Accolade Dental Centre, Dr. Homam Albaghdadi, and staff continue to be fantastic - had a dental issue last week, they were able to schedule me in for a checkup and tests very quickly, and resolved my concerns - as in the past, truly superb professionalism and an excellent client experience!

I felt very safe visiting during COVID lockdown. My hygenist was great. Efficient, thorough, very personable. Staff are all friendly, helpful and courteous which makes a visit to the dentist less stressful and pleasant.

My first visit experience at the Centre was very positive. Dentist Dr H Albaghadadi did a very thorough exam and had answered and explained in details of my concerns and treatment possibilities. The Associate and front desk were courteous and professional. A helpful team!
6 month later, my second visit for regular cleaning is equally satisfactory. Good job, thank you.
My third visit due to new issues, I got the appt promptly and was given quick and attentive care, much appreciated.

I switched to this office a few years ago and both my visits to date have been fantastic. Dr. Homam Albaghdadi and my hygienists Lisa and Hailey have all been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is quick and a pleasure to deal with. I'm glad I found this dental office.

I chipped my front tooth! Devastated! Had media booked for the next day. Dr Bilic took me on very short notice and did a beautiful job, you can’t even tell, only took 45 min!

Dr Slome, Lisa and team at Accolade Dental are just awesome! They provide an calming happy environment and are very gentle in their approach and professional.

It’s wired that I am enjoying the dental experience there. But it’s true, the doctor and nurses even admin staffs there are all very friendly and considerate. I will definitely recommend them. Price is also reasonable.

I don’t normally post negative reviews but this one is worth sharing.
I’m going to get dental implants overseas and needed to send my doctor a 3D CBCT scan. When I was making an appointment I was told it would cost $300 but the invoice I got before the appointment said $350 (mess up #1).
When I showed for my appointment I was informed that I need to pay extra $144 for an exam because I didn’t have a referral. Mind you, it was not mentioned while booking an appointment even though I explicitly mentioned I don’t have one (mess up #2). But I’m already there so I decided to go with the exam.
After that I proceeded to wait for another half an hour (mess up #3) which comes to around 45 minutes alone total. At that point I decided that getting blatantly upcharged AND having to wait so long is a bit much and I left. Also during my whole stay nobody even offered me a glass of water (not a major mess up, just poor customer service).
Again I’m not a very demanding patient but that seems like a lot of negative moments for a relatively simple procedure.
P. S.another patient walked out while I was there so that gives you a clue how this clinic is run.

I can't go 5 stars because it still hurt. However, given the procedure that I had on very short notice, and the fact that my pain is now gone, AND the reasonable cost, AND Dr Alba's great chairside manner, I believe I have found a new dental practice.

I’ve been a patient for years, and wouldn’t think of ever going anywhere else; even when living outside of the city, I always made the trip to Accolade when in town. I’ve had the pleasure—and that’s really saying something, when speaking about a visit to the dentist—of being treated by all the dentists on staff, and they’re all equally incredibly kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and do excellent work. My hygienist, Lisa, is a gem. So gentle, and my teeth have never felt so clean. Staff is wonderful as well. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Extremely friendly and professional staff. Respond to emails almost immediately. Very accommodating. Service was on-time and Dr Homam was fantastic. Highly recommend this clinic! So glad my husband and I found them.

Dr Homam is amazing! I recommend him to all my friends and family, because I get the best dental work every time. He's very thorough with the exam and explains everything to me. Findings, concerns, and what needs to be done.
The work itself is the best! My teeth look great again. I've had all my old fillings replaced by him and all of them now look great and feel very smooth. Have you ever had work done and for weeks or MONTHS can't stop picking at the sharp and uneven surfaces in your teeth with your tongue? HA! Nothing worse than this feeling in meetings and important events. That was me before seeing Dr Homam. I thought that was normal, but he assured me it's not and will always get the best treatment with him. WOW does he deliver! I highly recommend Dr Homam.

Dr. Albaghdadi is an amazing dentist. Had my wisdom teeth removed and the experience was so seamless. I didn't even realize he managed to remove them until he showed them to me. He is calming and listens so well to his patients. Will always be going back to Dr. Albaghdadi for any dental treatments.

Dr Slome is the best and the whole team from the front desk to the hygienists. They are all amazing. They want the best for you and your health. It’s like a little family! Honestly, I actually love going to the dentist.

This place deserves all the stars. I've been a patient for over a year and I am a VERY nervous one. The staff and dentists are so gentle, knowledgeable and empathetic. They have dealt with my many calls with endless questions so kindly and patiently. Dr. Homam takes his time to explain everything and put you at ease. All the staff that answer the phones make sure you dont leave without what you need. If you are at all a nervous patient I highly recommend Accolade dental.

The team at the Accolade are so kind and welcoming. I had a hygiene appointment with Angel and she was very helpful with great tips on how to maintain a healthy smile - without the guilt trip. I was in-and-out in no time which is always a plus.

Let me just say, Dr. Albaghdadi is the best! He is a perfectionist in the best of ways, he has such a soothing and calming voice, and he sutures like no body’s business! Highly recommend!
