Can’t believe nowadays someone is so lame and provides such poor customer service. Greg had more than enough time to complete our project but failed. He did not send proof and printed WRONG COLOUR on garments. Even though we had to still pay for them, they followed this up with no response on our subsequent order. Save yourself time and hassle, DON’T DEAL WITH THESE LOSERS. What else does a screen shop have to do other than confirm before printing and communicate with customers? They can’t even do this. Disappointed all around.

Been trying to get in contact with this store for MONTHS. Many emails, many calls, all unanswered. I ordered a bag that was never received, paid for shipping also, BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Not sure how there are great reviews for this place if you cant even get in contact with the owner. Would give 0 stars if I could. If the owner sees this maybe check ur email!:)

Very satisfied with the quality and speed of delivery. My job required a detailed print on burlap and it was beyond my expectations. Also ordered a bunch of buttons and they are a bit hit with my customers.
Would recommend to others.

Greg and the gang at Batishop have killed it for me every order. From hats to screen prints, couldn't be happier.

Got some shirts printed up, excellent service very happy with the end result, great job.
