Excellent food! Must try their pineapple red curry shrimp and pineapple fried rice. Absolutely delicious.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! Alley, the server/person who takes phone orders is very rude and with an attitude! They gave me the wrong order and when I had asked for her name and the manager, her response “that doesn’t matter”. If the owners are reading this, you are losing business because of your front kitchen! Food is great but staff is bad!

Perfect place to enjoy awesome flavorful food. Read some great reviews and thought to try 'Thai One On'. Absolutely wonderful food and wonderful service by Archana, sweetest soul who suggested Coconut Chicken Soup which was amazing. Enjoyed every bit of food. Serving is ample so order carefully. Reasonable amazing food. Double Thumbs up.

This restaurant is an epic place to have lunch or dinner at. They are very clean and neat.with their customer they make them feel at home. Very welcoming and kind. Their food is perfectly seasoned and made, really tasty and well served. Definitely recommend going there!

Very delicious thai cuisine. Just loved it. Also, their chicken and lamb are halal, too. Waiting to try when they will bring g hallal beef too.

Ordered 2 orders of pad Thai, coconut mango chicken and pineapple rice with chicken. The order was about 15 minutes later than the website said so we had to wait around. When we got home, the pad Thai was leaking all over the place. Super greasy and overfilled resulting a mess. The coconut mango chicken was good but for some reason the pineapple rice was spicy. Overall the food was decent but there is some work to be done.

Very impressed with this place and quality of food was spot on! Everything tasted really good, and the presentation of the food was really nice! The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, highly recommended and would come back again!

Hands down one of my favourite Thai restaurant in Pickering. The seafood fried and pineapple fried rice are my go to favourite. Do try some of their curries as well - especially the Malay curry. It’s always hits the spot.

We’ve lived in the area for a long time and are glad to have such a good Thai restaurant in the area. There used to be a second one that was also good but it didn’t survive the pandemic. So we continue to support this one and really enjoy the quality and quantity of food. Tonight we got a golden curry, a Malay curry, and a non spicy chicken and vegetables and one of our long time favourites, mango salad (note that I forgot to take a picture until after we’d already eaten!) We did take out and the food was ready right when they said it would be. There’s plenty of seating available if you want to eat in. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

The best place for amazing food and ambience. Staff are super friendly and the food is tasty. We ordered basil chicken, massaaman curry, curry padthai, chicken devil, green curry and mango salad. Everything was delicious. Definitely the best place to go for amazing food.

Drove all the way from Brampton to this location just to get their food. Ordered the curry chicken fried rice, devil chicken and hot and sour soup- all extra spicy. 5/5 stars as it was still hot when I got home and me and my wife really enjoyed the food! Definitely a must try! Food tastes amazing! Thanks team!

Rude staff hung up on me when I pointed out that my total was incorrect and asked for clarification on the amount. Watch out for the mandatory 10% tip they sneak onto your order and then claim they can’t remove it when you question it.

I had delivery chicken pad thai, coconut mango chicken and Tom Yum Soup within 35 mins.they made gulten free for me.service is always great.i love this place and i highly recommend

Hairs in two separate containers. Gross.

On November 19th 2022 I ordered a number of dishes totalling $113. Got it home and began to eat when we found a hair in one of the rice containers. We let it go, thinking that these things can happen. We got partway through dinner and found another hair from a separate container! We called the restaurant but were offered only a refund on the rice. I explained that no one finished their dinners. Who would? It’s disgusting. And it was in two containers. I not playing Russian hair roulette!

The employee asked for my phone number and said a manager would call me back. No call.

I went back the next day in person. I asked for them to refund 1/2 the purchase. Nope. They can’t do that. They offered to have someone call me. Heard that one yesterday.

It’s gross. It’s not right and seriously calls into question how clean their kitchen is.

Ordered ahead of time and went to pick up my food and forgot my drink. Worker called and added it as a credit for when i return!

Awful experience! Ordered over $100 worth of pick up for my birthday dinner. When my sister got home with the food we noticed 2 of the curries missing. We called and the customer service was awful! They did not apologize, apparently the manager was not there and the person did not want to listen to anything we had to say.she kept putting us on hold for who knows what reason and she also hung up on us! When we called back and called her out on hanging up she said the driver left! So they probably had the food just sitting there! We're very disappointed and on top of it there was not even an apology! Used to be may fav Thai. Now I'm searching for another Thai restaurant for future visits!

The one on classic pad Thai is a banger here.

Went recently, doesn’t slap like it used to.

Changed the pad Thai to a very low quality, soupy, soggy meal with noodles that are closer to spaghetti noodles and still not sure if that was chicken

We don't live in Pickering, but often seek out this place when we are near by. The food is good, our experience is the staff are very friendly and accommodating, even helping us with vegan options. The quantity is large, so don't be surprised if you ask for a take home container. The food was great heated up the next day.

