Lots of room. They were able to promptly seat our hockey families. Service was good, food came out quickly, and the food was decent although over-priced just like most places in Niagara.

My low rating comes from our billing experience. After paying and tipping (and leaving), we noticed that an 18% gratuity had automatically been added to our bill prior to paying. We had not been informed that this would be the case so we had tipped on top of that as well. This happened to the entire team.

While we were just staying at a hotel across the road and were refunded our tip upon request, I wonder how many groups have been taken advantage of in this manner.

I understand that many restaurants do add gratuity to the bill when serving a large group, however it is usually customary to inform the patrons.

The service was disappointing; the server refused to let me to eat my meal before closing as I ordered it at 11pm and she wish close at 12 which is against the law as I was consuming alcohol. Furthermore, the bartender included an 18% tip on the machine without consent, then placed it in front of me, soliciting an additional tip, which is also against the law. I believe this bar warrants investigation by AGCo investigators.

Food and drink was fine. Tasty ribs and chicken, enjoyed the stein of fruit cider.

What was terrible is how much you get punished for being a tourist. 3 types of tax/tourist charge plus they put the 17% gratuity which was meant for parties of 6 or more (there was only 2 of us), which inflated the bill buy approx 40%. We have no issue giving a tip but let us decide and follow your own rules, don't prey on tourists. We have got savvy to it now!

Best advice in Niagara falls is find the smaller one off eateries, don't get caught up in the corporate chains who just want to bleed you dry!

This site is located within the Embassy Suites Hotel, which is great. We stayed in the hotel for the Old Dominion concert that was held at the OLG stage down the road. It's was nice to see we could still get take out food to take back to our room late after the concert. Our food was prepared quickly, and without asking, TGIF supplied all condiments. The only issue I had was that a 17% gratuity is built into your bill for take out orders. But almost everywhere in the Falls you turn around, there a built in $omething. For about $64.00 CAD, you can get a bacon/ cheese burger and chicken fingers, both with fries.

I did not like anything.
They were rude to see that I had a coupon that the hotel itself gave me. I would definitely not go back.

The expensive food for what I received, the absent waitresses and the cold dishes.

My Partner and I went here this past weekend. The service was a bit slow but not awful. The place itself was nice, casual, and we sat in the "Sports-bar" side, which was nice because it was quiet, away from the families with children yelling in the main dinning area. Ask to sit in the "Sports-bar" end. The food was delicious, and very ample portions. I had the Tossed Tomato-Basil Chicken, which was lovely, but needed extra sauce. My Partner enjoyed their ribs and fries. It was awesome! Nice experience, if a bit pricy now due to the "NFDF" -> or "Niagara Falls Dinning Fee. " I wonder how legitimate that charge is.

Seriouslystay away unlessnyou like to eat literal garbage! Unbelievably bad food. Unreal. Incredibly overcharged for frozen fried Mac bites, tasteless potato skins and a tasteless burger. Fries were frozen and gross. Absolutely not worth eating here. The place was empty, now I understand why. I am in shock that they stay open. I am in shock of how much I just paid for the worst meal I've had in years. Stay clear of TGI Fridays on Fallsview Blvd.

Got two salads and they weren't even fresh produce. The chicken was cooked well but only had a few strips on each salad.
Also mandatory tip for take out orders.

Very good location in the Embassy suites lobby. They are open until 2 am which is great. Wait time is reasonable. Sitting arrangements are good and comfortable seats. They offered colouring kits for kids. Rib was very tasty and tender. Sizzling chicken was good but quality was small. Food is expensive. They included tips in bill, which I don’t like. Restaurant size is medium. Very neat and clean. Nicely decorated. All staffs are very professional and helpful. It is difficult to find parking around this area. Highly recommend to try this restaurant.

One of worst meals we’ve had at a restaurant in years! My hamburger was a processed hamburger patty - took 3 bites, not good. The fries were soggy. Husband didn’t like quality of his chicken quesadilla either. Service was average. Should have read the reviews - do not recommend.

