Best Thai Express I’ve ever been to. Food is restaurant quality and the staff are kind to customers and kind to each other.

I've been to this location 25+ times over 3 years and it's always consistent with their service and quality. I haven't tried the menu to the fullest but the "pad thai" and "pad see" are definitely worth the visit.
There was one occasion I had made an order that included a drink but I had also asked for a cup of water and I was being upsold to buy a bottled water. I'd argue it's unnecessary to charge for water when I've made a $15+ purchase that includes a drink. Other than that great pad thai, pad see and team members.

I'm sorry but the rice in this place has no taste, it was a total waste of money buying it, I will never order from this place again, I usually never leave reviews on restaurants even when there bad but wow this one is the worst of them all.

I've eaten at other Thai Express locations before. But I was most disappointed with my order Shak a bowl with beef and a spring roll. Half of the bowl was full of big chunks of lettuce, with some leaves brown. The beef had absolutely NO taste and lots of chewy gristle parts. I had no sauce for the meal and had to ask for peanuts and hot sauce I would never order from this location again. Sorry!

Usually go to this restaurant for Thai food. However my experience was bad when I ordered a plain noodle in Tom yum broth, as they just added hot water to the noodles. The noodles didn’t contain ANY broth of Tom yum.

Last night I placed an order over the phone for 3 Vegetarian pad thai; with tofu and no egg. There was egg and maybe 3 very small pieces of tofu in each order. Very disappointed with the quality and not worth the $45 bill.

Customer service was perfect! So nice. Irene is very friendly and very knowledgeable to help you with your decisions.

Ordered pad Thai and they knowingly served it to me burnt. The smell was soo strong like it was obvious it was over cooked and burnt. So disgusting, I’m over this place, never ordering from here again.

Pad thai is always burnt, always. I don't know why I keep coming back to this location. It tastes nothing like it's supposed to. Just yuck.

Such a great restaurant. I love the mom and daughter working there. Extremely welcoming and clean inside. The environment makes it easy to have a conversations and not to mention the FRESH FOOD:)

The food is always fresh and tasty here. We come here often and the service is quick, and friendly.

Bad food. Don’t order from this location. My order had bad ingredients in it. Chicken was very dry and the soup was smelling bad

I placed an online order on Christmas Eve, December 24 2022. Their online ordering service says they close at 8 pm, I placed my order 6: 24 pm, got a confirmation email stating to pick it up 6: 40 pm. When I got there, they were closed so I never received my order. The same day, I filled out the online service form to receive a refund and received no answer. Since then, I have called the location, and sent 3 online forms total and still have not been refunded for my order.

Not sure why everyone is giving negative reviews. But had lunch today and by far was one of the best thai express that I had in a long time. Also very clean and tidy place.

Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from! This is by far the best Thai Express restaurant i’ve been to and i’ve tried a lot. Most of the reviews here probably complains because they’ve never worked in the fast food industry before so they don’t know how challenging it is to work in a kitchen specially when it’s super busy. The staff here & the food is amazing, give it a try!

I'm reading the other comments and it seems like this store has a serious TIME issue. I called ahead to order my food a couple of times, they tell me 5 minutes when I get to the store they haven't even started making it. When I told the lady I wouldn't order here again she just laughed at me. I won't be coming back

I disagree with those negative comments. Out of All the Thai Express locations I had ordered and tasted, this place is by far the best! The others were so bland, and the cooks seemed sloppy, and too fast to cook my food, that it tasted bad. And again, the employees here are nice. Maybe the costumers are rude or trying to scam them, especially with Asians, because they think we can't speak English or what. Yes, I see s*** like that happen, while I waited for my food. Anyways, this is the location I am going to for now on!

No complaints at all. Amazing customer service, food was tasty, fresh and just perfect. Highly recommend this location.

