The overall service was good, the mix of my soup I always get from other locations not the same, the beef also was not good!
Thai pad and spring rolls were good!

Amazing service! Went in there and the person that took my order was really nice and helpful when I was asking for add-ons. Was happy when I found out a location opened up close to my house, and will be coming back again! Would recommend!

This is our favourite Thai Express. Happy that finally there is a location outside of Toronto. The staff and the cooks are friendly and the ensure our favourite item is just how we like it.

The people working were very nice, and the place is extremely clean. Try it out if you have the chance!

Fantastic service! Unfortunately, they had run out of chicken wings after i had placed the order, but the staff were excellent and allowed me to swap to anything on the menu and offered a discount on a future order. Truly great service!

This is a great spot for a hot quick meal. I found it by accident but was glad I did. Today’s special was Pad Thai and I got that with chicken. Unlike some places, it was filled with big chunks of chicken and had been sprouts to give it crunch. Sauce was very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back.

Quick and delicious Thai food - great portions for the price! My partner and I come here all the time and the staff is always really nice. Highly recommend for a fast experience but still high quality food.

Place is clean all the workers and humans are really nice. Food comes out hot and fresh food recommendations every single time always come for a treat for lunch.

Got short changed $10, said whatever il leave it for a tip. I expected the food to be worth the $24 i just spent.well definitely was not worth it because it was way too spicy when i asked for no spice.

Awful experience! There was black crud at the bottom of my drink, luckily I don't drink with a straw or I would have never seen them and sucked them up. I contacted customer support to notify them and was expecting at least a coupon for a free drink seeing as I had to throw mine out. Customer service asked for some information and pictures. I sent those and have never heard back. I re-contacted them and now they ignore all my emails. And the real kicker was the pad thai I got wasn't even good! What happened to Thai Express they used to be good? !? !? !

I went thai express last friday 14th Oct.i went in at 10: 15pm after the restaurant was closed, the workers were ready to make my order even after the restaurant was closed. I ordered pad thai and was perfectly cooked. I enjoyed it very much.

I entered the store tonight October 6 at 8: 56pm and as I approached the counter to order they said they were closed and would not take my order. I reminded then that the door was open the sign said open and that it was not yet 9pm but they refused me service. I will be contacting the manager and owner directly. People these days just don't want to work.

Really good service. The food was excellent we order the chicken basil, pad Thai, and tofu garlic️️️

I placed an order online and picked up the food. When I got home I realized that the two dishes did not include the meat options that I selected online. Its possible I made a mistake because the receipt said vegetables. I called in and asked if there was anything they could do and they were very happy to correct the order for me. I was very pleased with the service. The staff and the manager were both very friendly. The food also tasted amazing! Thank you so much!

I got a beef bowl which had questionable chunks of beef. It was Battered and not the normal pieces you get at other Thai restaurants. Also had minimal vegetables.
Then I also got a rice wrap shrimp spring roll. All it had was brown bagged iceberg lettuce with carrot bits, one quarter piece of shrimp. It has literally ZERO flavor. I’m threw it out. Tries to contact customer service and got no reply. I spend $27 on garbage. I’d rather go to the keg and get good quality food for that price. Never will I return

I wasn't sure if I was going to share this review, because I know this location is brand new, however after sleeping on it I felt it was worth sharing.

I had went in on Friday evening and ordered a chicken pad see ew. I was in there approximately 5 minutes, and of which most of that was with a new employee trying to work the cash machine. Once I paid, about a minute later I was handed my takeout. I was offered the additional condiments and the staff was extremely pleasant.

Once I got home and opened the takeout container, I realized it wasn't pad see ew but chicken pad Thai instead. To say the least, I was a little disappointed because the store associate who took my order repeated what I ordered back to me so I know they understood what I ordered.

Because I normally take the takeout container and put it into another bowl for easier eating, I felt the noodles with my finger (because as I poured it out, the entire meal "kept together" in what I can only explain as wet cat food). It didn't quite smell fresh to me, so something told me to feel the food with the back of my finger, and realized some parts were cold and other parts were warm.

This led me to think that this take out was already made and not freshly made (it also was in a plain white box and not their usual green). This is for a couple of reasons; one being how quickly they gave me the meal and didn't cook it fresh in front of me, and, had it been made fresh it should have been extremely warm if not hot.

The flavor of the meal was quite disappointing, it didn't have ANY spice level at all even though I ordered it very hot as a spice level. And after reading some of the other reviews of them using too much heat when they had ordered a medium or a lower spice level I can almost think that they didn't add any at all for my meal.

As I was eating it, I thought to myself the only thing that would top this off would be finding hair in it and I'm so disappointed to say that as I was finishing the meal I found it and I didn't realize that it was in there because I tipped the takeout container upside down into the new bowl so the hair was at the bottom. Had I opened it and ate it out of the take out container, I would have saw it right away.

I may come back and try again after they've had more time to work out any issues.however in the meantime I've been to the other Newmarket location off Davis Dr.and that meal was excellent so I may continue going back there.

Great customer service: Placed and order at this location and took the order home only to realize they made an error on the order. They went the extra mile to deliver the corrected item to my door as I had back to back meetings and could not pick up. Really appreciated this.

I ordered beef pad Thai and was very disappointed.
Pad Thai was way too spicy full of chili pepper all over and it's too dry and can't able to eat such a ways if money. Won't come back again.
