Such a bad experience. One of the hair dresser named Nella didn’t even listen to what am saying. She was not professional at all. They have zero consideration for customer experience as she don't wanna listen to the customers or may be she single out selected customers.

Really bad experience. My friend experienced a horrible hair cut from this salon. The hair dresser was not even listening to him and cut it as per her liking. You know how a bad haircut ruins all the plans. I will never recommend it to anyone. A salon located inside a mall can definitely do better.

The barber did exactly what My daughter didn’t want, we told him not to shorten her hair but he kept cutting. I am Not happy with the result at all!

I wish there is an option to give less than 1 star. The worst.absolutely disgusting. My husband went for a haircut and they have literally trimmed all of his hair completely. Please listen, understand and then act. Respect customers. That's the least you could do.

This guy Eric he claims he is cutting hair for more than 5 years and so under confident. He did my hair cut and ruined it. I have to ask him even to blend my side locks with the beard (Basics). I will never recommend to book an appointment with this guy I usually don’t give a bad rating to people but this was one of my worst experiences ever.

I get my hair cut here about once per month, and always receive great service. My last barber, Erik, did an incredible job.

Haircut was decent at best, I ended up paying 60+ dollars for a trim and a cut. They didn’t let me know trims were this expensive, receptionist seems dazzled and occupied, I stood there a few minutes for her to just to notice me, after paying there was no offer to provide a receipt. If it weren’t for the convenience this place would be 1 star

Not only will you walk out of this establishment looking like a Brand New You, but your needs and opinions will be heard while incorporating excellent service and phenomenal professionalism.

TC was my barber. His attention to details is great for a clean short fade. Where the stars on the review drop is due to the pricing. The prices are off the charts though, for a cut and beard trim it came to $62 after taxes. At most that service should cost $40-45 even if it's a mall location.

I went for a normal haircut and they usually charge the haircut price plus tax, this time they charged me $10 extra on the basis that they spend extra time which they didn't have to, my hair were too short to be spending that much time, everything was done without my consent.
Extra charge for spending more time? WHAT?

A haircut so bad I’m contemplating suicide. I paid 33 total, I came in with decently long hair and left looking like what every brown parents wishes their kids’ hair looked. So short, if I wasn’t over 6’ you’d assume I was a butch. I went here because I have 3 events, one today, tomorrow and one Wednesday to attend and I was trying to go out a bit fresh, guess not now. The cost of this haircut was far more than the 33 I paid. The only positives are the location and the ‘bro’ atmosphere of the place, but that’s really it.

Great service! Nice, bright clean space. My barbers relocated to this location and I am a long time client. They have always done a fantastic job and I was happy to see them here. Great haircut by Enzo! Thank you for always getting me in on short notice and looking after me!

Got haircut from Vanessa. First thing that I didn’t like is she kept looking at others instead of focusing on my hair cut. She don’t listen what the customer wants. I got a fair haircut. And the most important she don’t know how to use blow dryer. My hairs were wet on the roots. She was saying she had 20 years of experience but didn’t look like. Overall, bad experience. Not worth of $80.

Just had a bald fade done by the owner, Dom, for the first time. He did an amazing job. He's definitely someone who cares about the people who walk through his doors and makes sure they have a good cut on the way out. He's also a very cheerful man who makes you feel welcome compared to most barbers who never talk and try to get you out asap. If you need a cut from Dom, swing by on Tuesdays.

Extremely bad experience. Went in for a trim and they completely cut off all my sons hair. He had beautiful long curls and now completely gone. All he wanted was the front evened out to the back as the front was very long. The hairdresser was very argumentative and insistent that to even out was to completely cut off all the hair. That somehow it was my sons fault due to his age. Biggest mistake to have come here.

Beautiful space and friendly barbers/hairdressers. Had a great experience here. They listen to exactly what you want, and ensure you are happy with your cut before leaving the chair. Will definitely be returning!

