Thai Express Restaurant Markham

Why is it mostly bean sprout? I tried getting no bean sprout and it's dry.looks like theres very little sauce on here as well. I love eating here but it's too hit or miss.

Absolutely unacceptable taste. Thai Express Head Office must look into the taste of their franchisees. The Tom Yum has no taste at all. They don't even use head office receipes. They want to save cost and didn't add shrimp paste. Don't make us customers suffer! The drink is 90% ice. Took one sip and the entire cup's gone. By far one of the worse Thai Express locations. I seriously suggest Head Office to inspect and do taste tests at each franchise location to make sure they are up to standard. Until standards and quality improves avoid this location at all costs!

Place the order through u Uber eat even I order with utensils but arrived no fork no spoon also spilled inside of the bag.

Try their beef which doesn’t taste like beef at all. It’s worse than all other Thai Express I’ve been to. Total waste of money.

This used to be my go to lunch option at Markville Mall but something happened after the pandemic and everything tastes bland and unappetizing. I tried different menu options on 3 occasions but unfortunately will be giving up on this location. The noodle soup tasted so watered down like others have said, the fried rice was really dry and tasteless and the green curry also didn’t have much taste. Very disappointed: (