I got the beef red curry and the seafood combination and it was really good. The portions were big and they were generous with the ingredients. There was lots of beef and huge chunks of mango. The sauce they make for the samosa was so good I could put that on everything.

Worst customer service. Girl working at the front is very rude, arrogant and mannerless. She doesn’t want to do her job. Poor owner

EXTREMELY DELICIOUS FOOD
Highly recommend the food here. The stir fried glass noodles I had was really tasty and also the appetizers were really good. The service was very quick even though the place is busy and also friendly staff.

My favourite Thai place. I've tried everything on the menu. Lovely, warm, welcoming staff. Deserves more stars. I live in Mississauga but whenever I'm passing by Pickering, I stop at Thai One On for a chicken pad thai. Also recommend the hot and sour soup, cashew chicken, mango chicken, and calamari.

I dined in for the first time at this location, and was served by Alexandra who was so welcoming and helpful. I wasn’t sure what to get and she was so patient and gave some recommendations. I ended up getting the green curry which was delicious. I would definitely like to go back just based on this interaction alone!

Their delivery service is absolutely terrible. They promised 45 - 60 mins and I Waited for 2 hours and no one showed up.

A must try— the green mango salad! That didn’t even last long we were able to finish it fast. It was so good fresh and amazing! Their signature pad thai is amazing too! The shrimp is perfectly cooked!

I placed an order today for delivery. There was a coupon code free red curry chicken if you order $50+. I was happy to do this and ordered my food with the coupon. When my food came the red curry was missing. I was so disappointed. I'm battling covid and wanted something to look forward to so I ordered it for no contact delivery. I contacted the store afterwards and they told me that I needed to add the red curry to my cart for the coupon to work. Wouldn't they see the coupon was on my order. So disappointed. If you use any of their coupons remember to add the item to your cart. There should be some sort of warning on their website but there isn't.

Best Thai food around. Among all, Malay curry and Chicken fried rice are my favourites. I have been a regular customer for a while. During a rush day, it's a little rusty at delivering on time. It is pretty standard in any restaurant. But they are good at maintaining the quality and so.

I am rewriting my previous 5 star review of this restaurant with sadness. I have been a regular customer for years. I ordered delivery around 6pm and was notified it would take 45 minutes to receive my order. It did not arrive until after 7pm, and the order was completely wrong. I called the restaurant and the person who answered listened to my issue and told me they would return my call within a few minutes. After 20 minutes and not getting called back I drove to the restaurant to return the incorrect order. I informed the employee about the situation and they took the incorrect order to the back without saying a word to me. He came back out to the front with a few other bags of food and I stood there for about 10 minutes without any idea what was happening. Finally I asked what was going on with my order and he said they were remaking it. I asked how they would compensate me for the inconvenience and he stared at me like I was crazy. Then I asked for my tip back since I had to come out to get my order and he grumbled and then shouted to the back about me wanting the tip back, which made me quite uncomfortable. Ultimately he gave me back most of the tip, and the food, once received, was delicious as always, but this experience was not a good one. It was supposed to be a fun date night in with my wife, and and I feel like too much time was wasted with this experience.

Delicious and perfect. Ordered Devil Chicken and my mouth is still watering thinking about that meal!

100% worth the drive, price, quality and service.

Do not order from this restaurant! Years ago they were great but the service keeps getting worse. I ordered the chicken and vegetables before an exam and what was delivered was nothing like the photo. When I called to get the order corrected I was told I would get a refund. Ok. They would not process the refund, they kept having different excuses, until I kept calling them and asking them for my money and to come get the food. Finally, by the next day I was told the kitchen manager would stop by and drop off the refund. I called his phone and he started yelling at me and saying he doesn't know why I have his number, blah, blah, blah. I told him I have been waiting for my refund and I don't understand why I can't get it processed. When he came to my door he was so rude, he actually tried to yell and argue with me in my front yard. I took my money and closed the door on him. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN! This could have been an easy fix! They could have kept a customer! I will be spending my money elsewhere, that kitchen manager, Suban? Is awful, rude and very inappropriate.

My favourite restaurant! The food is amazing each time I go and the service is always exceptional. I highly recommend eating here for a Nice, enjoyable dinner as there is a lot of menu items to choose from and everything is so delicious.

Large portion sizes and every dish is filled with flavour. Their curry dishes are top notch and pad Thai always has more than enough toppings - in fact it feels like there are more seafood/beef/tofu than actual noodles.

Their service has been friendly every visit. A new staple in our household for sure!

