to deliver before 5 and they said they'd leave a note for the driver, which wasn't there when I called the second time. I had a second part of my package delivered through them again and had the exact same issue and when I checked the tracking, they'd just sent the package back to the sender without even trying to contact me. These are Christmas gifts for my niece and nephew and now I have to run around and contact the company I ordered from so they can resend the package to my home address, because obviously TForce can't be bothered to deliver during more sensible hours, and cross my fingers that they actually get it delivered.

My friend ordered a package as a gift for me and Tforce was delivering. We have both sent inquiries which were met with silence. I tried calling to no avail, was told to call back the next day and nobody answered. The tracking is permanently in limbo saying "expected delivery" at 9PM on the next day. Parcel has been in Ottawa for a full week and still have not received it. We tried seeing if we could pick up in person but were told that the package as not available for contactless pick up.

I hate giving 1* reviews but this has been the worst experience I've been having and its on-going. I have not received this package as of writing this. It was supposed to arrive the 22nd, it is now the 29th.

Thankfully, I live in a house, so I was able to monitor my package but as stated by multiple reviewers, my package was just left at the door. The delivery man didn't bother to ring the bell or knock the door.
My package was delivered in a very timely manner hence the 3 star review.

Every single time I buy online and I see a T-Force tracking number i know that I'm going to have a run around to get my package delivered to me. I paid express shipping, last week, and I'm still waiting. Yesterday is said it would be delivered, it didn't arrive. I called them, they told to me to call the place I ordered from. I called the other place, they said they sent it out the day I ordered it and T-Force definitely had my package. Today, delivery status was to be delivered by 9pm. Still no delivery.
The standard emails are ridiculous and talking to customer service is like talking to a wall. I'm so fed up.

Absolutely terrible experience.

Received no attempt to have my package delivered. No phone call, no buzz in to the building, no knock on the door, despite me being home at the time of delivery. When I contacted Tforce via. Email I got a dismissive reply with a grainy photo of the package in a mail room that I can prove was not mine. Individual did not respond to any follow-up emails after the initial "We delivered it, go away"-themed response.

I have photos of my mail room vs.the mail room they claimed they delivered it to. I know they delivered it to the wrong building.

I'm now being run in circles by customer service who're blaming everyone but their own driver for lazily dumping my-now stolen-package in a mail room that wasn't even in my building.

The first image is the one they sent me: Small and impossible to tell if that's even my package, but the shape of the letterboxes are clearly rectangular.

I would give 0 stars if this was an option. I did not know I would be paying money to have my package lost and not taken responsibility of. This is the worst delivery experience I had up to date. I received buzzer that a package was being delivered at 3: 54pm and heads downstairs to check for delivery at 4: 02pm after realizing no one is coming to my unit door for drop off. By the time I make it downstairs my package was gone! I reach out to their customer service asking for resolution and reason as to why the delivery never came upstairs despite the unit number being written in the address, and the fact I have buzzed the delivery person into the building. How can a package be missing in less than 10mins of delivery? The customer service rep provides a photo of the package and it was just casually left on the mailroom floor. They deny any responsibility towards this failed delivery and refuse to compensate for the missing package. I post up a note in the mailroom inquiring if anyone else had similar experience and two other residents spoke up and recounted the exact same experience. We wondered what is stopping the delivery person from taking a photo evidence, and then picking the package right back up and leaving with them if the packages were never directly delivered to the person in the address? There is no accountability from the company for this terrible experience and very suspicious sequence of events. I am deeply disappointed in their company values and the way their service is executed. I hope to never have another package being handled by this company.

Although the email response was quick, it was off-subject and did not resolve anything. Further communication lead to them just sending the original email, with no additional clarification. Would never use them if I had a choice, and will notify the online retailer or this service.

One of the companies I order from very frequently for some reason ships through DHL and then chooses this company every single time. Every time, there is some kind of issue with this delivery company. This time, it ended with my package being stolen. The first time they “tried” to deliver it, they said it was “undeliverable” (which also happens every time, I live in an apartment where the doorbell is very clear where it is) I had then called them and gave them my phone number, which was already on the package anyways and also let them know I will be home all day the next time they try to deliver so all they have to do is ring the bell. The person I spoke with let me know they would pass along the details. I received a notification today saying my package was “delivered” two days ago. I was home the entire day and was not alerted at any point. When I called and spoke with a representative she said she would send a “proof of delivery”. I received the photo that the delivery person just left the package outside the door of a downtown street (essentially like right on the sidewalk) so I called them back and I spoke with the same person. She was extremely condescending and said that they delivered it so it was my problem now. I reiterated that I had given my info but as well as the doorbell is directly above where they left the package. She continued to speak over me and I was trying to explain that it was a very expensive package and she continued being extremely rude and saying I need to contact the seller. I am extremely disappointed and I have had issues every single time.

You guys are so unprofessional. The fact that you guys are still in business amazed. Just because you took a picture of my package at my apartment lobby does not mean you guys delivered. I got no call, no buzz, no nothing. Guess what? ! Someone stole my package since I went to the lobby and found nothing!

If I could give negative star review I would. Quite frankly the worst delivery service I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to wait on. I hope Adidas never uses this company again. Waiting for 10+ days for an exchange item to be delivered. UPS delivered the original item the next day. I have phoned twice and they just tell me to wait/they don't have the package/Adidas never delivered it to them. The information on their tracking site is worthless and gives no detail as to where my package is. I plan to just return the item as soon as I get it as I am beyond frustrated at this point and do not want my new shoes tainted by the horrible experience.

I would first like to say that I never leave bad reviews because I believe there is always a reason that something went wrong. However, I cannot believe anyone would ship with this company! Like all the other reviews, my package was sent to the shipper a day after I ordered it and then once it was received by the shipper.nothing. I called everyday and they said the same thing, I will contact the warehouse and get them to deliver the package by 9: 00pm that night. For a week I did this. I’m completely at a loss now and if there is an option to pick my package up at the Ottawa location then I will. Unfortunately, after this experience, I almost have zero desire to purchase from that store again if they use this company. I will do my research next time and if this is who is delivering, I will cancel my order. I will say though the customer service people are very polite but it does nothing to call so don’t bother.

Whish I could give negative star. Avoid at all cost. Not the first time with Tforce, tracking information if often inacurate and misleading. Last package went missing. According to their tracking information it was delivered to me but package never made it's way to my house (I was home all day waiting for the package to arrive since it had items I was looking forward to recieve). Marked as goods incomplete, no one seems able to explain what it means.