First time here for a hair cut. I had Vanessa. By far the best haircut I have had. Great attention to detail. She was clearly very expereinced and knew exactly what to do with my hair. Will be asking for her every time. My hair has never been an easy cut and she executed it flawlessly.

Was unhappy with the barber that didn't listen to anything I said abour the haircut I wanted. Told the barber to keep the top long, continously chopped at it. Avoid Nella, she will push her way regardless of what you want.

I can’t speak for men services but there was a woman who did such bad job. She has no idea about customer services. I tried my luck because I usually go to trade secrets and the lady was busy untill 6pm. Worst decision ever. Don’t get women services, from Nealla.

Went to Mo for a lineup, he's done a great job twice now since this place opened, strongly recommend him

For my first time there recently I initially booked with Vanessa after positive reviews but when I got there she was unavailable due to having to leave early, which was fine. I was placed with Roberto. Roberto was really great because he did what I asked because he listened to what I asked for in the beginning and he clarified further as he progressed, can't ask for any more than that other than an actual good cut, haha. The cut was great. We all know how it is when we change babers, it can be a little nerve wracking. Also, conversation with Roberto was nice, easy going and not forced or uncomfortable. I'll be back for my next chop soon.

These guys are magical. Moe, one of the crew members took all his time and did an amazing job with me. No one has ever been that patient with me. They're very professional and I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a haircut! I'm definitely going back there

I've been going to the barbershop for the last 6 years and can honestly say Domenic is the best in the business. It's clear this man has worked on his kraft and had mastered the art of haircutting. He's demonstrated numerous times that he can cut any style at any time for anyone. It's no surprise that the youth love him.

I highly recommend the barbershop for your next haircut.

26M, first time ever going to a "real" barbershop. For all my life my hair was cut by either my mom or the closest Chinese hairdresser, the typical $10 cut.

So my first time getting a haircut at an actual establishment. I was pretty nervous. I didn't know what to ask for or to expect, I just had a reference I was going to show them.

I was serviced by Kevin, he greeted me warmly and asked what I would like done. Kevin told me he has been in the business for 15 years, so I already knew I was gonna get the best cut of my life. I told him I had thin hair and he told me how we can work around that to hide my blemishes. He read my mind in every decision, his experience and craftsmanship were truly demonstrated.

He was very gentle and with his tools and was kind to me throughout the whole time. He made suggestions on what styles would be best for me and explained his rationale clearly. I learned things about my hair that I never knew. I am astonished.

Kevin, thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back to you and will take my brother as well. It was a therapeutic experience and now I realize the injustice I was doing onto myself by cheaping out. Both the quality and experience are top quality.

PS. The online booking on their website is new and therefore a little wonky. Best to call the shop to book an appointment.

Domenic is fantastic! I highly recommend him or any of his locations for haircuts. Extremely professional and the staff is very welcoming and nice. If you’re hesitant, I urge you to visit them and you will not be disappointed

This place does anything they can do to accommodate you and your needs.i have really sensitive skin and i usually rashes up everytime i get my hair cut. Kevin was super gentle and actually gave me the hair cut i wanted.it was so busy on a saturday and it was a walk in appointment, and they were able to get me in 30 min later.i felt so welcomed. Natalia the manager and Kevin the Barber really made my visit the best it could possibly be.friendly staff that are always smiling is something really nice to see. P. S the candy they have at the counter is so good! Looking forward to coming back.thanks guys.

Great Service by Mo. If your looking for a new barber in Scarborough Mo is hands down your best bet, he is also a great person. He really understands hair and your needs on what your looking for. I didn’t know what I wanted at first, he suggested that I get something that would suit my lifestyle and profession. I’m glad i got a slick back with a low taper.

My guy was kevin. He was a singer i guess, he knew all the lyrics of all the song that played there.
The place and the tools were clean and safe to go.
I have to say that he was able to cut my hair as i wanted.
So overall it was a nice shop. I would definitely recommend it if someone asks me.
