Staff was helpful and got me the part I needed quickly and right the first time. Small business service, staffed with people who are knowledgeable about their products.

Do not shop here!
Went in to buy a belt for my dryer, had a picture of the model number, serial number and any other info they could have ever needed to look up the part. Was first told with attitude that "your model number is wrong" I repeated it again and was told again i had the wrong model info.showed her the picture of the model number right from the machine. I was right with the model number, the Miserable woman behind the counter had typed it in wrong both times but yet continued to give me attitude like it was still my fault.the belt was in stock so i made the purchase.
When trying to fit on my machine i discovered it was longer then my original. Went back to the store to exchange it and was helped by a second miserable woman working the counter.
I explained the situation that the belt was to long and confirmed it by measuring it.i even compared the two belts to her showing the difference in length and the response i got was " that's what is listed for your machine. I asked if there was a shorter belt to compare or to try another just in case it was miss packaged, again the reply was " this is what is listed for your machine"
I left the store went online and found the correct part number and ordered from another appliance store and guess what. It fit.
Do your own research and buy from a different appliance parts place, worst customer service by two miserable employees.

They had the dryer parts I need in stock, which was a huge bonus, but they weren't genuine parts and only lasted 10 months. A friend had a similar experience buying 'OEM' parts for his range from these people that definitely weren't the case.

Picked up a range element. They had one in stock & the best thing, the price was the same as 2-yrs ago. With today's economy, this was a win for me.
