Thai Palace Restaurant

Food came an hour after ordering while other tables were served and left before we got our food. The server said that other tables got their food first because they ordered something easy.
Asked for a fried egg on top of my dish and got an omelet on top. When i mentioned that it wasnt a fried egg the server said that's what the kitchen made. None of the dishes were authentic Thai and 2 of them were sent back because they tasted terrible.
They removed the 2 dishes from the bill at least.

Bad service, had to walk to the server to ask for stuffs! Less ingredients than a typical Thai curry. Will never visit again waste of money!

Food was really good and I can definitely say everybody will like it and must visit place.

Saturday Apr 15/23. Been going here for years. Felt like dinning at a different restaurant. Few family members didn’t even take a second bite and didn’t pack it to go. Level 4 spicy felt like they forget to mix the spices. Pineapple rice and curry rice tasted the same. Spent 2.5 hours at the restaurant. Only 1 server to serve the whole place. Hope this was just a bad day.

I have only ever got the chicken pad thai special and can't stop ordering that because I enjoy it soo much cant resist. Love that level 4 spicy!

Food is delicious and they have a variety of vegan options. Be sure to specify that you are vegan when ordering, they will know how to prepare it. Just wish they would get rid of the vegan surcharge on everything!

This review is based on service alone.placed an order at 6: 31.was told 20-30 minutes.i go into the restaurant at 6: 55 thinking i’d have to wait 5 minutes.i didnt get my food until 7: 20.completely unacceptable.i think the food only started to get prepared once i arrived to pick it up.wait time should of been quoted for an hour.i waited 20 minutes inside while i watched every other person after me pick up their order.i was told “it’s getting packaged up now” then watch is it’s for another customer.also you shouldn’t have patrons pay right away for their food as i never would have tipped waiting 20 minutes inside.unacceptable.

Very little flavour. Medium is usually Hot. But it was less than mild. Had to add my own spices at home. Every other aspect was good.

Loved the pad Thai, wish the portion was a bit bigger but it was really tasty. The make your own noodles had little flavor. It was comforting, just hoped to have a bit more seasoning in there

Came with a large party for a friend's birthday. Service was great. Restaurant was clean and cheerful. The fresh springrolls were delicious. The cooked appetizers were all overcooked.and disappointing. The chicken satay skewers were over cooked to give the texture of a pencil eraser. Fortunately the peanut sauce carried the day. Tge Pad Thai.three types on the table all lacked any depth of flavor. Overall.not the best Thai food.

Prices are too high. Noodles are cheap to make and should not be priced close to $20 for a dish. Thai express has better prices.
