The Artful Child

The Artful Child is truly a wonderful place, as a parent of two kids who love it, I recommend it wholeheartedly. This is a child-led art program of pure creative magic, and my kids have always come away from it with huge smiles, great stories, and their little hands full of creative masterpieces. We've experienced it personally through drop-ins and pre-school, and the kids are well supported not only creatively but emotionally as well, by a team of qualified staff who truly care. I have always wished they ran a full-time daycare! This is a true gem in Rincesvalles and I am so happy for the residents of Rosedale who will now get to experience the joy that is TAC as well!

Amazing place. My boys loved it. Jessica, Sarah-Anne and Amin are fantastic. They went above and beyond expectations to make our kids learn and have fun. We will go back and we recommend it!

I have not come across another preschool quite like The Artful Child. My son has been attending for only a few months, but already I can see how the experience has totally opened his world - he has discovered the magic of creating artwork, and developed a new confidence that can only come from being independent & meeting new friends, while in a safe and highly nurturing environment. Teachers Jessie and Alanna are clearly exceptional educators (as well as human beings) and they create such a warm, positive and calm energy for all the kids. My son is already so fond of them both, telling us endless stories about them and rest of his "Artful" friends throughout the rest of the week. I feel so lucky to have found this gem of a school, and so grateful that he will continue to have the opportunity to learn, grow and develop there next fall. Thank you so much Jessie and Alanna for everything you do for our little people!