We enjoyed a nice meal there. Excellent location and great service. We ordered two main dishes and were sharing both. We asked if they could cut a hamburger in half to share but instead they cut and separated the burger and fries onto two plates to make it easier. Great atmosphere and quick service. Would definitely recommend:)

Really a bad place to eat no waiters on site food was expensive and low quality just tasted off if your gonna go to place to eat it at the hotel take a 2 minute walk to zappis a mom and pop Italian restaurant with good food and price

Visiting Niagara Falls for the week with my family, and I decided to order takeout at the TGIF Embassy Suite location. Ordered food for a family of 5. I generally enjoy visiting TGIF however, I'll no longer visit again. Not only was my order incorrect, the staff forgot items. After waiting over 30 mins by the bar for my food, I didn't notice I was missing items until I returned to my hotel, which was a 10-15 minute drive. It was too much of a hassle to return considering all the issues dealing with Embassy Suite valet parking employees for a simple takeout order. To top it off, I was automatically charged a 17% gratuity for pickup. Not happy at all!

Broke my 30th birthday here with a delicious cheese cake.
The food was good, rye wings was good and burger was good too.
Definitely would see me again

Dine with my family and food was way over priced not worth your money, plus the ridiculous NFDF which was NOT mandatory we got charged for! Turns out this is a tourist fee, why would I pay for this fee when I reside in Ontario? Boggles my mind, never again will I be dining here.

Do not eat here! We had terrible service, mediocre food and a huge bill. Would give them zero stars if I could.

They charge tip even for take out… service so poor didn’t start to get the take out ready until I came back to pick it up even tho I ordered 20 mins in advance.tip for what

This place looks really nice and clean to go out to eat, but sadly this restaurant isn't satisfactory as a proper restaurant. First the employees will be VERY LOUD when you're trying to have a peaceful meal. Second the food is very over priced. Hopefully you don't get scammed by this restaurant like my family did.

High prices. Taste is mediocre. Forced 17% tip. I always tip as a way to thank people who serve us. A mandatory tip I found it outrageous. Stay away from this restaurant.

We went to TGI Friday's for late appetizers and a drink Saturday night. We sat at the bar, the bartenders were very friendly and attentive.
The two stars are given to the owners husband (wait staff) who went behind the bar, emptied his water bottle, filled it with crown royal and continued to serve customers. This man was loud, totally obnoxious and continued to call the female staff pet names thats not appropriate in a work setting". It seriously felt like we were on bar rescue.

When we asked a waiter if the bartenders are accountable for alcohol measurement at the end of the night they explained no and asked why? We informed the waiter of what we saw so the bartenders didn't get penalized. The waiter said "Oh no, that's the owners husband, he does it all the time and we don't go there".

At first we were very impressed at the proportions of the store. There was room for 300 people but only 10 were present, which made us a little suspicious. We ordered drinks and had to wait 15 minutes for them. A drink was even forgotten and that with an order of 5 drinks. A drink was 7up. This only tasted like water at first and extremely like chlorine. When asked to replace it, a "new" one was brought with the comment that they tried it and it tasted like 7up. The second drink was even worse and the smell of chlorine even burned my nose. I then decided on the cola that was brought too much. Next we went to eat. We sat relatively close to the kitchen. We had to wait at least 40 minutes for our food. During this time we observed that our food was on the table in the kitchen for 10 minutes. The staff kept taking fries off the plate in passing, it's not possible! For the price of the meal, totally overpriced! As an example, I paid $64 for my regular spare ribs. The menu included these with $28 and $42 on the bill. When asked, the service said it was in the menu? ! We left a total of $355 there for 5 people, for which you can usually eat twice in a 5-star restaurant. The very best came at the end. A tip of 18% was automatically added to the bill, for the service it was absolutely cheeky, if I could speak English better as a tourist, I would have withdrawn the tip! I will never go into a Fridays store again and the one in Niagara Falls should be closed immediately!

