First time they attempted to deliver my package, they claimed no access to my porch. On the second attempt they delivered it to the wrong address. Definitely don’t recommend using TForce

Same issue as multiple other reviews. I was home all day… I checked the delivery and it was updated as “no access”. We have an intercom system with a directory on it; same name as on my package. There was no attempt made to use the intercom system to have my package delivered in time. The only options I was given were to drive across the city to pick it up myself (20 minutes there and 20 minutes home) or wait 2 more business days to “reattempt delivery” which I’m not too confident will even happen. Very disappointed, would not use this delivery service again if given the option.

AWFUL, couriers never deliver your package and will mark it down as “exception” and state “no access” which is completely false. It’s always when it’s raining too, in my opinion the driver just doesn’t want to get out of their vehicle. It’s happened every single time I’ve ordered from a specific company. I’ve also sent emails to T Force which have all been ignored.

Ordered a package from a very well known Canadian retailer. They used TForce instead of the usual FedEx for delivery. Saw the TForce driver place the package at my door, take a picture, then pick it up, and take it back to his truck. Ran out to his delivery van and asked for my package. Driver went in to complete denial, claimed he didn’t have a package. He understood Ring doorbell camera that captured it and handed it over. Called the retailer and let them know about this. Should have called the police as well. Beware!

They had no signage so I spent 20 minutes trying to find the building. You have to drive in and behind a giant distrabution center and even when you figure out you have to go in this gated area with all the AZ trucks, they're a tiny trailer with a sign that's no readable from the road. I called all their extensions for help finding the building and no one picked up. They told me my package was lost. Then someone found it. They didn't check my ID. I drove home and then realized it wasn't my package. I went back and they said they didn't have my package. Then they looked again and they did have my package. They didn't check my ID the second time either (but fortunately it was the right). I feel bad for the person who's package I opened. The whole thing took me an hour. ALSO they have terrible operational hours. I had to take time off work to pick up my package despite having paid a premium fee for their services.

Very poor carriers.
Your Employees do not care.when we speak to them on the telephone they don't care to listen and they give you no information on where to pick up your package either. I will call the police
if my package isn't delivered or get a phone call because it is now theft that my package was not properly delivered and the person that was doing the deliveries didn't do his proper job.thank you

Scammers I worked with them for 2 months as owner operator with my truck and they don’t pay what they promised. Quinn thank you for wasting my time.

1. Customer service does not understand English
2. Had to call multiple time to have one package cancelled
3. After the cancellation went through, they still fail to process the cancellation

Overall a slow and inefficient system full of error paired up with some unhelpful people

If I could give TForce zero stars I would. Notoriously awful experience with them. I placed an order with Indigo and they use these guys to deliver my books. Or lack of delivery. There's always some ridiculous excuse to why they failed delivery, they blame it on me entering my address info wrong which it isn't, they claim that no one was home (with covid and work from home, this is bogus), or they claim they can't gain entry into my apartment building (how hard is it to read the recipient name and find it on the buzz board?). Absolutely ridiculous company that I wish I never had to deal with.

Just awful. They failed to deliver my package on a Monday because of a lack of buzzer number to my building. I confirmed said number when they called me on Monday, but they still failed to deliver. Our intercom also has a directory they could use. My package has been sitting in their delivery facility across town since, so I called customer service asking for an update. I was told the next delivery attempt will be Monday again. When I asked why no attempt had been made Tues, Wed or Thurs they gave me the excuse that they had tried Monday but did not have a buzzer number? How many times do I need to explain they have all the information they need?
I don't know if it's incompetence or laziness, but I won't order through a site that partners with them ever again. My god.

Just got off the phone with what has had to be the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. At a certain point the abrasive tone was so harsh that I had to ask the woman if I was sounding frustrated! If you are having such a bad day you can’t handle answering entry level questions, then don’t even bother calling. Just wow!

This company delivered my package to the wrong address. With picture proof it was the wrong apartment. When I called and they said my address back it was correct. When it was delivered instead of delivering to my correct apartment number they delivered it to the apartment that was my buzzer number instead. There was no effort to actually read the label. This company is willing to do nothing about they mess up and basically told me to contact the store I bought from and that’s it. So I’m out money and items I purchased. Horrible customer service.

Horrible horrible provider. Very irrational and rude. Ordered an item for a very time sensitive and important occasion and it was delivered to a wrong address (understandable). After multiple requests they gave me a proof of delivery showing my package delivered to an incorrect address (very clear in the picture). As a next step they started an "investigation" and after months of back and forth emails (rarely a response) and hours in call waiting times i am finally giving up today.

The absolute worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. Even when directly contacted and provided with all the information needed to fulfill their delivery after failing the first time to do so - I literally watched from my window as they pulled up approach my building's door then immediately turned around and leave again without even attempting to gain access. The driver didn't even have the decency to have the package he was trying to deliver in his hands when he "attempted" the delivery before returning to his truck and stating he had no access. He had my address, postal code, apartment number, buzz code, and phone number - what more does he need? All the doors in my building to be propped open with personal hand written notes pointing him to my apartment door? At this point I'm fairly certain I'd have better chances of getting my package if the company I bought it from just loaded my delivery into a cannon and randomly fired it into the air.

