The Barley Mow

First time. The service was a little sporadic and was not overly crowed when we were there. The food was plentiful, but I thought the burger paddy was a little skimpy for over $20 price tag. Very nicely finished inside.

Went for lunch. The food was good, and service was quick and courteous.
Will return.

Great place with upscale pub fare. Great service and serve many crafts beers from the local brewery.

This was our first time back to the Mow in over 3 years, we had a reservation for 8 at 10am and were the first people seated. I can tell you it was hard to keep the kids calm when it was over an hour from sitting down to getting food and when the food came 5 out of 8 had lukewarm to cold food. I also found the portion sizes were lacking, $15.50 for some homefries, curd and gravy with 4 pieces of bacon is atrocious; and $10.50 for homefries and a small waffle for kids is extreme! I will not be back.

Our first time at Barley Mow in Brockville. Great tasting food. We had Beef Bourguignon with Gnocchi/ House Salad/ Toasted Garlic Butter Ciabatta and my wife had Malaysian Chicken. It sounds like a lot of food, however the meals are well apportioned. The beef was wonderfully tender and the marinaded seared chicken was well seasoned and not too spicy, just the perfect amount of heat. Kellie our server did a great job looking after us. Thank you Kellie. For those of us that are or have served in the Canadian Forces we get a 20% discount on dine-in meals. Now that is a sweet deal on top of great food, wonderful service and atmosphere. See you again soon.

Me and my aunt took a drive to Brockville and this place looked interesting and already had great reviews. IT WAS WONDERFUL! From the service to the food, we will definitely be back.

So much good food! One of the best poutines in Brockville and surrounding area. You have to try the deep fried zucchini with the dill dip, it is delicious. I usually go for half price apps night on Tuesday 8-close (no longer applicable unfortunatly). Decided to give their brunch a try today and it didn't dissapoint (plus Sunday is kids eat free so bonus)! Will definitely be going back. And the staff are so friendly and just great

Great food. Enjoyed it. Had the holiday sandwich with stuffing, mashed, cranberry, chicken and gravy.

Fantastic staff. Mark and Julia, were both excellent! The moment we walked in the door we were greeted, seated and provided with menus and told the specials they had. We ordered and drinks came right away. The food only took 10-15 min after we ordered too. My wife and I both enjoyed our meal but we love the atmosphere and attitudes of the staff they truly make the establishment!

Great pub in Brockville! We went here for a team lunch to grab bite. Service was great, we had our drinks quickly and the food shortly after. The burger was a good size and fries were great! They have some wing specials coming up so I would definitely recommend checking those out.
