Don't keep passing this. I always have the pad Thai.

Pleasant and quick service. Meal always taste fresh & stays consistent.

So affordable too. I would always delay going to other places on route.cause the meal & price always is better here.

I’ve been going here for the past 10 years, food is always delicious and hits the spot.

My go-to meals are their Chicken Pad Thai, Pineapple Fried Rice, Cashew Nut Chicken and the Thai Green Curry.

For appetizers, I always get the platter. It allows you to get a little of their top sellers.

If time permits, I do recommend their lunch specials. It’s super affordable and the portions are large.

Customer service is amazing spectacular.

Menu price and bill price different and bill price more expensive. And owner closed the store any time he feels like.

Great flavour. Reasonable price. Rice was extra. Got the vegetable curry meal. Only food complaint is that the veggies were cut too large and required a knife which was not provided.

Went in there in a hurry while my laundry was being done at the laundromat at Valley Farm laundromat. The food was most delicious and i also got my miller lite beer and crown royal whiskey whithin a few minutes. My friend who was assisting me that evening also got her rum in record time. The waitress in question was very busy handling 7 other dine in customers plus skip the dishes orders via uber. Highly recommended!

This is my go to spot for Thai food in Ajax/pickering. The food has always been excellent, fresh, and tasty. Some of my favourites are the mango salad, pad Thai, and any of the curry dishes. There's a ton of variety and the portion sizes are very reasonable.

Got the Tofu Curry (Tofu with long beans and sliced eggplant in spicy red curry sauce) and it was one of my favourite thai dishes ever. Portion was so big I had it over 3 days. Just made some extra rice at home. I'll definitely be back again!

As a vegan this is a good option and staff was helpful in suggesting vegan options.

Had the thai vegetable rolls, thai vegetable salad and Mango tofu. Food presentation is beautiful.the Mango tofu was not candy sweet which I love and I appreciate.it was savory with fresh mango chunks.

Not what to expect. BEEF steak was really beef liver and smells nasty. Cabbage in stir fry looks like a soggy diaper and rest of vegetables were overcooked. Aluminum container makes the vegetables stinky. Spring rolls looks and tastes like it came from frozen (the ones from the supermarket). Take away chicken wings didn't taste the same as dine in experience. Overall, food was gross. I think I will stick to the mall's thai food and Pho Saigon. I had a stomach ache after 1st serving. Didn't attempt more, chuck the rest in the garbage. Food reminded me of the dirty food you get in Chinatown.
BEEF LIVER COST $19.99 which is quite expensive, considering it is not a steak.

Horrible taste. Ive tried every chef recommended dish here and its just blah. The only thing half decent is the chilly chicken but its inconsistent depends on the day

This is the best Thai restaurant in the GTA! The service and food and hard to beat. Always clean and always a relaxed atmosphere.

Tasted more like Chinese food. Server was not very friendly. The staff should visit Pai or Bangkok Garden on Elm street in Toronto for real taste of Thai food.

Best Thai food in Pickering. They do their mango salad proper and all of their lunch dishes are superb.

Rude server. Bad food.they should call it a chinease restaurant rather than thai as flavours were completely different. Avoid if looking for good food. Go if you dont have any idea of what thai food is and u will be happy with whatever u will get. Edit- I have been feeling sick since yesterday when I had their food.

My favorite Thai restaurant, I get take out once or sometimes twice a week here.
They make a great gluten free pad thai, and I absolutely love their thai curries, especially the Curry Ayam malaysian curry. Yummy! If you pay cash you get 10% discount:)

This spot obviously knows how to take care of their clients. Constantly with a friendly attitude. The food is reasonably priced, always delightful and neat.

I adore this place! They have awesome dishes, their menu is rich, The chef in that place is very experienced, I like a lot eating all their dishes. The food is consistently of high class, the service towards the clients is agreeable. I often go to this restaurant and I was never discontended. I recommend this place.

Thai Orchid is located close to home, within walking distance. With so many choices of places to eat, it's been a while since I've been here.

