Worst service. Treat customers like animals. Lady got mad for me asking questions about my order.really sad bc I used to like it here but the quality has gone done and now the service too.

I ordered Tom Yum fried rice and picked up only after 20 mins. The food was prepared as they saw me, and it was done In a hurry and doesn't even taste like our usual. What makes me mad is taking regulars for granted. Too sweet

Literally so awful, ordered a vegetarian Tom yum soup.and they didn’t even put any noodles in it. I just got broth with a bunch of discoloured pieces of broccoli.

Tom yum soup is very salty, so salty I can’t taste anything else. Chicken curry is like a can of cream of mushroom soup without it being diluted with water, very thick sauce, not supposed to be that way for a Thai curry sauce.

This is by far my worst experience in thai food in my life
Not to mention 3 thin slices of been in my beef tom yum soup
greasy and tiny fired chicken pieces that i had for appetizer with total 30 grams of chicken and the rest breading and oil.

Total food cost was 23.03$ which is really a decent amount and for terrible quality
Not to mention smell and environment in the indoors dining space

I was skeptical going in due to the bad reviews. Found grey hair in food.absolutely disgusted

Worst location. I’ve ordered here on multiple occasions, inconsistent and staff doesn’t care about customers.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The poor service and subpar food really put a damper on what was supposed to be. More importantly The staff were extremely rude.

Absolutely disgusting. On Uber eats I ordered the general Thai with white rice and no vegetables because I have a red pepper sensitivity. They sent me a take out with red rice and vegetables with TONS of red and green peppers.

The rice was soggy and indigestible. The batterer chicken was mostly dough and mushy. The entire meal was atrocious and cost me $20. I demanded a refund from Uber eats but they’re currently unresponsive.

The spring roll I ordered was okay. Needs salt and overpriced for $3.00

Do not order any sort of battered protein here, they just cover it in dough to cut costs. And most certainly do not order online they might just send you whatever leftover takeout they have lying around

Got chicken fried rice today. Found plastic inside tiny pieces and i even ate some of that. I hope i survive, never going back here.

I ordered shrimp fried rice and the rice was wet and shrimp not cooked properly. They need a better chef

Messed up 1 part of my order (ordered tofu pad sew ew but received shrimp and chicken pad sew ew) noticed when I arrived home. Will try contacting vendor tomorrow to rectify the situation tomorrow since they are closed.

I bought 1pad Thai and 1 basil chicken fried rice both not good taste we don’t eat taste not like before they should change cook

Worst service, washroom closed since many month. Very rude old lady. I even saw her how she talked to a guy who came to pick up an order, with disrespect. And food was as good as her atitude. Sour and bitter, and i dump everything in the garbage. Waste of time and money. Avoid this place!

I have been going to this location for a while but my last visit was disappointing. I ordered take out - shrimp and chicken pad Thai for myself and shrimp basil fried rice for my niece.

After returning home to eat, I noticed some black pieces in my food. My niece noticed some in her food as well. I took out the black pieces and was unpleasantly surprised to know they were pieces of a frying pan or something. My niece had bitten into a couple of them.

Extremely poor service and quality of food.
Meal came to $17 with a water bottle, with few traces on chicken in the dish. Half of the restaurant is also closed and has be closed for 2 years now including the washrooms. Sorry to see these guys go

Ordered beef pad thai, 3 people behind me got the order first. Also handed me wrong food. Luckily noticed. No taste.
