Bought new Home. Literally is falling apart and builder was screened by realtor. I have whole closets. Bathroom vanities falling off the walls.held on my screws with no anchors. Please beware and do your homework.all talk!

We have bought 18 homes in our lifetime and by far Emily Barry has been the worst realtor to deal with. She represented the buyer us and the seller the builder. After closing questions were screened and we weren’t allowed to ask the builder any questions

Drainage problems, fridge problems and the closet shelving wasn’t anchored correctly so it started to come out of the wall. Then the whole bathroom vanity just fell onto the floor. Never happened to us in 60 years. Wasn’t attached to the wall correctly. Particle board cheaply done. 2 million plus new home we were assured any issues would be fixed the builder would come by, Instead we were told no you can’t ask that of the builder. Once she has the deal there is nonexistent customer service. Stay away

We recently purchased a home with Mat. We are moving to the area from out of town and he was very helpful and accommodating in booking showings. Mat took the time to get know us, asked lots of questions to understand what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable. And, he is just a great person! Dealing with the current Real Estate market, we really needed someone who had grit, who was knowledgeable on how to bid for homes and who acted quickly, not only to show us homes but to bid quickly if necessary.