On this visit, I had the Chili Chicken, served with a spring roll and rice. It was a generous serving of chicken, and a decent sized spring roll, but I would have preferred a bit more rice to balance the meal.

It tasted pretty good but with nearby Hakka restaurants serving similar dishes for a lower price, it's not such a great deal.

BTW, my favourite dish here is the Thai Spicy Noodles. I usually have it with beef or chicken. Delicious!

Great food. Always fresh and full of flavour. Love to sit down and take out. You won't be disappointed.

Very neat and accessible place. They serve big meals and for inexpensive rates. We loved the menu a lot and the waiters were very personal and chatty. Highly recommended.

Ordered take-out from here for the first time and food was pretty good! We ordered the mango salad, pad thai, chilli chicken, crispy beef, and thai shrimp roll.
The pad thai and chilli chicken were average but I was pleasantly surprised by the mango salad, thai shrimp roll (very small pieces but oh so good) and the shining star of all the dishes, the crispy beef! I recommend trying it if you're unsure of what to order.
I will be ordering from here again. Looking forward to trying more appetizers and more of the authentic dishes.

We love Thai Orchid.the nicest people and great Thai food. We have eaten there (and had takeout) many times, and will continue to do so!

Had a great experience in this place with my friend. The food arrived rapidly and the customer service is just good. Prices are affordable.

This restaurant is my favorite. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very welcoming and the food they serve is so flavorful. I would always prefer to have a good dinner in this place. I highly recommend this place.

This spot provides fantastic service and delicious menu. My favourite spot in the area. The drinks and food arrived quick and the rates were affordable. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Takeout order included Cold Rolls, Chicken Pad Thai, Cashew Nut Chicken and Coconut Rice. Food was just average (not bad but nothing amazingly spectacular). If you're ordering for pickup, do yourself a favor and order by phone first or use an app ad those get priority over standing there in person. On the bright side, they accepted special requests for reviving certain ingredients and even offered to substitute for others.

Been going here for years - the food is always delicious, fresh and plentiful! As a vegan, I'm grateful for their meat-free options.

Amazing food. I love the red chicken curry with beans and roti, extremely tasty and good portions.

Posted closing is 10pm. I pulled in with my car light shining into the restaurant at 9: 30pm. They took off their lights and closed. When I told the staff as she walked out the door that they're closing 30 minutes early, she dismissively walked away saying the night is slow.

I'm never going back here!

We went here with the family and when we entered there was only one woman at the counter desk and she did not even have a smile on her face. We sat on the table and were given the menus but no one came to our table to ask if we want to drink anything or order. There was only one person at the counter who was taking the orders from the tables and I saw a lot of other customers sitting at the other tables with no food and waiting. They did not have enough servers to wait the tables. We left after 10 minutes sitting there at the table. Very bad customer service.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I would give negative stars if possible. The service for take out was unprofessional, rude and slow. The food was horrible. The vegetable pad thai tasted as if ketchup was added for flavouring. The oodles of noodles came with a peanut sauce that was heated and watered down crunchy peanut butter.

Ordered two basic dishes, the Thai chicken fried rice and the crispy beef. The order took at least 20 mins to make which is ok. When the waitress brought out the beef, all I could see in the plate were green peppers and a few pieces of beef! The presentation was awful. The dish actually had a lot more peppers than beef. Moreover, the beef was not cooked properly and was extremely rubbery and chewy, NOT crispy at all! The fried rice was ok, better than the beef but definitely not the kind of quality you would expect at a restaurant. It had huge chunks of nearly raw onion pieces which just spoiled the whole thing. I spoke to the waitress and explained the problem with the beef who was sweet enough to tell us we could return it and order something else. When she went back to talk to the chef/owner of the place, he berated her so badly and loudly that she started crying. After this I didn't want to order anything else there. Wish I had taken a pic of the horrible crispy beef. It was clear to me that the chef was not in a good mood and that reflected in the food.
