Thai Express

Thought it was decent for takeout thai food, the staff was nice and helped me make an informed decision on my order and prepared the food pretty well!

I go to Thai express once a month (not at this location), I went to this location today (which was a mistake), I ordered 2 thai soup, both of them only had one bite of noddle, THAT’s IT! I talked to the guy he didn’t take any response. Would never go to this location again

Ankit Bharti is excellent at what he does. He was so patient and helping made me choose my menu and made such good meal for me. I will go back definitely and have Ankit make my dish again.

I walked in expecting the same great taste of Thai Express that they're known for - but this place utterly missed that. The place looks like a dump passed the counter, with boxes and non-functional drink machines. The two staff members working there both had ear pieces in their ear, and were more concerned about what was on their phone than the customers. After placing my order, the staff members went to the back to continue their discussion, and only came to the front to start cooking the food about 6 minutes later.

The food taste was incredibly poor - a newbie could have put something better together. Very disappointed that the owner has let this place run down to the ground like this.

The food is bland and is completely flavourless… never tasted Thai express as awful as this and it operated by people who I suspect have no clue about Thai food or culture. Portion is small. Save your money, don’t come here

Consistently good.
Only down side is that they still don't have the bathroom open from the covid era.

Ordered Fried rice. The basil was overcooked and it was way way too hot. I only wanted medium. Will never go back to this location. Corroded and dripping machines with molded cups catching the dripping water. Bad place to buy food. Quality control is very low!

I ordered and they delivered my food to I don’t even know where. Didn’t get my food, wasted $22, didn’t get a refund. I contacted them, Just so they can end the chat telling me to keep looking.

Great food, but they need to switch the containers. They tend to put stuff like rice in a box (as they would for noodle dishes), rather than in a bowl or styrofoam container. Doesn't seem to be equivalent amount of food for the price.

Though the food was good at this location, I feel it was only so because I caught that I was being scammed. This is unfortunately another Thai express that suffers from False advertising.

If you advertise $11.88 for a General Thai Chicken across the store.
Then charge $12.88 which is advertised as the combo price. I believe that is false advertising. For this one I will be attaching a picture of my receipt.

I was not offered my receipt as well, I had to ask for it.
In which case, I was not wrong at the screen, I was charged exactly $1 more then what the francizes says it sells the product for all over the store. There menu is digital, If the price has changed send out a new PDF for the monitors but don't scam your patrons.

I enjoyed Thai express as a fast food option in Quebec before it ever became popular in Ontario, It's disappointing to see a really great francizes that I enjoy go down hill so hard and let their locations have such bad practices.

I bought 2 plates and both came burnt. Tasted terrible. Service has been on a steady decline for the last couple of months.
