. I went there few times, at least they should say hi to the customer but they don't, they just let us stay there and slowly come. They serviced slowly and didn't pay attention at work!
They should be more happy when customer come!

The interior of the shop was nicely decorated and clean. They had a wide selection to choose from with new drinks daily according to the season and promotions. I decided to get the Deerioca Ube with puff and my boyfriend had the strawberry green tea. Although the shop was very busy with numerous customers, it did not take long to receive our drinks. The Deerioca Ube with puff was amazing. It had strong ube flavour and the tapioca and puff added to its great taste. The strawberry green tea was good with real strawberry chunks, but it wasn’t anything special about it. Overall, it isn’t a bad bubble tea shop to come and hangout with your friends. Some drinks are just a hit or a miss.

We ordered the Deerioca Ube Puff Tea and requested for some additional sweet base. It tasted out of this world! A must try!

All I have to say is this in my opinion is one of the best boba stores in London Ontario. It is amazing i go there all the time, and I think I need to stop because I am addicted lol Jk, but overall great experience.

Slow AF! Lady that served us was rude and either the music was to loud or she liked whispering…. Either way super unhelpful!

The best place for bubble tea! Owner is super friendly and hires amazing staff. Royal number 9 and ube deerioca puff are my go tos!

Not many options for my personal taste but staff is very nice and the atmosphere is good. Good place to do work

Ordered from them, ended up paying 11$ for 1 drink and there was no straw in the bag, solid.

Very pricey for a tiny cup. The crunchy brown sugar milk tea is not customisable so it was too sweet for my taste. I liked the crunchy bits and the milk tea itself was not bad. The boba kind of lacked flavour and could be softer. I couldn't really taste any brown sugar which was disappointing. I don't think the taste reflects the price. The vibes are really nice in the shop though, they decorated nicely that's for sure.

I ordered a brown sugar milk tea today. The taste isn’t bad, but they put way too much milk in such a small bottle. So it spilled all over my car when I put a straw in it. I recommend increase the volume of the bottle.

Usually very busy and not have many seats, but the atmosphere is very nice. Drinks are different from other places and it's worth a try! Not my favorite, but not the worst either. The tea has a specific taste.

Poor customer service. Drinks were handed to the wrong customers; the store manager led a chaotic operation.

Super helpful and friendly service! The guy working gave me a great suggestion of tea to try (The Iron Goddess) and I couldn't have been happier with it!

Better than chattime and cocos forsure! Try the alley if you want authentic and tasty bubble tea!

I always get the kiwi slush and it is so good! Not too sweet, strong kiwi flavour and the tapioca balls are delicious!

This is the place to go to if you want bubble tea. The place is very clean and a minimalistic type vibe. I tried their deerioca puff which is boba added with custard, and a crembole kind of topping. It was incredibly sweet and tasty. I highly recommend to give this place a shot.

Visited both this and another location in the GTA to give this spot two chances. I tried both their Milk Tea and the Deerioca Fever. The Milk Tea was super disappointing to me, I was looking forward to it all day and it just fell really short of my expectations. The bottom of the Deerioca Fever (tasted like warm caramel) was tasty, but I wasn't a fan of the drink as a whole (the rest of it is just plain milk). The servers were friendly at both locations, but other than that I can't describe the drinks as anything more than average. Considering the price of this place, I wouldn't recommend a visit but it's not bad.

Soooo good. Loved the sugar content (I went with “little sugar” and it was perfect as I don’t like drinks too sweet. The pearls were squishy and so delicious. They also have soy milk (which is a HUGE plus if you’re plant based), would be nice if they had oat milk too but I’ll gladly take soy:) I’ll definitely be back!

My brother and I came to The Alley for the first time in their London, Ontario location just by Congee Chan Cantonese restaurant, Angelo’s Italian restaurant, Acura dealership and close to Costco. It is a good beverage to have once in a while besides Starbucks. The two girls were helpful when helping what orders they recommend. Definitely will coming back here. It is expensive, but have it once in a while.

Delicious drinks, I love their brown sugar tapioca! Also adorable to-go cups for their hot drinks add something special

Good location, Good service quality, the staffs are very nice and friendly, the atmosphere is very good, if you looking for a good place hang out with friends, I recommend here~

I used to ordering hot Deerioca Matcha in Toronto, but the server told me they can’t do hot Deerioca Fresh milk/ Soy milk/Matcha here. Poor service. Never come unless they make hot Deerioca series.

So amazing! The deerioca is very different from other bubble tea places, tastes more naturally sweet than the liquid sugar used in other places!

Drinks are ok. But the service is so bad. Employee were chatting with each other and left the waiting line longer. When my drink was finished, they didn't call me until I asked and showing me the impatient attitudes. It's my time to The Alley in London. I'm concerned about their servers' attitudes.

I like the space & the Deerioca. The taste of bubble tea is not really special though. I would prefer Coco or Chatime. The price is fairly good, & just tiny bit more expensive comparing to the other places.

One of the best Alley’s I’ve been to, the interior is beautiful not too much seating though, perfect for just hanging out with a few friends or grabbing something to go. There aren’t that many drink selections but the drinks taste very good especially the Orange Lulu and Deerioca. The staff did really well in terms of service considering how busy it was during grand opening. Theres one staff member that made my experience exceptional, he was Asian and dark skinned, was very informative and enthusiastic which made my day! I wish I could rate it with more stars but 5/5!

Their #1 special (their most popular drink) is super good. I usually find brown sugar to be way too sweet but this one was really tasty

Great staff. Better than Chatime, 100p. When you see Peter, tip him good. He’s the GOAT tea maker *insert GOAT emoji*. When I found out the best tea maker left Chatime, I immediately switched it up and tried the Alley. If your tea tastes good, it was probably him who made it. Even when he’s not working, it’s good because of him. If you go to Chatime, you’re not doing yourself any favours. Thank me later:)

Good Bubble tea. We had the Royal n9 milk tea with tapioca pearls. The consistency of the pearls is excellent, and the tea has a nice and flowery taste. I will go back.