Not my first time getting food in this location but today october 17 cashier/cook lack customer service! I was gonna order more but it felt like she is rushing me with my order and ask for my method of payment instead of confirming if my order, what size or is there anything else i would like to add! Once she clicked something she left right away without giving me my receipt! The 2 stars is for the girl who is atleast politely handing me order!

This is the worst Thai Express location. Since day one when they opened the food was poor. Okay fine.maybe the cooks need more experience cooking this type of food. Months later the quality of food is still garbage.

Noodle bowls are meh but the noodles are overcooked and too soft, basil rice is bland/no salt at all/very soggy rice, green curry has broccoli in it/is bland/overcooked soggy rice/is also 90% white rice 5% cheap filler veggies 5% green curry.

The list is endless as I've tried almost everything they have. I not sure why I keep coming back to this location (maybe once every 2 weeks I get food from here) but after today I've decided I wont be coming back. I strongly believe you shouldn't either.

There's a KFC+Taco Bell near by, a pizza place, and a Tim Horton's. Take your money to one of those.

Just ordered. They messed up the order and would not fix it saying they did it right. Asked for the manager, they responded we can't give that information. Asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it. Been to thai express numerous times and never had to complain before, horrible experience and customer service.

As an update thet asked me to contact their customer service. I did that and still no response.horrible customer service.

Drove across Brampton because their schedule said they closed at 9 only to be turned away at 8: 08 because they actually close at 8 and the regional manager isn't updating the online schedule.

Every time I order food from here I enjoy it. They’re great, there was only a couple times where I was trying to catch them before they closed and it seemed like they closed before closing time.

Ordered the Tom yum soup and the chicken was very hard.and asked to make it spicy and it wasn't spicy at all?

This place is horrible. Just called ton make an order ahead of time and they denied me of that. I pull up to the place at 35 and the woman working there was driving away because she closed way ahead of the actual closing time. That's crazy and not allowed.she left 25 minutes before closing. This has happened many times and needs to be dealt with.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Thai soup was good and Pad Salad was not bad tasting, except it was completely drowned in the sauce. I also had zero utensils (no fork, no spoon, no chopsticks) and not a single napkin.

Its been our go-to place during pandemic.
Food are always good and staff are polite and friendly.
Pad thai and pad sew were the house favourite.

I ordered General Thai Beef and waited for an hour to get it. Seems like they're short staffed or have new cooks. After 1000 years I got my order. I was quite shocked to see the beef was like hotdogs not like it appears on the display and it was all sweet white rice (90%) with a few chunks of beef (2%) and a lil veggies (2%) and the sauce (6%). That's it. I ate half of it and threw the rest. Just wasted my time and money.

Go and eat the real food guys!

Very very bad customer service. The at cashier very rude. All Chinese community very hard to them. Owners need more attention.

Good and friendly service. I ordered a Chicken Thai Soup and General Thairacha chicken. Both were great! Full of flavor and the portions were big so you get more than just one serving from it. I had a good amount left over for later that day.

Staff is accommodating, polite and friendly. Service is fast. Food is good, especially love Thai Basil Rice and Beef Thai My Salad!

Ordered a tofu stir fry as I don't eat meat, but instead there was chicken along with tofu in the food. Calls to the location have gone unanswered to complain about this. Vegetarians should avoid this location.

It is very overpriced for fast food and the quality of ingredients is below average. I really like Thai food and this location does not represent it well. I would save my money and go elsewhere.

Ordered spicy beef pad see ew. I've never tasted something so dry. They completely either forgot or ignored the soy sauce. Absolutely horrible

I've visited this place twice in the last 2 weeks. The first time was at 7: 41pm and their doors were locked. And I visited today, at 7: 29pm and was told that they're not accepting any more orders. Terrible behaviour of staff. They just waved us off and did not even try to understand. Please change your timings if you're not planning on serving anyone past a certain time. Bs.

Just got off work and had to wait 30minutes to receive my Yellow Chicken Curry. That is not what your customers want!