Probably the best Thai restaurant in the Durham region. The Pad Thai, Fried Rice, and Oodles of Noodles are must try dishes. You can't go wrong with the curries as well especially the Malay Curry which is rich, creamy and full of flavour. The portions are generous and ingredients are fresh and high-quality.

I have been going to the Pickering Thai One On for a couple years now and it has always been a good experience. Excellent customer service, great food, and always friendly. The most consistently amazing items are the Spicy Thai Eggplant, Basil Chicken, and the Spicy Thai Noodles (with Beef or Chicken). Deserts are okay but the entrées are always a win!

Very hit & miss lately mostly miss. Quality steadily declining. I think I might be retiring this one. No consistancy served food that was not fit for human consumption. The smell stayed in my car &home 2 days straight. I might have to detail my car just to get out the smell. Geez man I cannot get this smell out mind yah it was that bad

My first time dining-in in over a year was a very nice experience here, great taste and excellent service. Portions are big, plan for leftovers. I had a chicken curry dish and a glass noodle dish, delicious! Going to go back and try other dishes

The food was good. I had to wait a bit. So definitely order ahead. It was good Thai food they have many options. In terms of authenticity in comparison to other places I’ve had Thai food at it’s not amazing but still it’s good especially for the price.

The Vegetarian platter here is my absolute favorite. It's generous enough for two and has a delicious variety of elements. This place also has the best Mango Salad I've ever had.

Ordered three take-out dishes from Thai One On. The delivery was very quick and the lady taking the order courteous. The food was exceptional with very large portions. We couldn't mange to eat all of it, so had plenty left over. I would recommend this restaurant for a wonderful dining experience.

I can’t even believe these reviews below. I ordered the seafood pad Thai and it was horrible. The sauce tasted like spicy ketchup. This is my second time trying (once years ago) and I still can’t get the taste out of my mouth. This is Thai food gone main stream maybe but I was so hopeful it would be good.

I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT! This is my 5th time ordering from it. They have great food and especially during these days of COVID, I know it's really hard for restaurants but of all that, the cashiers and the delivery people follow the precautions and safety measures. All in all, this is a great restaurant and my #1 choice.

Totally impressive, delicious and flavourful Thai food. One of my work colleagues organized a staff lunch. We couldn't eat together of course (thank you Covid 19, Why don't YOU just stay home?) but we all had fun knowing that we were, in a distanced way, sharing in a meal.
Now the important part: the food. Their curry Shrimp Pad Thai is seriously awesome, loaded with the coconut, basil, garlic, lime and cilantro flavours that make it pop! Plus they give you so much that you could get three lunches. My advice: Thai One On, right now!

Delicious food, reasonably priced. Fresh vegetables. Excellent value. Salad roll was the best I've had. Curry Pad Thai was a pleasant change, definitely will get it again. Wanted to change it up from the regular pad thai. A must try. Definitely going back.

Wasn't too impressed with the green thai curry, asked for spicy and it wasn't and the vegetables were all wrong, mushrooms, mini corn, not my thing

The Steak Thai was amazing. Could not finish all. There was enough for me to take home for 2 days. Definitely going back with my BFF friend Maureen again.

The food was great as always but I especially must thank the delivery people for following all the COVID-19 precautions and protocols. They were great at handling the food and they wore masks as well.

My sister and my go to thai food place. We have thai food from all over but something about thai one on that we both love so much. Whenever we are together we get thai one on.it's just the best comfort food too. Always so tasty at this location.

This place is a must try. I got the lemongrass soup with the pineapple fried rice and Thai fish devil and they were all very delicious. I would come back here again to try out the other dishes. Great presentation!

I had recently visited this restaurant and I must say I was very impressed. The customer service was great and it's definitely much better than many other restaurants I have visited. Best Thai food in town.

Delivery without a mask

Pure and simple. There is a pandemic. People are dying. Put a bloody mask on when delivering food.

My friend ordered chicken satay with salad and spring rolls. Spring rolls had a bad taste, and it must be spoiled. I am not sure they care. I had one bite and virtually spat it out. So gross it was. When I called the girl offered me a 15% discount with a word sorry. This can be a health issue. My rating will be zero, and I will ask if their food is stale or fresh in my next order. Disappointed

You must try the seafood spicy thai noodles. Authentic flavours and seafood in every bite. I was surprised by how much calamari, mussels, shrimp, crab and more was in it. My go to dish.

Generous portion sizes at a good price. Our favourite spot for satisfying the Thai takeout craving. Their Curry Pad Thai will last you for days.

The delivery person was very nice and respectful. The food arrived on time and in large portion as well. I really recommend this restaurant and that's why I give it a 5 star.:)
