The Beach Cinemas

Needs a Reno. Also the projection execution wasn't great. Didn't like the curved screen. Movie not projected straight. Sound was a little muddy and muffled. Seats don't recline. Staff are absent AF. Movie started way later than advertised. Annoying with children. And every commercial and trailer was so "Woke" it was sick making. Not one person of my ethnic background in any ad, trailer or even the movie! And I'm the majority! You are going to lose my dollars unless you change Cineplex. Permanently.

Cozy small town feel movie theatre however the seating sucks as they don't recline and are uncomfortable after an hour or so.the concessions are limited and the staff seem like they don't want to be there.sometimes people talk during the movies as well here which is annoying af.the popcorn is not fresh also.

Honestly the most uncomfortable seating layout I have been in. The seats are very upright can’t recline at all.

Simple place, nice and calm. Definitely going again to see another movie let better then the larger places.

I love this theater.they also have they best buttery popcorn. Support your local theater before its too late!

I had a good experience here. Parking was easy to get with no problem. We went in the early afternoon on a weekday as it was my niece’s first time going to the movies and we didn’t want it to be crowded. The ticket seller was so nice in allowing us to pick our seats as the theatre wasn’t to busy. Food was expensive, but that’s standard for every theatre. Seats were comfortable and the theatre temperature was nice and cool. A good time was had. I will end up going again.

My friend’s wallet got stolen in here by a cleaning person who works at cineplex but they didn’t let us in and didn’t check the cameras!

I like this small theatre a lot. The crowd tends to be quieter and never been rowdy. Nice way to see a movie on a Sunday evening:)

I got bit by something last night at this theatre. Is this bedbugs?
Bites all in a line and my hand is very swollen. If I tracked them home this could be devastating to my apartment building.
Cineplex. This is disgusting.

Watched Top Gun Maverick at 3: 30pm on a Wednesday afternoon and we were there with only 6-8 others in the theater. I like that you get the pick your seat when you purchase. The concession stand was well stocked and all the staff was very friendly.

The staff were nice and helpful. Would be nice if there were more ticket kiosks or someone at the box office as there was a big line wanting to buy tickets behind us. I'd suggest buying online beforehand

My favourite movie theatre. Fell in love with this place when it was an Alliance theatre, and I still love coming here even after it became a Cineplex. The staff are amazing, the seats are comfortable, the snacks are reasonably priced, and I love catching movie here.

Extremely dirty place! First time visiting this location and the experience was really bad since we arrived.

Nice compact and cute. The only issue is that it doesn’t have its own parking. Once has to park across the street and it’s a paid parking.
Also they can work little bit on cleanliness

Small cinema with small rooms. For a really big screen experience (at the same $), go downtown.

Apparently the theaters are no longer cleaned after each movie. Floor was super sticky and empty containers around as well. Three employees were all standing where the tickets are checked, just chatting. I guess it's not in there job description to check and clean theaters after a movie but to socialize instead.

Awesome, an I'm going again. I've been coming here well over 10 yrs, maybe even 20 years I can't even remembah.

Don't pay with cash at this place. I payed $20 for a ticket that cost $13.55 and apparently I don't get any change back. Me and my friends were paying as a group so we each gave our share of the money. Normally when we would do this, we all would get our respective change back (in my case that would be $6.45), but today that wasn't the case and got denied our change. Try and always pay with card so this doesn't happen to you.

Worst experience two days in a row! I’ve attempted to see the Lost City at 7pm shows and it has been canceled twice for tech difficulties.first time the screen was black and no explanation after 20 minute and the same situation on day 2 … what’s going on in this theatre … used to be great… so dissatisfied and disappointed

Me and my partner went to go see Lost City at 4: 20 in the afternoon. After getting our snacks and drinks and what not sitting down and watching the previews for 20mins (which were glitchy) and just as movie was supposed to start. The projector died. We were quickly told we had to leave and would be given refunds or complimentary tickets. So we took our tickets and left.

Good as any other cineplex. Parking across the street but it's paid (pretty cheap though after 6). Seats don't lean back much.

Got in on January 4th night to see Ghostbusters Afterlife, theater and everything was fine except for no popcorn and concessions, got in on the last night January 4th before covid lockdown.

Covid times.the last 2 movies I've had the theatre to ourselves. This cinema has plenty of parking, huge clean theatres, friendly staff, convenient theatres to the front door, close restrooms.

Conscious of Covid protocols so I felt safe. The staff all seem well trained and friendly. And Clifford the Big Red Dog is wonderful for adults as well as children. I took my four year old grandson and he loved it.

Good Theater and polite staff. Takes forever to clean Theaters though.can't go and sit down until right before your movie.

Doesn't have a lot of options if you actually want food but is always moderately bust and extremely clean. It's also always nice after a walk down on the beach to sit in a nice air conditioned theater with friends

Neighbourhood theatre which shows first run movies.
Small popcorn with butter and ice tea plus ticket came to $23. I was surprised. Might not have food.
Theatre was clean and following protocols.

Couldn’t wait to catch Shang-Chi only to find out my phone speaker is louder than what they had running. Multiple people complained the sound was too low. The employee would say they will look into it and nothing changed. It’s not worth the time and money if you can’t get the full experience.

Amazing time went to see f9 and me and my 2 sons were the only people in the whole theater lol made us feel special.the place was very clean and sanitized