On top of this, MESSAGE TO ALL CURRY LOVERS. DO NOT GET CURRY HERE. HORRIBLE, NO FLAVOR, I LITERALLY JUST GOT A CUP OF RICE WITH 3 PIECES OF TRASH CHICKEN WITH GRISSLE. SMALL PORTION OF CARROTS, ONIONS, AND PINEAPPLE.

This location has gotten better compared to the service when they first opened. I gave a 4 because the service is EXTREMELY slow. Even if I order online and pickup, I still have to wait. I had to wait 40 mins today for my order with only 2 other orders ahead of me. I like that daily specials have been added. Keep an eye on the posters and cash register screen, as they advertise options not shown on the main menu.

My fav spot for thai! The current chef is amazing! Just ate it. Had spicy shrimp Thai fried rice - so good!

The food seems pretty good, but i noticed the windows look like someone smeared them with a dirty cloth, and the door. I noticed this on the tables as well.before covid19 wuhan virus lock-down they had tables were wiped with dirty cloth and had smear streaks from left over food on the dirty cloth all over the table tops. But since the tables have been moved out now its the doors and windows. Try rinsing your clothes out more often. And for windows I recommend windex

First time coming here. My daughter loves the pad thai noodles. The noodles were the best we had compared to other locations. Good protein portions and very tasty. Doesnt taste like ketchup like the other places we had. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Its busy but I can see why. Great job guys! We will be ordering again soon

I have been to several Thai Express locations and this location simply knocks it out of the park. They are not only friendly but their food is somehow on another playing field in comparison to other branches.

Great food and such a wonderful family that runs the place. I had the general Tao chicken on padtai noodles. Awesome! Forget the lame burgers and put some spice and flavor in your life. You know you're bored with what you had. So be adventurous!

So normally I love Thai Express. First time at this location. The young lady who took my order was friendly but her parents were not. They didn't speak or engage in any way which was fine. When I got home my rice was gooey and over cooked. It definitely wasn't very spicy and the rice was disappointing. I'll give them one more chance before I write them off altogether. Sucks to waste my 12 dollars.

Edit: my husbant went there twice and he says when the parents cook its gooey/sloppy and doesn't taste good. The second time he went and the rice was good but it was prepared by the young lady.

I will not be returning to this location. I rather go to the one in Mississauga or the one at bramalea which is such a waste of my gas.

I placed an order in person from this location. Not only did I have to wait a long time for my food, but once I drove all the way home to eat it, I discovered that my food tasted burned. They must have burnt the chicken because the chicken was cut into pieces and bits of black burnt pieces were in the sauce. I have ordered this before and usually the pieces of breaded chicken is not cut at all. I am very disappointed in this establishment and will not be returning nor referring friends or family.

I have ventured across many Thai Express locations in my lifetime thus far, and this is hands down the best location. Taste much more authentic than the rest although a quick food joint. Glad we found this fortune cookie- great food, quality, and customer service.

Food is always great and friendly service. Keep in mind they won't answer calls after 8PM as they close at that time. I was informed that they may not pick up the phone during rush hours because of the high volume of orders so it's better to go there in person or call an hour or so in advance.

I order food here countless times and it either comes too dry or too much sauce. I usually get spice on my food but there was no consistency with medium spice. It was either not spicy or just way too spicy. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back

These guys are doing great for a newer location, thai express is one of my favorites so i know how it should taste and these guys nailed it, now i dont have to go all the way bcc for proper thai express.the staff was also very accommodating to customize my plate

The staff at this location go above and beyond! While placing an order through Skip The Dishes, I contacted the store about a special request with my order. The attendant on the phone was courteous and understanding. It is a secure feeling knowing the restaurant preparing your food cares about a customers request. I will definitely be ordering again in the future! Thank you!

As the website shows they close at 9 we went there to pick up at 8: 23 and the lady told me that they are closed and right after we came out 2 lady & 1 guy came in they served them so we went back in why they served them. They were trying to discriminate and must say really a poor customer service and a bad experience.
