Thai One On Don Mills

The food is ok but the service could improve for sure. They never stay true to their offers, so I don't know why they have them. They stop speaking in English to each other when you try to get answers as to why, which is very unprofessional. Just don't put an offer you're not willing to fulfill, it's that simple.

I order through uber eat. Order two pad Thai one with chicken another one with beef. Instead I got two box of pad Thai with chicken and beef. My friend doesn't eat beef so he has to remove all beef from his pad Thai.

Favouritewise it was bad, not authentic and burned.

Not recommend.

They no longer take online orders from their own website but the ordering system still takes down all the credit card and order information! There were no error messages either. I was ordering online as a treat for a friend, scheduling it 5 hours in advance. When neither of them received any emails or phone calls, I called the restaurant 15 mins before the original pick up time. That's when I found out that they don't receive orders from the website anymore but only go through Ubereats. Now I have to watch out for my credit card being charged. This is bad business practice

Ordered delivery pad thai with chicken and shrimp. I normally love all forms of pad thai, but this pad thai was worse than food court pad thai. The noodles were soggy, and the pad thai sauce tasted overwhelmingly of tomato, which isn't a flavour I normally associate with authentic pad thai. We also ordered samosas and the sweet chili sauce was suspiciously watery. We will not be ordering from here again.

BEST Food at don mills especially i recomend mango salad and chicken bacon poutine, fried rice is also recomemded. Very friendly staff Especially a Boy named Rakshit

Drove all the way from Brampton to this location just to get their food. Ordered the curry chicken fried rice, devil chicken and hot and sour soup- all extra spicy. 5/5 stars as it was still hot when I got home and me and my wife really enjoyed the food! Hair in the food and not a single one but multiple hairs in the food. Salad was not fresh. Unappetizing and potential health hazard. Has no resemblance to Thai food either.

AVOID at all cost! My experience-
1. Very BURNT food that can give you cancer
2. Being hung up while ordering take out
3. Long wait time for food
4. Extremely oily dishes
5. Nothing Thai related at all
6. Flys in the kitchen
7. Staff member with long and untied hair
8. $5 for brown rice

Order through UberEats, I got the fried rice and the Pad Thai. They charge you quite a bit, ranging from $4~$6, for protein choices like chicken, shrimp and etc, but I still added them hoping that it would be worth the extra cost. Unfortunately, it was one of, if not the worst Thai food I’ve ever had in my life.

I've tried many time to give this Restaurant a chance, I like there food but they do not bother to read the Notes in my Order and I've had to call many times to complain and get nothing but attitude over the phone, 1 work even said days ago that I complain all the time. If you can read the Notes I wouldn't have to? Last time I'm Ordering from this place

I used to go here for their quantity. They switched from the black dense take out boxes to the small brown ones and yet charging the same. I can understand times are unstable with the restaurant business but I shouldn’t have to pay the same for lesser food.

This place says they’re open until 2am and we came from far to eat here around 12: 30am and they tell us they only do food for uber eats. Makes no sense. They’re also very rude. I also read that their food is trash so maybe it’s better we didn’t eat here anyways.

The food is excellent. The portions are always generous. We always got basil chicken and chicken fried rice.

Ordered through Ubereats. Had a shrimp pad Thai and green curry with
roti and coconut rice.

The roti and green curry taste pretty good, a lot of coconut milk in it.
Pad Thai was terrible, not sure if it was because it sat for too long or not.felt the noodles was "not fresh. "

Ordered on ubereats I think they are overpriced. We got padtahi and mango salad
The food didnt taste good I took few bites and I was done.

There are other places you can get better quality Hakka good around

Tried the mango salad, Thai wings, coconut rice, basil chicken, & curry pad Thai and we were not disappointed! Very delicious, great portions and good service too!

I visit this spot a lot since I work in the area. I must say their customer service is always good and they keep the place well organized consistently. Pricing is convenient and they serve big portions.

Placed a large order on the website, paid in full (charged to card) and no food was delivered. We called both customer service numbers listed on the two emails received, and sent multiple emails with no response. After a visit and three phone calls with the manager, I was assured that they would "take care of it and, " and "call back tomorrow. "

Never received a call back, and ended up disputing the charge with American Express.

If you want to get scammed, you should Thai this place!

The reviews on this page and UberEats are very likely fake. This is just a fast food restaurant located in a food court and food quality is quite low. The Pad Thai I ordered tasted terrible. It’s still terrible even if you judge them by food court standard. They use gourmet Thai food pictures on UberEats and charge twice of their price on UberEats compared to their menu on site. However Uber refuses to take the restaurant off saying they can choose any pictures and prices they want.

The place offers an awesome variety of delicious food. I like eating here. The employees are always super nice, rates are reasonable and the spot is always well organised.

Been coming here ever since I ordered their pad thai. Friendly staff, great food but most importantly excellent service.

Zero stars if possible.

Two days ago was the first time we visited this good restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the generous service, with the first-rate cooking and fine drinks and with the modest cost. We will no doubt come back again.

Made me wait 45+ minutes at the restaurant for the doordash order pickup. They took like forever to prepare the order!

Two days ago was our first time we came to that magnificent restaurant. But It is obviously not the last. We had a good time with the generous service, with the great cuisine and booze and with the decent pay. We will definitely visit there in a short time.

I did a uber eats order from here where i Specifically said please not spicy not once but twice because of allergies but oh of course they sent it 35 times more spicy than usual.chopped up about 50 chili peppers and threw them in the soup 5 big chunks of ginger and to top it off i asked for shrimp i only got 2 in each bowl yeah thank you very much all i wanted was noodle soup after a long day at work and this is what i get from supporting smaller restaurants and opposed to bigger chains like thai express
