Thai Express Restaurant St Catharines

I used to visit Pad Thai expresses all the time a few years ago. Decide to pop in on my way home today with my 2 year old to get takeout.
After ordering a pad thai and curry, we waited approx. 40 mins to get these two dishes - only two people ahead of me in line.

Staff were unfriendly: at one point (at about 35 mins) I had called “sorry excuse me” to the girls working, to find out if my order had been started yet (if it wasn’t, I was just going to cancel at that point), and for awhile, neither wouldn’t even acknowledge I was talking to them.

I won’t be back. I’d rather spend the same amount I did (including tip) and take my family to a sit in restaurant, where quality of food and staff service are worth the wait and money.

Never disappointed with my meals! Always fresh and great customer service. My favourite is the general thairacha.

It's OK. It's a lot of money $33 for 2. Customer engagement is truly a lost art. Again.please look after your bathrooms.

EXTREMELY slow service. 40 minute wait AT THE RESTAURANT for 2 orders of general thairacha chicken. It wasn’t even busy! 2 orders in front of me! Incompetent employees. Food was decent or this would be one star. Rice was kinda soggy though.

Don't leave your car on the store front, it'll be towed. An 8 month pregnant lady walked away for 15 minutes and had to pay 300 dollars to get it back from a tow yard. A completely empty parking lot and 15 minutes. These people are heartless and shameless.

Changing my review to 1 star, I used to order from this location and it used to be good. My last 2 orders were terrible. Missing items, old sauce for the bongbaks, old tasting items. I swear they are using expired items.quality down the drain BIG TIME. Won't be ordering from here again unfortunately.

Who serves general Thai chicken without hot sauce!?

I just came into eat while family is at the doctor's I order the general Thai chicken, my favorite. I start eating it and notice there's absolutely no hot sauce and I'm just shocked and I'm already eating it and hate wasting food so I have to ask for some hot sauce and add it myself which is no where near the same.

I've had other locations say nothing and add hot sauce and others ask me, this place didn't ask and served it without.

So let down yet again, you're welcome for my money though

Food was tasty, but they overcharged me and then played dumb. I saw one of the employees sneeze directly into her bare hand and go right back to cooking. She did not wash her hands while we were there and none of them wore gloves while handling food. Three stars, because the food was decent and other employees may be better, but the overall experience did not leave a good taste in my mouth.

Amazing service, clean establishment and incredibly delicious food both here and at the Mr. Sub located within the same building unit.
The owner was in house and was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend stopping in!