I just ordered some quesadillas and spinach dip which cost me $60 plus tip and it was underwhelming. The dip is not very cheesy, and the chips were stale.

Worst takeout experience. Super expensive for such mediocre food and they charge an automatic tip amount of 17% for takeout orders which is ridiculous. Do not order food from here and will never return to this place ever

The food was good, but the price to serving size ratio is insane. Spent a fortune but my party left still hungry, we ended up having to go to a drive theough after. Need to increase your serving sizes to even remotely justify the prices charged.

It was OK, service is good, food 6.5/10. I find it pricey, probably because the tax & tips.

The portion of the bill was way bigger than the portion of the food. You would rather stay at the hotel with that money for one night.

Ribs were overpriced for the amount that was served and how they tasted. But the fries were the best I’ve ever had!

We visited TJI Friday for a quick bite and beers. The location is awesome.right before Niagara falls.

We ordered a burger and a couple of beers. The food was fresh and delicious. The service is fast. The restaurant is pretty big.

I have been to TJI Friday, India, which is such a happening place which raised my expectations over here. Comparing that I would say the drinks menu is limited and very few in-house beers. This restaurant does not have a beer tester/flight which is disappointing as well.overall, a good place to hangout.

This is usually a good brand, but the Niagara Falls restaurant is surprisingly terrible. Poor service. Poor food. Highly overpriced.

Burgers and fries were really delicious and good quality. The staff were nice. We got seated quiet short time back in July. The serve time was good as well.
Overall, I would go again.

Was there for a family dinner. Salad was not fresh, smelled like it was in a bag and sitting out and very warm, wilted and terrible odor. Told waiter who continually avoided my question. Savio stated that he "never recommends the salads for that reason. " But then offered the strawberry salad or a free dessert. Date was 7/23/22, Store No. 001,127 Savio. Never even asked us if we wanted more water. Very disappointing experience and manager said that "yes salad does come from a bag as they all do. " No apology, no understanding, and a long day on the falls. Went to the Keg. Do not waste your time.

RIP OFF! BE AWARE. I went late last night for a quick dinner. It was late so we just had the appetizers. The quality of food is terrible but I didn’t expect good food for a place like that. My bill was $104.76. I ended up paying $133.38. They give you the machine to pay so I paid a 20% tip on a $13% tip + food. 20% on $118.38. My phone was dead so I didn’t get the opportunity to read the reviews.

Prices are insane, food was meh- one of the kids meals had plastic in it (likely from the packaging of the Kraft Dinner they used to make the Mac n cheese) and the waiter did bare minimum for a 17% included tip.

The only compliment I can give is that they will sell you alcohol to go. Other than that, I can't say much in their favor. The food was way overpriced for what you get. Low quantity and low quality. Check out the actual price of a salad we bought from them for the price of $25! Crazy. There are much better options within close walking distance. Also you can easily door dash and Uber eats to this hotel so don't feel limited to the on site restaurants.

Too expensive for the bad quality of the food, guacamole doesn’t taste guacamole at least it have the texture, the only thing i taste in the burger was the crispy of the tomato.
The only thing i wasn’t disapointed was the beer Because i already knew it, i knew what to expect.
Not everything was bad, the waiter was gently and kind.

The bald manager was very rude and for all the Americans visiting beware not to click American usd when paying because they will try to make you pay extra and won’t let you void the check
They will lie to you about how long the wait is to fix the payment

Ps (the general manager is the man’s wife)
They lie about waiting half an hour to wait for her when they are less then 10 min away from the restaurant

Never again

Save your money. I get this is a convenient option but I promise you it is not worth your money. The food is very bland. Nestle bottled water is $5. Tip is charged for take out. I am writing this review so that other won’t suffer like I did.

Professional service, enjoyed the beer that the server recommended. But the quality of food is not the quality that I expected. However, the early 2000s American family dining vibe of this restaurant was fabulous.