They have extremely poor service. This is my third experience with T force and every time they disappoint you more and more than their previous service. Highly unresponsive as it took nearly 4-5 days extra after item arriving in city itself and you keep following up but cannot reply to same contractor who send you email. Please improve services and have a established platform to communicate with dispatch team as they clearly don’t want to deliver items on time.

They have had my package for a month now. Specific delivery instruction to deliver before 5pm as our business closes at 5. This product can not be replaced or re ordered. In this month they have had the package they have made 2 delivery attempts, both after 6pm.offered to drive to their warehouse and pick it up personally, but was told that wasn't an option

I sent them details on how to drop off my package at my apartment complex. They said that it was undeliverable. This is an apartment complex that receives hundreds of packages a day, they must not have actually looked at the clear instructions I gave them. Instructions clear enough for uber eats and any other delivery company to understand. They ended up shipping my package back to the sender for which I am going to get charged for. Throughout the process, they made no attempt to contact me for clarification or tell me when they are expected to be out for delivery. So annoying.

We specifically asked Tforce NOT to deliver the package to the front door of our building and instead to call us or buzz us (our names are clearly stated on the buzzer outside). They said they got our request and would contact us when arriving. I have had MANY packages be left outside our building. We even found one at the back of our building 2 days after it was delivered. So ignorant! Tell your drivers to BUZZ the person or call them! They did not even attempt to! Thanks.

Held my package at the delivery facility for over 20 days. No attempt to deliver the package. Then returned to sender. Minimal responses to messages. Told my order was canceled and I would need to reorder less than a week before Christmas. A Christmas gift ordered in November ruined.

Left my package outside on the side of the road. Did not read delivery instructions or even attempt to enter the secured lobby. When asked where it was delivered got a stock email saying “contact seller for a refund, not our problem”.

This company delivered to the wrong address twice. When I inquired about it, their admin staff sent me a photo that was clearly not my address (house number was in photo), stating it had been delivered. I have zero faith in this company. Their delivery staff can’t find the right house number, and their admin staff can’t recognize an obvious error such as the house number in the photo, not matching the delivery address. Not surprised they have a low review score.

Tforce team please take the time to improve after reading these comments.it’s for the benefit of your company and the person waiting for their package. Wether it’s better training or handling of customer service there definitely needs some improvement here. Very troublesome today trying to find a package that was delivered to the wrong apartment and unit by your team member. Try to keep in mind that just because a picture is sent to confirm a delivery was made, doesn’t mean it was to the right address. In these tough times it’s important to wrk together in solving problems. Getting frustrated over the phone will not help things. Hopefully this message reaches the right people. Cheers!

I contacted Tforce before my delivery was made, requesting that they do not deliver my package to the front door in case of theft. I left instructions to leave the package by the back door on my deck, the person on the other end of the line reassured me that the driver would fulfill this request. I returned home to find my package not there, although it said it was delivered, and so I contacted TForce. Tforce proceeded to send me a picture to prove they had delivered the package, which I now know they left front and centre by my front door, not even attempting to hide the package. They did not even apologize for my package being stolen, very very disappointed in this company.

The delivery people love to leave my packages out in the rain instead of inside my storm door or in the garage or in my giant mailbox made specifically for larger packages. Now I have soaked purchases and water damaged goods. Sigh.

I called in to track an item first time waited phone 34 mins till I was 1st in queue then they just hung up on me. So I called back an the exact same thing happened after another 28 mins. These people are a very poor excuse of what's supposed to be a logistics company. I highly recommend using a more reputable company or one with at least one decent review.

After Picking up an order on Friday it's now Wednesday and after 2 no shows they now have me waiting another 5 hrs. Driver said he arrived on day 1 at 10: 30 am which cameras show that was a lie. I am still waiting on a call from driver to arrange delivery. I do not recommend this company go elsewhere if you ever want your package delivered.

This company was a delivery partner of Amazon for two of my orders. I never received my packages. I called everyday for a week and each representative gave me a different story - either that I would receive it shortly or that the issue was on Amazon’s end. I called Amazon, they said it was Tforce. Then one of my orders appeared as delivered when it was not delivered. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and do not have a unified response. I had to waste hours all week waiting on hold for them to solve the issue - only to punt it to Amazon. There were many times they would put me on “hold” and then simply hang up. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. I have NEVER had this problem with any other carriers trough Amazon. I hope Amazon ditches them as a delivery partner. Unbelievable.

Made an online order to a company that usually uses Canada Post. For some reason the company decided to ship with TForce Final Mile instead. We had been following the tracking information and waiting at home for it's arrival yesterday, when it suddenly updated to "Exception: No Access". Due to us living in an apartment building, they decided they had no way to deliver it when 1. They had our phone number for the order, and 2. Our apartment buzzer number is at the front of the building to get in. We called the company's customer service number and were put on hold for an hour 1/2 just to be told that they no longer knew where our package was. The lady on the phone had stated that they would call us later that day when they found it so that they would be able to re-deliver it, but we never got a phone call. Today we received a notification from the company we ordered from that the shipping company had returned our package to the sender and we now have to wait for to be shipped all over again. What was supposed to be priority shipping now isn't expected to arrive for another week.
